Stunning
We had an absolutely amazing safari experience with Africa Jocky Tours & Safaris and especially with our guide Francis. We have already done two safaris before, but this one was by far the best experience we have ever had.
From the very beginning, everything during the safari itself was perfectly organized and we felt safe, comfortable and truly welcomed throughout the entire trip. What made this safari so special was definitely Francis. You can immediately feel how passionate he is about nature and wildlife. His knowledge about the animals, the environment and the national parks was honestly incredible. He answered every single question we had with so much patience and enthusiasm and taught us so many interesting things during the tour.
Francis always went above and beyond to give us the best possible experience. He put in 110% effort every single day to help us spot the animals we dreamed of seeing and to make every moment unforgettable. Thanks to him, we saw so many beautiful animals and had countless magical moments during the safari. You could really tell that this is not “just a job” for him — he genuinely loves what he does and truly cares about giving his guests the best experience possible.
The landscapes, the wildlife, the atmosphere and the overall organization during the safari were simply perfect. Every detail on the tour itself was well planned and we always felt taken care of. All the staff we met during the safari itself were very kind and welcoming.
The only unfortunate part of the experience was the interaction with one woman at the office in Nairobi before the safari started. We had clearly agreed on a specific price beforehand via messages and email. At first, however, she tried to charge us a different price until we showed her the email confirmation with the previously agreed amount. Only after we insisted and showed the written confirmation was the correct agreed price accepted. During this interaction, she appeared visibly annoyed and the communication unfortunately did not feel very friendly or welcoming.
In addition, a different exchange rate than the official bank exchange rate was used for the payment, which resulted in us paying slightly more in the end. Financially it was not a major difference, but the handling of the situation did not feel completely transparent or professional to us.
Despite this experience at the Nairobi office, the safari itself was truly outstanding and Francis made this trip unforgettable for us. Because of him, this was still an incredible experience overall and one we would absolutely recommend to others visiting Kenya.
A huge thank you again to Francis for making this trip so special for us. We are extremely grateful and would choose this safari experience again anytime.

Best experience ever
We just completed a 7-day safari in Tanzania, and without a doubt, it exceeded all of our expectations. It turned out to be the best safari experience we could have ever imagined.
From start to finish, everything was flawless. The level of organization, attention to detail, and overall professionalism made us feel like we were on one of the most luxurious safaris in the world.
A very special mention goes to our guides, Lewis (also known as “Rasta”) and Emanuel, who were absolutely perfect. Their knowledge, passion, and ability to spot wildlife were truly impressive, and they made every single day exciting and unique.
Our chef, Samson, was incredible—every meal was delicious, fresh, and far beyond anything we expected in the middle of the wilderness. It honestly felt like fine dining in the bush.
We also had the chance to spend time with other amazing guides like Habibu and Joel, who took us on a city tour and a beautiful excursion through the Kilimanjaro forests. These experiences added so much depth to our trip.
What really made this journey unforgettable was the warmth and kindness of the entire team. The hospitality was constant, genuine, and heartfelt. We didn’t just feel like clients—we built real friendships along the way.
If you are considering a safari in Tanzania, we cannot recommend this experience highly enough. It was simply exceptional in every possible way.

Excellent customer service skills
Paul was very helpful in planning our Ol Pejeta safari. Our guide, David, was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor throughout the trip. Seeing the rhinos was definitely the highlight of our safari experience. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our time
The best experience
I did the 2 day 1 night Bwindi gorilla trekking with Peak Cruise Safaris with pick up and drop off in Kigali. In terms of the organisation of the tour, Jennifer was helpful and always responded so quickly to any question or query I had. The tour itself was amazing - pick up was smooth, accomodation at the lodge was awesome as was the food. Victor was an amazing guide, he was friendly, knowledgeable and I really enjoyed my time with him. The gorillas themselves were such a great experience, we found them within an hour and were able to spend an hour up close with them. I highly highly recommend Bwindi for gorilla treking and highly highly recommend going with Peak Cruise Safaris!

Brilliant!!!
We had a wonderful time with Tonga, our guide and friend. From the beginning to end, it was a great experience. The accommodations especially Mara Sopa lodge was very good. Food was good. We got to see literally everything in our 4 days safari except Rhinos :(
But anyway, overall, I will recommend Winston, Tonga and Kipruto all day every day.
Tips: If you go to Lake Naivasha, do the Crescent Island tour. It is worth it.

A super good tour operator and a superb driver!
As a family we have done several oversees holiday trips, but this was probably the best holiday ever. In many ways that was due to help of All in Africa to organize the program. I really like to work with All in Africa Safaris and specifically with Nicolas. I can trust them making an excellent program for a very good price. This time it was the second time I travelled with All in Africa Safaris and again everything was very good. They were very patient with all our initial questions about and changes to the plan. They did go the extra mile by organzing the Gorilla habituation for a bigger group like us. They came up with the idea to do Tree-Planting for the community to raise awariness about the importance of trees. My family liked it very much, we had loads of fun and it was very rewarding to do something with the local community.
Like last year Joseph was again our driver. He is superb! He drives very very well, he knows a lot, he makes sure that the program is followed timely (which wasn't always easy as we had a very (!) tight 8-day program, doing a lot), he always make sure that all members of the family are feeling comfortable and relaxed and that everyone knows what to expect the following (he clearly explains the program well ahead of time) and he is super kind and calm. We cannot wish for a better driver!

Amazing safari!!!
Faithfull adventures is one of the cheaper organisations, but it’s definitly worth the money. The communication before the safari was very good and everything was explained and all our questions were answered.
Our driver during the safari was very nice and he explained a lot about the animals. He was driving as fast as he could (still save) so we could see all the animals.
The accomodations were taken care of and the food was very good.
The tour was really amazing and i have seen so many things. It was really wonderful and the animals are beautiful!!🤩

Exceptional Safari Experience with Khalifa and Axis
Our 8‑day safari with Axis was an experience we’ll always remember. Khalifa, our guide, was the heart of the trip — warm, thoughtful, and deeply knowledgeable about every park we visited. He didn’t just drive us; he curated the journey, taking us to great local spots for food and shopping and adjusting plans based on what we wanted to see.
He paid close attention to our interests and recommended early starts so we could catch rare wildlife at the right moments. Those early mornings paid off with some incredible sightings. Axis delivered an outstanding safari, and Khalifa made it exceptional.
