I got in touch with Sonja from Ntanda ventures about two weeks before my intended safari, and I was impressed right from the onset. She understood exactly what I was looking for and communication was fast and very informative. For our transfer to Kiambi lodge, the driver was at our hotel half an hour before the pick up time, ready for us and he kept the same time when picking us up from the lodge to take us back to Lusaka. Kiambi lodge was an amazing stay, I highly recommend doing one night camping on the island on the banks of the Zambezi. Keep up the good work and I most definitely will be back soon.

Makario Safaris took great care of us. From detailed and responsive preparation ahead of the trip to reliability and great planning while we were in Rwanda, I definitely recommend them! Our short 5-day trip to Rwanda was thoughtfully laid out, starting and ending with an understanding of historical/cultural context and incredible primate experiences in between! Our driver, Godfrey, was absolutely amazing - kind, reliable, friendly and put up with all my questions. Lodging was excellent, and everything went smoothly and as planned.
All in all, it was an incredible experience!!

Great experience for a very good price
Me and my family, a total of 6, had the chance to go to Masai Mara with Karibu Safaris, and it was a very good experience. Our driver Reymond was very attentive and made our experience the best. We got the chance to see so many animals, including lions, Chitas and plenty of elephants. Thanks for your support. I would highly recommend Karibu Safari for your Safari adventures.

Great guide, fantastic chef, friendly staff
We just finished our 4 day safari with Suricata and it was great! We were picked up from JRO and headed straight to the first park. Our guide Elias was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and able to spot the animals even from a great distance. We were given 3 fresh cooked meals per day by Tito and the food was delicious!
We opted for the camping accommodations which are definitely basic but get the job done and made the experience feel even more authentic. Things to note if you’re doing the camping: you absolutely need your own towel, shower shoes and toilet paper (also a flashlight would’ve been helpful but we got by with our phones).
All-in-all we had a great time, saw lots of animals and beautiful views and would recommend Suricata to other travelers.

Exquisite
Had an amazing safari experience through Suricata Safaris. Fred was our guide and he was a consummate professional and extremely friendly and accommodating towards myself and my family. He was very knowledgeable with the wildlife, national parks and flora/fauna. We also had Salim as our chef for the trip and he was also another consummate professional and extremely kind human being. He made us beautiful meals and also provided an exotic variety of different meals and dishes that were cooked to perfection. We really lucked out to have both Fred and Salim and I would highly recommend them for anyone wishing to experience a wholesome and informative safari adventure.

Personal touch and deliver excellence
My boyfriend and I have made a lot of trips, we never went to Africa as it always seemed like a big step from what we are used to.
From the moment we booked with camptrek we felt save and comfortable. The amount of love and care they put in their work is unbelieveable. Papa John took his time to answer all of our questions and concerns beforehand. He planned a perfect customized trip, with a clear and elaborate itinerary. Still we weren’t really sure what to expect but looking back now it was AMAZING!
The Safari was beautiful, like we were part of a beautiful movie/book.
The scenery, the national parks, the animals, John the guide, the road trip through the country, the 4x4, the popup roof, the hotels, lodges, camps, the coffee breaks, the food, the views we were in AWE, truly perfect. What a rush, highly recommended!

Special shoutout to binoculair-eyed John(our guide). The way you guided us was out of this world. You found all the animals, are very knowledgeable, knew everybody and made always sure we were OK and having a laugh. We were bawling when we had to say goodbye.

Alumni Safari was a Hit!
Spirit of Kenya helped me organize an Alumni Group of 20 people for our trip to the Maasai Mara.
