Easy and fast communication with the manager.
The trip itself was wonderful. Pickup was on time and an issue with the car was solved quickly so it had no influence on the itinerary.
The time with the Massai community was enjoyable especially the local guide James was great. We were visiting the Ngaresero waterfall, the flamingos at Lake Natron and climbing Ol Doinyo Lengai together. Though the climb was at night to reach the top shortly before sunrise it always felt good and safe.

If you’re looking for an adventure packed safari in Tanzania with the best guides- Serengeti clarity is the one! From day one, frank has been excellent to communicate with. Nothing was ever too much hassle and he made sure our experience was everything we wanted and more. Our guide chalamila was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer our (many) questions. Made everything super simple, organised everything with just a few emails.
We really enjoyed our time on our 5 night safari! We visited Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli National park. We saw all of the big 5 within the first few days. Gilbert our driver was super friendly and his experience of the parks made everything really exceptional. We saw a leopard up close on our first safari drive which is super rare. Gilbert worked hard to make our safari the best experience. Gilbert was always prompt and communicated with everyone well. The accommodations that we stayed in were nice considering we booked the budget option. I am a picky eater and there was a variety of options to choose from. Michuki made booking the safari a simple process and everything was explained well. Overall we highly recommend booking through this company as we had an amazing experience. Thank you to the team for organising it all for us.

The experience in all my life
At first I was afraid to book with this agency because the last review was from 2023, but Gentrix, the manager, was always so kind and willing to help me. I loved everything about this trip. I met new friends and enjoyed all the national parks in Kenya, a truly incredible country, in addition to seeing all the animals I dreamed of seeing.
