Everything perfect, a nice and professional service.
5/5

Good Morning. We contracted with Bushtroop Tours and Safaris and everything went perfectly. Months before to arrive at Nairobi we had contacted with Jacqueline by email. She responded very quickly to the emails. After comparing prices and services we decided to rent a 4x4 with your agency. We paid to her 300 dollars in advance and when we arrived in Nairobi we paid the rest at the airport. When we arrived in Kenya, at the airport, a worker from the agency was waiting for us. We had hired a Toyota and we had prepared a Nisan, the boy told us that the Toyota had it in the mechanical workshop. After 10 days in Kenya we returned to leave the car at the Nairobi airport. In this time Jacqueline was waiting for us to pick up the car. The impression she gave me is that she was a very nice and professional person. We did not have any kind of problem with the service.

Incredible!!!!
5/5

I recently travelled to Tanzania solo and didn’t have much time to spare so pre booked everything with African Traits. I was blown away with how smoothly everything run from the moment I enquired and throughout my whole time there. I completed my Kilimanjaro trek and a 4 day safari. All prices included pick up from bus, hotel pre trek and post trek and hotel after safari as well as airport transfer. Hotels were amazing! And even finished my trek a day early and they had organised an extra night at the hotel before I went on safari at their cost!
Godfrey was easily contactable throughout whole experience via what’s up answering any questions or queries!! Couldn’t recommended this company more!!!!

Amazing and exciting safari!
5/5

This trip was the best we have ever done as a family. Nurdin was an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge. He really made the difference. We were able to catch the big 5 and also four out of the five small. All these were close up encounters. The accommodations were absolutely fine and the food was delicious. We highly recommend Zepisa African safaris

A very special experience - many beautiful memories
5/5

Our 9 day family-group “glamping” Tanzanian Safari to Mikumi, Ruaha and Selous (including a spectacular and very interesting drive through the Uluguru Mountains) was one of the great adventures of our life - something we will never forget. At times our endurance and physical fitness were tested (we are not that young!) but in the end, it was really worth the effort.

Our special adventure was all made possible by Tende and his outstanding Tanzanian team from Bumhi/Afriroots. Each and every member of the team made us feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us many, many beautiful memories.

We listened, we learned, we laughed and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. We covered a lot of ground and along the way we were continuously amazed by the knowledge and total feeling of safety and security conveyed to us by Tende and his team. We dined in style, we slept with the animals (well almost!) and we developed a feeling of closeness to a beautiful and special country. Our last night in Selous was a remarkable, memorable and indescribable experience.

The Dar Realty tour (also organised by Afriroots) that we experienced before our Safari, was very special and informative.

Incredible experience, exceeded our expectations!
5/5

Lizzy in the office was fantastic to deal with leading up to the safari. We really appreciated Lizzy's quick responses and information. It was great, felt like we were dealing with a person, not just a business, and it was one of the main reasons we selected Drones Safaris to start with.

Mike our driver was wonderful! We felt very safe with him. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very patient and kind and fun. We affectionately nicknamed him 'Mike the man!', because he found us all the animals (big 5 plus more), and got in some great positions for photos - it was obvious he was very experienced, and knew a lot about the wildlife.

The vehicle was very comfortable, clean and modern, with great viewing from the roof!

We opted for a budget safari but still found the accommodation clean and comfortable and the food was excellent with a variety of mostly local dishes served on a buffet. As vegetarians we were well catered for.

We were very grateful also that Mike got us to the train station on time on the last day, despite some very difficult circumstances that were out of his control (a 3 hour road closure).

We were very lucky to have Esther from the office on the trip also, she was very sweet and helpful. A real bonus!

There was really just one negative, which we shared with Mike at the time, about the Masai village (optional extra). Unfortunately our experience wasn't great, some of the Masai people in the village we visited were very pushy selling souvenirs. To Drones credit, they listened to our feedback, and we understand measures will be put in place to avoid it happening in the future (Drones staff were very open and keen to receive feedback, and there seems to be a genuine commitment to providing good customer service).

We visited the Masai Mara and Amboseli National Parks. Despite the distance between them we would definitely recommend including Amboseli in your safari itinerary.

Overall it was an incredible experience, and exceeded our expectations, especially regarding the wildlife we saw and we would definitely recommend Drone Safaris (part of Baboon Budget Safaris) as a tour provider!

Excellent service, efficient crew, good food!
5/5

I went to Rift Valley trek in Oct. 2018. My flight was down graded due to over booking so instead of ADD to JRO, I was routed via Nairobi. The flight was going to reach almost midnight. Sam organized a hotel to stay over night and managed a taxi for me that dropped me off at the hotel and next day took me to our base camp. During trek also the entire crew was very helpful, excellent management of organizing food, tent, shower and toilet arrangements. I even recommended my family to take Serengeti trip as a family reunion trip with this company which is under consideration :-)

About: Kenya
Best Safari Ever
Overall rating
5/5

This was about our 14th safari in Kenya. It was by far the best one ever. African Paradise Safaris planned our safari. We stayed at Fisi Camp...our driver, Esa, was superior. He went extra miles to find spectacular game. John Peter was the organizer for APS...he even allowed us to hire a car and driver at a reasonable rate for the two days we were in Nairobi. Fisi camp was tented camping that was not luxury but had a toilet and shower and that is exactly what we wanted. The camp hosts were helpful and friendly. Meals were good and casual. A fantastime was had by all of us.

About: Namibia
Phenomenal!!
Overall rating
5/5

I can’t say enough positive things about my tour of Namibia. The nature, intinerary, food, and accommodations were all splendid! And Alvin Chanakira is probably the best tour guide a traveler could ever ask for. He’s funny, smart, and incredibly engaging with all of his guest. Moses (our driver) was also excellent! I will certainly recommend this tour to all of my friends.
