An Extraordinary East African Experience
Our guide John provided us with an absolutely professional service, he knew everything about the Masai Mara and even knew the characteristics of each pride of lions as well as their habits. Whenever we suggested that we wished to see a particular animal, he always accommodated us, without exception, which was incredible. He is definitely a very knowledgeable guide and we could trust him completely. When we were in trouble and couldn't solve the problem in the local language, he helped us and solved everything. Brought us a reliable and trustworthy experience which made our journey extremely interesting and hassle free. In terms of excursions, we saw three of the Big Five of the savannah, unfortunately no rhinos or leopards, but an abundance of birds and an unrivalled pride of lions, which has been very satisfying. I love East Africa and I thank the tour operator for providing us with a great experience that I will remember for the rest of my life.

Our recent 5-day tour organized by Uganda Family Tours was nothing short of extraordinary. This adventure included both chimpanzee and mountain gorilla trekking, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
Jackson was an exceptional guide. His expertise and passion for the culture and wildlife truly enhanced our experience. Jackson's attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout the journey. We shared very nice conversations about history, culture and wildlife in Uganda.
He was also a very careful driver always making us feel safe on every road we traveled.
The chimpanzee trekking was an amazing start to our adventure. Trekking through the lush Kibale Forest, we encountered playful and curious chimpanzees in their natural habitat.
The highlight, however, was the mountain gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. This once-in-a-lifetime experience left us in awe.
Uganda Family Tours arranged everything seamlessly. The accommodations were comfortable with scenic views, the food was very good, and the itinerary was perfectly planned. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and wonder of Uganda.

Outstanding service
I organised a last minute safari trip and it could not have been any easier. It was a trip just by myself, and within less than 24 hours since engaging the tour operator, I had my itinerary ready to go, my trip planned, and I was on the road. As it was so last minute, I had to ask to stop by an ATM and they were very helpful with arranging this. The trip went so well, all of my accommodation and meals were sorted, as well as bottled water along the way. The trip itself was amazing, I got to see spectacular views of Mt.Kilimanjaro and my tour guide made sure we stopped and spotted all of the animals I wanted to photograph. I had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a reliable and easy company to work with.

Amazing Tour
My father's 60th birthday was celebrated with a personalized five-day safari provided by Amshar Serengeti Adventures. The manner my father's birthday was celebrated and the safari arrangements were made were simply spectacular. Our tour guide, John, was outstanding and showed us several interesting species. He went above and above to ensure that we had a fun and unforgettable safari. He was quite knowledgeable about every animal. Edward and Kabwe were also incredibly patient and helpful in organizing the safari, taking into account all of our needs.

Magical Memories with Tour Guide Jimmy
The three-day Masai Mara luxury lodge program was an unforgettable experience. The company is responsive to emails regardin g any questions before the trip. They handle all the details, ensuring seamless pick-up and drop-off arrangements. While the lodge is decent, there is room for improvement in its food and facilities. Bringing snacks is advisable as there are no opportunities to get anything between meals. Special thanks to Jimmy, the best tour guide in Kenya! His experience and adventurous spirit provided us with the most breathtaking views imaginable.
