I got to see so many animals - cheetah, lion, servals, leopard, giraffe, zebra, wild hartebeest, warthogs, dik dik, impala, buffalo, hippo, chimps, baboons, plus more. Being in the wild they seem so much more alive than in safari parks in the UK. People were generally nice and I felt safe and welcome. Loved the food and didn't have any trouble being a vegetarian (this can be a problem in some countries). I got very close to some animals and had a pride of lions right next to my campsite in the Serengeti! Also, you get to see local culture too. All accommodation was clean, although hot showers were rare - but in that heat this wasn't a problem. I would go again in a flash.

Animals are amazing but don't use BIGMAC Safaris
Nothing can beat the wildlife of Kenya, however we had the WORST tour guide, John and would not recommend BigMac safaris or John as a guide. He rarely spoke to us and quite honestly barely acknowledged us. He put us in danger by driving insane speeds on the roads and with broken seat belts. He was on his phone ALL of the time, if not talking then texting and looked like we were bothering him anytime we asked a question. He was frequently late for us sometimes at the expense of us missing meals. Go with another company, ANY OTHER company has to be better. He only spoke to us at the end when he wanted to explain to us what a good guide he was and if we didn't believe him we should "check trip advisor".

the operator is friendly and cooperative...during this trip we can know each other of the tourist and make friendship...

Convincing Driver and Guide
The tour was well organized from flexible pick up time, a very friendly guide and driver, good restaurant for lunch and a interesting boat tour, where we visited a fishing village and the source of the Nile. Henry was a very good driver too.

A Once in a Lifetime Experience
Visiting Kruger with Shinzelle Safaris is truly a once in a lifetime experience.
My wife and I went on the five day safari with Shinzelle. It was one of the most incredible experiences we’ve ever had. It was amazing to see these animals in their wild habitat. We saw lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, zebra, rinos, hippos, hyenas, crocodiles, and many more. Kyro was a very knowledgable, friendly, and entertaining guide. We were lucky enough to have Kyro for a private tour our first day.
We stayed at a cottage at their Windmill property. Our cottage was beautiful. We spent some time in the evenings sitting on the porch enjoying the view and watching the monkeys in the trees. Every night we were treated with a delicious dinner.
Danny, Kyro, Kari, and Brandon are all great. We enjoyed talking with them in the evenings and getting to know them. I hope we have an opportunity to visit them again someday. We highly recommend Shinzelle for anyone visiting Kruger.

Shemeji Safaris organised an amazing trip and wouldn’t have changed a thing
Emma did a great job communicating the different options and giving us all of the information beforehand.
Adam (our tour guide) did a great job explaining all of the wildlife and when/where we needed to be. He managed to find us all of the big five. Our first safari camping experience at Lake Manyara was lovely with great facilities even an infinity pool.
Issac our chef made great food even gave us snacks before dinner and did a great job catering for my friends vegan diets.
I would definitely travel with Schemji again had a fantastic time!

We traveled with Francis as our guide and were under his professionalism and care.
Every detail was taken care of and we appreciated his knowledge of the Savannah and animals.
Definitely would return with Phoenix!
