Our guide David was really supportive, patient each time we want to stop and look at amazing animals, he is puntual, always on time and gave us incrediblly nice information about his experience, the animals, he is well experienced with long years of Safary. And can't forget that he is extremely supportive, thanks for bringing me back my bag to the hotel when I fogot it

Professional and flexible.
We had our flight delayed and they sorted us out another group so that the rest of our plans wouldnt be cancelled. Our driver and tour guide MARTIN was the BEST we could get. Really professional, brillant driver and kind, if you have the luck to be with him you will be extremelly satisfied.

Traveling back Home to be up and Close with Nature
The tour was excellent , the exposure to animals in their natural habitat was mind blowing. The guide located every animal that our safari jeep requested to see. Along with that when we had questions about a bird or an animal they did not hesitate to look it up on Google and give us more details They went above and beyond to accommodate their guests. It was an excellent experience.

Even more incredible than my best expectations
I booked a 10 day Safari in Kenya with BCL Bluerange and I am 100% sure I did the best choice.
I made the reservation in June for me and my family of 4 (kids with 4 and 7 years old) to go in November. The communication was easy, via whatsapp and the 30% deposit was easy and enough so all the arrangements could be done.
I kept communicating with Willis- the BCL manager, until the day we went to Nairobi.
At Nairobi we were promptly received by our guide: John who drove us to the hotel. Next day we started our safari way to Samburu. Here I have to state not only in Samburu but all the accomodations booked by BCL along the ten days were incredible. Lodges in the middle of the savannah, (some of them we even could see the big animals) with picturesque views, sympathetic staff, swimming pool on most of them and nice rooms. We were two days and a half in Samburu and the last night there, it rained like it didn't in years, so everyway out was flooded. We noticed at that time the expertise of John's driving as we made the park out over rough terrain and mud. We then were in Lake Nakuru, Masai mara, Lake Naivasha and finally Amboseli. Last day we went back to Nairobi. We could witness the greatness of Kenya flora and fauna, the big 5 and the amazing landscapes, namely the different habitats and the magnificent Kilimanjaro. Along the 10 day Safari we had the unique experience of visiting a Masai village and to go on a boat ride in Naivasha lake. I have to state from all that went good in this safari, the top of the cake was John. Apart from of the already stated driving skills, John was always very friendly, helping us in all matters. We became great friends and I will recommend him and BCL to everyone who wants to have an adventure of their lifes in Kenya.

Frank and team were everything we hoped a tour operator would be: caring, responsive, honest
GoldenRwanda were excellent tour operators, as good as we hoped for. Frank and Gad were extremely responsive and communicative by email, always got a response within a few hours. They were able to adapt quickly to our changing plans both before and during the trip. The trip was exactly as promised, no "bait and switch", and given the expense of individual permits, was good value for money. The residences were stellar and top quality even in remote areas, clean and with great hospitality, Our driver Jean-Claude became our friend and family. The cars were very comfortable and we felt completely safe and secure even on poor roads. Our tour covered Kigali and 3 NPs in 3 different corners of Rwanda, Nyungwe, Volcanoes, and Akagera. The encounters with gorillas and chimpanzees we shall remember for the rest of our lives. Our experiences in Kigali, including the genocide memorial, were unforgettable, and Rwanda is a moving tribute to the human spirit and its ability to move beyond unimaginable horror to recover humanity, humility and hospitality. Rwanda is one of the most beautiful places in the world, both visually and spiritually, and noone should miss the opportunity to visit if they can. And for those who do visit, GoldenRwanda will be among the best possible hosts and guides for the trip.

We really can’t fault anything as the service provided was was excellent, the organization of the trip was fantastic, the whole experience from game viewing, the quality of the chosen accommodations, staffs and guides were better than expected.

Wonderful experience
I recently went on a 5-day-safari tour with Serengeti African Tours and it was an amazing experience. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro national parks, and each one was unique and unforgettable. Camping in tents in Ngorongoro National Park and in the center of the Serengeti was a highlight of the trip. We saw the big five, walking and swimming hippos, cheetahs, ostriches, hyenas, giraffes, zebras and many lion and elephant babies:). The driver was very helpful and knowledgeable with a great respect for nature and animals, and the organizer, Safina, was very friendly and made the experience stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend booking with Serengeti African Tours for a great safari trip.
