He is a super nice fellow, loves to chat, his service was impeccable, I learned so much about Uganda and Rwanda, and I saw so many wonderful things during my 3 day safari. The mountain gorilla trek in Bwindi was a once in a lifetime experience to get so close and the golden monkeys in Rwanda were in a real treat. The scenery and mountains in Uganda were an amazing surprise and I cannot wait to go back an explore more.
His service was excellent and the tour was great value as we got the mountain gorilla passes to visit in Uganda vs. the more expensive passes in Rwanda. My interactions with Mugisha before, during and even after the safari were always prompt, flexible, and full of valuable information about the itinerary, costs, what to bring, etc.
I will definitely be a repeat customer and want to see several other parks in Uganda with Mugisha at TrueVine as a guide.

I reached out by email to African Skimmer Safaris. Nick responded to my email within 24 hours of it being sent. I explained that I was a photographer and which parks I wanted to visit. We talked about the number of days and my budget. He then sent me a customized itinerary based on what animals I wanted to see and photograph, my budget and number of days. I was able to communicate all of this through email.
I was met by the driver/guide at the Nairobi airport and driven to my hotel for the night. My driver/guide was with me until I was safely dropped off at the Nairobi airport at the end of my safari.
Everyday my driver/guide did his best to find the animals that I really wanted to see and photograph. From day one there wasn’t a single game drive that we didn’t find amazing animal sighting. Some game drives were more successful than others, but it’s good to remember that no animal sightings are guaranteed, but my driver/guide did his best to find the animals that I wanted to see. My driver/guide talked to other drivers to get information about animal sighting, locations, etc. He was not only great at finding animal sighting he was also very informative about local flora and fauna, and the history of Kenya. He answered all my questions during the safari. Nick, in the office, always kept in contact with the driver/guide throughout my entire safari to make sure there were no problems.
I highly recommend African Skimmer Safaris as your local tour operator in Kenya. Nick is fluent in English and communication is never an issue. Nick listened to my requirements, budget and planned an itinerary with options of my choosing.

Everything was very well organized. Communication with the office was smooth at all times. We visited Amboseli and Tsavo West National Parks. The accommodations were excellent. Successful Lemosho Tour
Thanks to Charlie and his team for this great trip!
I booked the Lemosho route with them to climb Kilimanjaro with 2 friends. We booked a public one but ended up with a "private" tour, having a spacious tent for the 3 of us incl. an area for table and chairs.
The food was probably the best we had in Tanzania, also more variety than e.g. on Safari with another company.
We booked 8 days but ended up with 7 days as we skipped one camp as fitness level and lack of altitude sickness allowed for it (Hotel &transfers got rearranged accordingly by the team).
Our guides also did a good job managing our speed, especially for summit night which was hard due to heavy winds But finally we made it with a perfect timing for the sunrise at 6:30 to Uhuru Peak

Unforgettable trip
I went on a spectacular safari with Tom. The tour was Nairobi, Masaai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. The perfect tour we were able to see the big 5!! Everything is beautiful, highly recommended
