Was great with communication until we were in country & checked in; after that, it was crickets

Don’t book with Kennafrica - a possible SCAMMER!

When we booked, everything was supposed to be included (transport, accommodations, taxes and all activities. Once we were picked up, our driver said we had to pay park fees which aren’t cheap then upon checkout the hotel made us pay the remaining bill. Then had to go file a police report and still have yet to hear from him, Joseph Too. Luckily we still went but with all the added fees was not a fun surprise.

Don’t use him - go somewhere else to save you time and money!

Well planned, well prepared and an amazing experience
5/5

I contacted several companies and found Anna's offering and communication the best.
Anna was really helpful, gave me tips on what to pack and helped me with other travel arrangements.
When we arrived in Arusha, Anna came to meet us the day before our safari and gave us some information, the next day we got picked up from our hotel and brought to the safari car.
We booked a group safari as we love to meet people and that was really a great choice.
Our guide, Mike was absolutely brilliant, great guy all around and we had lots of fun and laughs with him!
We loved every part of the experience and we couldn't recommend any one better than Anna and her team!
We loved the greenery of the area in November as it is the rainier season, but all of the national parks were green, there was less dust on the roads, there were less cars but also the weather was great in the high 20s.
We did the tour that included Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro NP and Manyara NP and we saw all of the big 5 including many babies! Absolutely an amazing 5 days and we felt very well cared for!!
Asante sana to Anna, our guide Mike and the amazing 4 people we met and spent 5 days with!

we were on a 4-day safari in Masai Mara and Nakuru. we chose the budget version, the camping was very good. guide Joseph helped us show many animals - we managed to hunt all the big five. We were slightly disappointed only on the 3rd day when there was no trip to the animals.

Surpassing expectations
5/5

What an incredible safari experience!
Our guide, William, deserves a huge shoutout for going above and beyond to ensure we spotted all the animals on our wishlist! His dedication to finding the elephant, when we told him we really wanted to see it, truly made our day. He is also a great driver and the road conditions weren't always easy. William's expertise and knowledge made the safari not just a tour but an adventure.
The camp is beautiful, great food, and happy monkeys around which are so funny to see! Highly recommend for a memorable and enjoyable safari!

Pilanesberg Day Safari
5/5

I booked a 1-day guided tour to the Pilanesberg National Park through Mmilo Tours. It was very easy to deal with Mmilo Tours via their website and email. Their communication with me was excellent. The tour package included a car with driver/guide. Everything went very smoothly. The guide was excellent and the tour was great. I have been to South Africa seven times (both business and holiday) and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Mmilo again in the future.

An efficient, friendly and well organised company.
5/5

From when I first contacted Elephant Herd Tours I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my questions and made suggestions. This was our first trip to South Africa and we wanted to do as much as possible. We booked several safari tours and an all day Panorama tour. On every trip the guide arrived on time and was so friendly and knowledgable.
On the safaris we learnt so much about Kruger and the animals, and every effort was made to ensure we got the most out of the visit and saw as many animals as possible. On the Panorama tour we were lucky to have the guide all to ourselves and saw much of the beautiful scenery and sights of the area, as well as a visit to the Moholoholo animal rehab centre which was not only educational and heart warming, but it was sad to see how much harm man can do to the beautiful animals in the wild - a day not to be missed.
I can only thank the company for making our once in a lifetime holiday very special.
