Bramwel Safaris - Best Safari Operator, Amazing Safari
I came across Bramwel Safaris Contact, as I was researching what company to choose for our safari. Bramwel Safaris is a fairly small family-owned local tour operator. The manager, William, is very experienced, very helpful and reliable (he usually answered our emails within a few hours).
We spent 3 days in Serengeti and it was definitely the most exciting park of all. Ngorongoro was fascinating as well, but it lacks the vastness and diversity of Serengeti. Lake Manyara is a rather small Park; Tarangire is different again. It is a very large park with a very high density of elephants and an interesting hilly landscape (with many lookouts on the lower plains) along the Tarangire River. Arusha National Park is interesting as well, particularly for "speed visitors": You can do a 1-day safari from Arusha and spot many animals.
We had an unforgettable time in Tanzania with some fascinating insights into Tanzanian life and culture and incredibly interesting game drives. It was so far our most expensive holiday but it was worthwhile every dollar we paid. We will definitely come back to Tanzania and we will definitely go again with Bramwel Safaris.

I have just finished amazing 10 days of safari in Tanzanya.This was my first safari experience in Africa! Everything was wonderful, much better than what I expected! The tour was very well organized by Friendship African Adventures Safaris agency.The tours to Serengeti, Ngorogoro, Lake Manyara and Ndutu were really an experience of a lifetime! Thanks to Michael it was even a better experience. My driver and guide Michael was brilliant, this man is a legend. Michael has a lot of knowledge, excellent English, very friendly and took care of everything what I needed! At first I would like to say thank him for his personal qualities: responsibility, courtesy, extraordinary intelligence and readiness ,secondly for his high qualifications such as preparedness, extensive knowledge and rich experience. Truly amazing experience
The whole experience, from the beginning to an end was amazing!
The Lion King adventures offers a truly great service. All of their communications are so timely, detailed and just very professional. It was great from the when we just started thinking about the safari up till the end of our trip. They’ve send us many detailed emails with a lot of useful details about our trip, which was very helpful. They’ve custom made the tour for us with our timing and the things we wanted to see. Our driver Gilbert was just so great, so professional and respectful and fun. All in all, I am recommending them already to whoever of my friend is planning a trip

We traveled with friends and made new friends. Humphrey and his team provided us with perfect service and an unforgettable experience. The safari car was comfortable and reliable, the chef fed us very tasty and the driver-guide pleasantly surprised us with his punctuality and courtesy. No AKUNA MATATA;). We stayed for two nights at an inexpensive Fanaka lodge. I also liked it very much. Pool, maid service, private shower. During the games we saw a lot of animals, dined in picturesque places. Thanks so much for a great adventure !!

An unforgettable three days among incredible landscapes and amazing animals! The owner of the company Humphrey did everything and even more) to make our adventure not only interesting, but with maximum comfort. He helped with the purchase of air tickets, took into account our wishes and provided an excellent car with a very good team - a guide and a cook. Also, Humphrey was flexible enough in pricing and we got a great hotel for a stay at a reasonable price. Very quickly answered all questions in the correspondence and gave the most accessible information about the upcoming safari. In the end, everything went perfectly, exactly according to the plan and we saw all the animals (and many times). I highly recommend this company and wish them continued prosperity!

The 5 days tour was very nicely organized, but the highlight was the Guide/Driver- Ken. Ken took us to all the places which were beautiful and had all the animals which we wanted to see. Ken made extra effort to give us safe tours and made it memorable. I will recommend it to others.

Perfect Safari
Everything was just right (with very little restrictions):
- Good advice and organization before the trip.
- Very courteous guide and driver (thank you Baraka!)
- Diverse and beautiful places visited with lots of animals (Trangire / Ngorongoro crater)
- Very good accommodations, all with intact infrastructure (always warm water with enough pressure) and good food (well, the packed lunches should be a bit more varied).
We didn't like the additional bookable activities that much. For example the “banana tour”. The activities are overpriced and the aim is always to buy goods in the studios (i.e. shops) visited during the tour. The offer ranges from pictures and wood carvings to banana beer and coffee.
One more side note: After seeing so many wonderful animals, we were shocked by the fact that Tanzania Specialist apparently also offers guided shooting of the animals under the term Hunting Safari. We cannot understand that.
Despite these restrictions, we can absolutely recommend Tanzania Specialist.

We were two Americans “scared to travel” during COVID. And we had no problems AT ALL! Book with Namayiana Safaris. Our guide, John, was born and raised on Maasai Mara. You don’t realize until you’re doing the safari how all the groups are different. The majority of safari groups from Nairobi even relied on our guide for directions in the Mara. You have to choose a local safari company for this reason. You need to choose someone who grew up on the land and knows everything. John knows where to find the Big 5. Majority of groups did not see rhinos or leopards. John is very close friends with park rangers. If they find lions, cheetahs, cubs, or a family of elephants then they call John to let him know where they are hiding. One of the coolest advantages to going with a Maasai Mara tribesman is they can go OFF THE MAIN ROADS. This is huge. You get right next to the animals. John is the coolest and even brought Kenyan beers on safari to have while watching a cheetah stalk their prey. John knows where to find the extremely rare black rhino. While having our morning coffee packed on the go, a family of 3 rhinos came out of the bush!! We chose private safari with open air land cruiser and we couldn’t be happier! This gives you the ability of flexibility. We got to do a sunrise game drive, lunch in the Mara, hike up a local mountain for a walking safari, and get an extra sunset game drive. Outstanding service and I would highly recommend! Can’t wait til my next safari with Namayiana Safaris.
