Kilimanjaro with Epa & Haji of Migration Venture Africa
5/5

I booked with Migration Venture Africa and they were amazing from the start with smooth communication throughout. Pick-up from the airport was timely and they took me to my hotel where I met our guides Epa & Haji. They briefed us and did the gear check, helping us to rent some of the items I did not have. My group had three other climbers and it was a great cultural mix. Our guides were genuinely caring and understanding people; from the 7 days I spent with them, I grew to like and respect them every day. They were smiling and caring at all times, taking excellent care of us. They were also very knowledgeable and taught us about the flowers, birds, and the history of Kilimanjaro mountain. On summit night I struggled a lot and would not have made it to the summit without Epa's support. He personally took charge of my case and helped me until I made it to Uhuru Peak. I am really happy with their service and owe all my success to their support.

Excellent safari operator and great value for money
5/5

We had a fantastic experience with Starpal. We chose them on the basis of their reviews but also because their quote came in a fair bit cheaper than the other operators.

Naturally we were a bit worried that we might ‘get what we paid for’ but we needn’t have been concerned.

Paul was brilliant from the admin side, liaising with us over many emails to ensure the trip was customised to our requirements and budget. We paid a deposit on booking and the balance in cash when Paul met us at our airport hotel at the start of our trip.

Our driver and guide for our safari was Morris. He was fantastic, very friendly and with a huge depth of knowledge about all the animals we saw. He was also great at tracking down animals, on one day finding lions when no one else could.

We did a 4 day trip from Nairobi, visiting Amboseli, Taita Hills and Tsavo East. We stayed at Sentrim Amboseli (rustic but highly recommended), Saltlick Taita Hills (not as good as we’d hoped but still worth a visit), and Voi Safari Lodge (stunning views and wildlife, but lacking in comfort and service). If we had our time again we wouldn’t go to Taita Hills, but Tsavo West instead, as the wildlife in Taita didn’t compare to the national parks. None of the above is a reflection on Starpal, as we designed the itinerary ourselves.

In summary we had a fantastic safari and would highly recommend Starpal - we will definitely use them for our next trip.

Wonderfull
5/5

We had a group of 48 travellers from Malaysia. None of us had ever travelled to Kenya. We had a lovely tour. Divulge Adventures arranged 6pax per Safari Jeep. Was comfortable and spacious enough for the road and off road (African massage and African Dance) journeys. Our Driver/Guide , Sanjay, spoke very good english. And always got us into a good photo angle while on safr drives.
Hotels selected for us were good. No shortage of food for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Speak to Divulge Adventures to cater and arrange a spectular tour.

We felt safe in the knowledge that Compass Odyssey had organised every detail of our safari trip.
5/5

We were recommended Compass Odyssey and from our first interaction on FaceTime we knew we had selected the right tour operator for us. Darren and Kate provided us with detailed suggestions for our African safari itinerary through South Africa , Zambia and Botswana. Their suggestions paved the way for us seeing unexpected amazing sights including seeing the Big 5 on more than one occassion. We even saw elephants swimming across a river - we didn't know elephants can swim ! The lodges we stayed in were excellent. The guides chosen to accompany us were very knowledgeable and friendly. Throughout our trip Darren kept in touch to make sure everything was alright.
No hesitation in recommending Compass Odyssey.

Gosheni Safaris was top knotch!
5/5

Gosheni Safaris gave us an incredibly memorable experience. Calvin, our guide, paid attention to the little details that made a lot of difference. For example, providing extra charger when ours didn’t work or washing the windows clean for the next day safaris. He was a good communicator ensuring we knew what was on the itinerary and what to expect. We learned much from Calvin as he talked about the animals we saw and about the really cool Hadza and Masai tours. Calvin was a safe driver. It rained one afternoon and he drove through competently giving us a safe comfort in the trip. He cared about us have a fantastic experience, was safe, and was he was great.

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Safari with Gosheni – Absolutely Unforgettable!
5/5

We recently returned from a safari with Gosheni Safaris, and I can wholeheartedly say it was one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever taken. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless and personalized.

Our coordinator, Norah, was absolutely phenomenal. I had quite a few specific requests and questions, and she worked closely with me through countless emails to create the perfect itinerary. She was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and had fantastic recommendations. Thanks to her efforts, we enjoyed excellent accommodations and a well-thought-out itinerary that fit our preferences perfectly.

Our guide and driver, Calvin, truly made the safari special. He was not only highly knowledgeable about wildlife, but also so thoughtful and accommodating. For example, he brought a stool to help my mom comfortably get in and out of the vehicle—just one of many ways he went above and beyond. Calvin's driving was calm and confident, even in the most challenging terrain, and we always felt safe in his hands.

We enjoy a pole pole (slow-paced) safari experience, taking our time to observe and photograph wildlife, and Calvin respected this style completely. Our family, full of scientists, asked a lot of questions—about animals, ecosystems, plants, local culture—and he answered them all with enthusiasm, insight, and often a touch of humor. He was personable, engaging, and incredibly well-versed in everything from tribal customs to animal behavior. He was the perfect guide for us.

One of the highlights of the trip was celebrating my mom’s 65th birthday with a surprise picnic on safari. Gosheni went above and beyond to make it special—complete with a birthday cake, while watching elephants and baboons in a stunningly serene setting. It was magical.

I chose Gosheni after extensive research, in part because they are TATO-registered (Tanzania Association of Tour Operators), which signaled professionalism, safety, and high standards—and they exceeded all expectations.

From tailored itineraries and exceptional staff to beautiful accommodations and unforgettable game drives, Gosheni delivers a truly attentive, top-tier safari experience. I now understand why they receive such glowing reviews, and I’m thrilled to add ours to the list.

Highly recommend!

Best gorilla trekking experience
5/5

Traveling to Uganda with a group of friends was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made and choosing Northern Fox Adventure made the trip absolutely memorable. Whe we arrived, everything was incredibly well-organized. The team greeted us warmly and made us feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed. Our guide was a true gem- friendly, knowledgeable, and full of energy. He knew how to keep the group engaged, whether we were tracking rhinos at Ziwa Sanctuary, watching elephants in Murchison Falls, or sharing laughs during a cultural dance night in a local village. We especially appreciated how Northern Fox chose places that were locally owned and eco-friendly. They made everything stress-free, fun, and truly memorable

Martin felt like part of the family not just our guide.
5/5

Our trip to Uganda was an incredible experience, and we owe so much of it to Kaji Safaris and our amazing guide, Martin. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized — Kaji Safaris took care of every detail, and we had zero issues throughout the trip.

All the accommodations exceeded our expectations, from comfort to cleanliness to the stunning views. We always felt relaxed and well taken care of.

What truly made the trip special was Martin. He made us feel safe, comfortable, and at ease the entire time. His knowledge of the wildlife, local culture, and the terrain was impressive, and he was always happy to answer our questions or adjust plans to fit our preferences. His calm, friendly presence gave us full confidence in every step of the journey.

If you're considering a trip to Uganda, we can’t recommend Kaji Safaris — and especially Martin — enough. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, made even better by the team behind it.
