Truffy is one incredible person. Passionate and dedicated to her job and her customers.
First time using a tour operator and our experience was top notch. Truffy did an amazing job helping us settle on the hotel at Diani which was upto standards; from the room selection, cleanliness, amenities and food variety (especially the kids section) Loved the payment process and the stay was worth the money. We are getting ready for the next adventure with Wasafari Destinations.
Definitely recommend.

Kenya Safari& Diani beach
I chose Josero Tours and Safari from Safari bookings. From the start, Josero team were very prompt in communicating 24/7, literally!! Henry and Judith did a fabulous job creating an itinerary making sure to accommodate our requests. The Director of the company, Joseph got involved from day 1 of my contacting this group. Since this is our first time visiting Kenya, across 1000s of miles, this gave us a lot of confidence to choose Josero! They were very prompt in answering all our questions and they greeted us at the airport and provided all the support like a family! Henry and Judith went over and beyond, took us around on the first day of our visit to Nairobi and made us comfortable.
We went to Masai Mara, lake Nakuru, Amboseli and Diani Beach and flew in and out of Nairobi. They had good network of people working with them at Diani beach and for the Safari. Three out of four hotels ( Mara Serena, Nakuru Sopa lodge and Diani Sea resort) we stayed were really wonderful, comfortable and provided vegetarian food! There were some minor issues due to miscommunication/ issues with the hotels which they promptly took care. As another reviewer has mentioned, Josero is rather new and they are learning along the way!! However, they were very prompt, professional and checking on us several times throughout our trip.
Any safari trip needs a good tour guide and I totally give a 5- star to Josero for providing an outstanding tour guide, Duncan Felix Ogongo. He was a great guide, providing interesting and valuable information about all the animals and Kenyan culture which made the Safari trip a safe, enjoyable and an excellent experience! He was a very safe driver and took personal care of our family during our trip. We discussed a lot and learned a lot from each other!
We were really treated well taken care by Josero. Overall, our Safari trip was a memorable and an excellent one, thanks to Josero tours and Safari for their seamless effort to make it happen. I will choose Josero travels and Safaris again when we visit Kenya next time! I recommend them to anyone looking for a tour operator in Kenya.

Excellent operator
This was my 3rd time coming to East Africa for safaris. Out of all the trips, this was the best. We had high requirement in locations of stay, destinations, and photography. And Prince and Aenea were great in arranging all the details and finding us the right guide, Denis.
We spend 1 night in Ngorongoro highland, 1 in Seronera, 2 in Ndutu, 1 in Lake Natron. The safari was great and the cross country drive to Natron was impressive.
Denis is very experienced in filming, photography in East Africa. We were lucky enough to spot all big 5s in the first day of our safari. And he's also a walking map that remembers all little routes, with good driving skills that get us through the heavy rain on the 2nd day. His knowledge is exceptional, we were the first car to spot leopard and cheetah on our morning drives in Ndutu. Most importantly, he has a good level of respect to the eco-system and animals. He was able to influence the other younger drivers too.
Overall, great experience with the operator and our guide.

It was a superbly organized 3-day safari.
It was a superbly organized 3-day safari. Our guide and our cook were excellent. The food was great. We were well looked after and any allergies or physical conditions were taken care of.
We were in the Serengeti for the migration. Billions of animals, incredibly beautiful. You could stay there for hours and just watch. Our guide Samuel provided information about every animal and, on request, also searched for animals (and usually found them). He is one of the more cautious guides who does not disturb the animals. I personally liked that. Sometimes, however, you wanted to get a little closer or stay longer. The nights in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro were exciting, a little more so in the Serengeti. Here there were hyenas and lions at and in the camp. Nevertheless, we slept wonderfully, as getting up early, keeping watch and the fresh air made us tired.
Unfortunately, the last day in Ngorongoro was a little too short. We were under some time pressure due to our companions' connecting flight. Nevertheless, we saw many animals and the crater is beautiful.
Final summary:
Very nice safari, unfortunately too short but good for a first impression. The camps are āpublic,ā i.e., ānormalā tents and buildings. Mattresses, blankets, and pillows are provided. Tip: You could skip the lunch break with a packed lunch. Then you could see more animals during your visit or relax more in the park, as it takes a lot of time. Some of the information about the animals seems a little āworn outā; that could be improved. Otherwise, there's nothing much to complain about.
