1000 star experience
Our experience was 1000 stars, and this is because of Elias, our guide. He had eagle eyes, and he was the first to spot and to get us to different animals, so we truly had an amazing experience in Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Elias teach us about all the animals we saw and he teaches us the Jambo Bwana song.
He is an excelent driver and also a good companion.
Regarding the acomodations, all were great.
Number 1 was Serena Lodge Serengeti, a 5 star experience starting from services, food, drinks, shows, the view etc.
Also the Boma Lodge is brand new, really great and clean, and the staff was careful to make sure that we didn’t miss anything. They harvest their own vegetables, which is really cool.
Serena Lodge Ngorongoro was great also. A little bit pole pole but we get used to it. The restaurant have a variety of food, plenty of food actually for both Serena.
The Tulia Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. This should be a closed contract definitely.

Comfortable and fast
We had a private transfer from OR Tambo to the lodge in a private game reserve and back. The 6-hour drive on sometimes badly damaged roads felt very comfortable at all times. We arrived at our destination quickly. The driver always responded to our wishes and needs and shared interesting facts on the way there. All in all, a great transfer for an unforgettable experience.

Amazing safari experience
Service is nice, good value. We joined middle range tour, but one hotel facility (only shower ) was so poor.
We had unforgettable holiday in Kenya. Thank you for our guide Edward. He tried him best to get all of us happy!

Unforgettable Luxury Safari
We had an amazing safari in Tanzania with Gilmag Safaris. Mary communicated so readily and easily with us during the planning process and was very helpful and accommodating as we kept changing the plans. The organization was excellent, Mary was always available to answer any request and she was reliable.
Our guide, Mbasha was really passionate about his role and did a great job giving us lots of information and making our experience the best one possible. We visited Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. The tour was a great experience. The Tanzania landscapes were sensational. I can’t express how grateful we are for the amazing experience that Gilmag Safaris provided.
Zanzibar part of the trip was incredible – excellent accommodation. Qambani Luxury Resort blew our mind. If you are planning a luxury trip to Zanzibar, then this is the place to stay. We can’t thank Gilmag enough to recommending this resort.

Bwindi impenetrable forest and Murchison Falls National Park with Tubale Safaris
This tour of 7 days was perfectly organized by Tubale Safaris. Since the beginning, Annette (Senior Travel Consultant) was very helpful and attentive to our expectations.
Meeting the Katwe Gorillas family in Bwindi impenetrable forest is something that we will never forget (my legs as well...).
During our 4 days in Murchison Falls National Park, our guide Brian was always communicating his knowledge and passion for Ugandan wilderness. Definitively the best guide we had in the safaris we made in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda!
Accomodation was good. Mahogany Spring Lodge in Bwindi is a must.

All staff are friendly, willing and very kind
The 5 days Safari at Masai Mara was an incredibile and Amazing expérience. Jeff Is an excellent driver and a magnificent guide. He is very helpful and friendly. He gave us a lot of information about the animals and complement it illustrating pictures from an interesting Book clearly showing the différences between each kind of animals. Well Organized Trip in Tanzania with Serengeti Clarity!
Manager Frank has been very kind from when we started asking for quotation and kept checking in on us throughout the whole journey. Driver Issa was the best tour guide as he was so knowledgable with the ecosystem and wild animals. It was a tough unpaved road between Ngorongoro National Park entrance and Ndutu/Serengeti however Issa showed us the best driving skill and listened to all of our requests kindly. Suggested accommodations were very nice in terms of service and facility and picnic food for lunch outdoors was actually beyond what we have imagined. Hiking track toward the waterfall in Kilimanjaro was also awesome with two guides where we felt very safe. Strongly recommended and definitely will revisit!

Excellent guide Edward, responsibility and fast communication with the company
If I compare this company with other safaries which I have an experience (2 other), this is definitely the best. Main reasons: good and fast communication, time responsibility and responsibility at all. We have a very successful trip to Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli.
Special thanks is for guide and driver Edward. He's really professional guide and driver. He has a big knowledge about african nature. He can easily explain you every question you have about it because it's also his hobby. For birdwatchers like me I definitely recommended to take this guide. He is also very responsible driver. We've seen many safari cars stuck in the mud because of big rain. Once he helped one car to put out from the mud. Many times went through much more muddy roads and we didn't stuck. He kept the car clear after every dirty driving. He went to preventing check the car for avoid a problem. He drove more than 8 hours in this horrible kenyan traffic situation, no problem, hakuna matata.
