Don't do your Safari with Ibrahim, he screwed with us!!!
I was looking to do a 4 Day safari with a group. During my search I met a girl who was looking for the same thing. We both decided to do the safari with Angose Travel limited, because a friend referred her to this company with the Guide Jojo. We agreed with Ibrahim that Jojo will be our guide. When I met Ibrahim in the office, he seemed very friendly and answered all my questions. I asked about the camping situation and if people would share a tent. He told me that nobody has to share a tent with someone they don't know.
On the day of the safari I was supposed to be picked up in town, I texted Jojo where I am waiting. Jojo responded that he is not coming, someone else is. Apparently he and Ibrahim had an argument, so Ibrahim decided to change the guide even though we specifically asked for Jojo. When I asked why, Ibrahim told me that Jojo is at a funeral. Jojo texted me at the same time that he is in town and told me to tell Ibrahim that we want him as a guide. The other girl also told me that Jojo was at the office in the morning, so clearly Ibrahim was lying to me.
I decided not to get upset about it and we started with the safari. After the first day in Tarangire we arrived in our camp and we all have been told that we have to share a tent with another person even though we did not know each other before the trip. We called Ibrahim and he only responded that it would be to much to bring a tent for everyone. Remind you, I specifically asked about this.
The safari goes on we saw many animals in the Serengeti and were about to cross over to Ngorongoro. Arriving in the Transit area we had to wait, because Ibrahim had not yet paid the entrance fee. After half an hour our guide came to us and told us that Ibrahim can't pay the fee as the banks are closed (it was Christmas) and asked us to pay 400$ so we could continue the tour. We were all shocked, as we have all paid for everything in advance and it should have been clear that banks are closed on Christmas. We were afraid that we would not get our money back and did not want to pay. We told Ibrahim that we need him to find a solution, as we could not use our credit cards. After almost 2 hours we called him as he still hasn't found a solution. We offered him that he could wire the money over via mobile money(these shops are always open) and we would use the credit card but he only had a bunch of excuses why he could not send over the money. We were even more convinced at this point that using our own cards would mean we would lose the money. After 3 hours Ibrahim told us that we just need to camp at the gate. Camping at the gate is not allowed and as we were stuck between serengeti and ngorongoro we had no where to go. So we had no chance than calling the police. We went inside the office of the gate and asked for the number. Luckily these guys wanted to see if they can help us. The park ranger from the office came to an agreement with our guide that we could go in and do our activities and before we leave ngorongoro crater conservation we have to come to head quarters to see if the fee has been paid by Ibrahim otherwise they would keep the safari car. The ranger also told us that we should not pay the fee, if we had already paid everything in advance, because the chance is high that we would not get the money back. Because of this we lost our whole afternoon and as it was about to get dark we had to rush to our camp which was 3 hours away. We drove so fast that we almost killed the animals on the road. We needed to set up our tents in the dark, were the last to eat dinner and got only very little sleep.
The next day we went to head quarters after our activities and there we still had to wait a lil while as Ibrahim had still not paid. Ibrahim had at this point no other option than paying the fees so he finally did and we could move on.
After my experience with the company I can only tell you do yourself a favor and go with a different company. We were not the only ones at this trip that got screwed over as another group we talked to had also a lot of trouble with Ibrahim.

Big Five and More
We absolutely loved our 4-day camping safari experience with Outlook! Before booking, we reached out to the tour operator with dozens of questions and Salomi answered all of them in a timely and professional manner. From start to finish, the tour was exceptional—well-organized, efficient, and punctual. We were hesitant about staying in a tent, but it was in great condition and had all the necessities, including electrical outlets! The facilities at the camp were well taken care of and the food provided during breakfast and dinner was exceptional. A big shout-out to the head chef for taking care of our dietary restrictions—he did a fantastic job at putting together carefully considered delicious dishes. The guides who took us out on the drives were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and did a good job of giving us plenty of opportunities to take some photos. Thanks for the wonderful memories, Outlook!

You start to feel the warmth from time you contact Geoffrey over email/whatsapp in your planning/booking phase. Sometimes so much that it starts to feel too good to be real. But as soon as you are greeted by friendly drivers at airport, you are bound to love Tanzania.
I took a 6-day budget camping safari (Serengeti, Ngorongore, Manyara, Tarangire) and a one day Arusha national park trips and loved every moment, especially in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. It would not have been possible without our driver/guide Issac. He is polite, knowledgeable, extremely skilled and has some stunning knack of spotting animals one finds hard to see using a HD binocular. I recommend him very highly! The experience gets two notches higher if he is your guide. He knows exactly what to expect, when to go, where to look. The way he swung by the cheetah off the road, breathtakingly good!
Although I was on a camping safari, Geoffrey was very accommodating to put me on reasonable groups in a couple of different legs and ensured that minimum time is lost in transition. All the staffs were great. The services – food, sleeping tents, hotel everything is very reasonable. The Simba campsite at Ngorongoro was gorgeous.
A word of caution – If you are on a weight watch, do not go with Action (the chef)! He is a wonderful cook and will ensure that you gain 1 kg/day of your trip. He can make an array of food items to cater your needs. His onion soup, beans and green vegetables are a must have along with some glorious sweet pineapples from Tanzania.
I remember Emanuel meeting me the very first morning and saying, ‘all we want is that you leave with a big smile on your face at the end of the trip’ and boy did I!
I highly recommend Meru Slopes for a trip to Tanzania – specially the northern circuit.
Asante Sana!

Good quality/price
The communication with Isaac, the manager of Best Memory Safaris, was easy from the beginning. The vehicle was a 4x4 Toyota van (a little dated but nice anyway), with lift roof to see better the animals. Inside de van was a little camping fridge with fresh water bottles, and two sockets to charge your electronic stuff.

Excellent safari company
Last year I did a 14 days 13 nights safari In both Kenya and Tanzania. The whole safari tour was handled very professionally by Africa Easy Go Ltd. I was referred to them by my friend who travelled with them some years back. After I contacted them ,they asap sent me the itinerary I was looking forward to and offered me very good rates. On arrival in Kenya I met Martin ,the Safari Director who briefed me and after some few minutes I started my safari . Everything went as planned and our driver was excellent. We therefore highly recommended this superb safari company.

A wonderful and well organized journey !
In july 2018 we travelled to Kenia where we planned a safaritrip, organized by Adventureexpeditions. We were guided bij Marangu , a most experienced and also very nice guide. He realy took care of us so well! Marangu always knew how to find the best spots to see animals and the greatest thing abouth him was that he himself is so enthousiastic abouth the environment and the animals we spotted. We keep so many nice memories of this journey !!

Lovely People, Professional guides, Overall Great experience!
Communication with Haron was on point and very quick. All wishes agreed upon before booking have been fulfilled or exceeded during The safari!
Both guides (Paul in Kenia / Peter in Tansania) were so friendly and made sure we had a good time and all the animal sightings (Big Five!) we dreamed of.
It was the perfect safari and all around a once in a lifetime experience.
Thanks a lot @AfricanSunsetSafaris!

We would recommend this tour operator to all our friends and family.
It was easy to communicate because of E-Mail and WhatsApp contact. We had an informative chat with Noah to find the right tour for us. Our driver Andrew in Kenya was a great guy, he gave us a lot of Informations about every animal we have seen and he knew the hot spots to find the big five. We felt safety all the time and had a lot of fun together.
In Tansania our driver was Ibraham-a funny and nice guy, too.
The service was great during all the days, we didn‘t miss anything!
