A Memorable November Safari Adventure in Tanzania with Expert Guide Innocent
Our 10-day journey through Tanzania, meticulously planned by Renatus and Safari Soles Tours, offered a unique blend of cultural immersion and wildlife exploration. Our voyage commenced in Arusha, where we spent a day before embarking on the safari. Chief, our friendly and enthusiastic guide, introduced us to the African Cultural Heritage Center, immersed us in the local market culture, and guided us on a serene nature walk at the Kilimamoto crater. These experiences served as a perfect introduction to Tanzania's rich culture and breathtaking landscapes.
The highlight of our trip undoubtedly was the 6-day safari, covering the magnificent terrains of Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro, an unforgettable experience significantly elevated by our guide, Innocent. His profound knowledge and infectious enthusiasm for Tanzania's wildlife and ecosystems transformed our adventure into a once-in-a-lifetime journey.
Tarangire, adorned with numerous elephants and their adorable offspring, as well as playful warthogs, provided a whimsical spectacle. We were also treated to thrilling sightings of cheetahs and lively lion prides with cubs, showcasing the park's diverse wildlife.
The vast expanse of the Serengeti equally mesmerized us. Here, alongside majestic giraffes and elusive leopards, we marveled at the large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Hippos added to the variety of wildlife encounters, while playful warthogs and majestic male lions dotted the landscape, making every moment in the Serengeti memorable.
In Ngorongoro Crater, our experience reached new heights with a distant rhino sighting, a rare and awe-inspiring moment. The vibrant flamingos in the crater added a splash of color, and we continued to be entertained by more male lions and the ever-charming warthogs.
We must emphasize the pivotal role of our guide, whose boundless energy and enthusiasm enriched every moment of our safari. Our daily plans were thoughtfully discussed the night before, accommodating our requests for early morning trips when animal activity peaked. Frequent stops for optimal photography opportunities were made, and park navigation was meticulously coordinated with other drivers. Innocent's captivating storytelling and comprehensive knowledge of Tanzanian wilderness breathed life into each location. His friendly demeanor, sense of humor, and eagerness to share his expertise made our journey both educational and immensely enjoyable. We were fortunate to have Innocent as our guide and driver, ensuring our safety and confidence in experiencing the park to its fullest.

We had Alex as a guide for our safari and what an experience that was. Alex was really amazing, professional and provided us with an experience to last a lifetime. The safari was absolutely beautiful. Alex made sure we were able to capture the best photos but also was very informative with the history of the parks. We had a rare glimpse into seeing over 200 elephants migrating, and a family of lions.

My husband and I had an amazing 4 day safari and 1 day Materuni Waterfall trip with amazing hotspring experiance. Everything was well organized by Noel from Serengeti Luxury Safaris, from start to finish; the booking, the communication, the pick-up and delivery from/to the airport, the lodges, the food and above all our guide Godson who was simple the best. He was the best guide we could wish for. He has a vast knowledge of nature and animals, years of experience and he was continuously cheerful, helpful and flexible.
The other guide FRANK who took us for a one day trip to Waterfalls is also a very good person, he did all his best to see as much as we can.
It was a carefree holiday and an unprecedented experience. We enjoyed the nature, the animals, the service and the adventure. We have seen all the animals.
The jeep was also fully equipped, including a refrigerator and electricity. It was perfect!
We stayed in beautiful lodges that Noel recommended.

All in all the tour was wonderful, thank you. With Balu's help I achieved my dream of seeing animals in front of kilimanjaro, and I had an awesome time. I got beautiful clear views, saw many animals, had great fun, and it was exciting and beautiful.
I really appreciated how often the business owner/manager Morris checked in to check if things were going well, it made me feel like he genuinely cared about making it a great experience. And Morris the driver took genuine pleasure in finding animals, views, and experiences to enhance my experience. I realise from reading other reviews and talking to people who had other companies that the personal efforts of the two Morrises is not necessarily the norm, so I am grateful and I warmly recommend balu
Tip: Keep in mind that subcontractor drivers are the norm for Kenyan Safaris, so whichever tour company you go with, your driver/guide will likely be an independent contractor drawn from the same common pool of drivers as if you had gone with another company. So the key is maintaining contact with the actual business owner. If there is anything that you feel is not quite right, have respectful conversations with your driver asking them what you would like, and if this doesn't work then just respectfully let the owner know what you want/need.
The good ones, like Balu, will do this for you anyway, rather than just take your money and become invisible like some other operators.
Morris from Balu stayed in contact, and with his help Morris the driver made it a wonderful experience. Also in multiple ways Morris the driver showed great kindness and generosity beyond his professional responsibilities.
There were a few occasions over the three days wherein I felt things were not quite right, but as I described above both Morrises were open to conversation and adjustments accordingly on each of these occasions.

Amazing memories
We had an amazing time with Oscar and his driver Charles. Everything was perfectly planned and they made everything to make our Safari and stay pleasant.
We saw a lot of animals and discovered a lot of beautiful things of Tanzania because of them.
Oscar had a specials attention that made us really affected. We will call Kale voyage for our next trip for sure.
