Great City Tour Experience
5/5

My 2 friends and I are world travellers and have been to many cities and
have experienced countless city tours around the world. I must say (and my friends agree), Duteni Tours provided us with one of the most fun filled best city tours ever! The guide (sorry can't remember the name but sounds like a number) with the driver were very knowledgeable and proud about their country. They took us to different places around the city of Darsalaam, shared the history of the city (and the country), answered our non stop questions and to top it off, they took us to a Village Museum where we danced to Tanzanian traditional music! I highly recommend Duteni. I also thought their prices were very reasonable for what they offer. If I ever come back to Darsalaam or I will be sure to look them up.

Reaching the top felt incredible. It was a really special experience, and I made some good friends
5/5

I absolutely loved the 5-day Mt. Kilimanjaro climb in November 2023! It was a real challenge, but the stunning views and the feeling of achievement at each stage made it worth it. Our guide was fantastic—knowledgeable and ensured we had a safe and enjoyable journey. Kilimanjaro's beauty is truly something else. This climb is a must-do if you're up for a life-changing adventure

Mandela Good
5/5

The price is good because it is almost the lowest.
Mandela's guide was really friendly and nice. He had a good mindset and explained things well. I highly recommend it. But it was a pity that I couldn't see much of the Serengeti because of the rain. Also, the lunch menu was the same almost every day, so it wasn't very good.

Safe and enriching experience, 5-day tour with Mandela guide
5/5

It was a good experience. We went on a 5-day tour with a Mandela guide, and he guided us safely even in bad weather. I was able to see all the animals without exception, and the explanations were kindly provided. The food generally suited my taste well.

Great safari and saw tons of wildlife but operations need some work
3/5

3.5 stars - Overall the tour was great. If you are looking for a budget safari this is for you.

Pros
- saw loads of wildlife
- tour guides David and Evans were helpful and informative (Evans especially)
- accommodation was clean and very comfortable
- food was very tasty

Cons
- the tour charged us a 5% FX fee which is outrageous (extra 25 USD)
- long periods of driving with no breaks or snacks (6/7 hours)
- we had to ask for bathroom breaks
- couple of other hidden charges that weren’t clear (bicycles in hells gate were extra and so was Masai Mara village tour)
- hot springs were in our itinerary and we never went

A great camping safari experience turned into a real adventure by monsoon rain conditions
5/5

Four days in SERENGETI and Nboringoro. Very well organised with great communication by WhatsApp, email and phone throughout. The guide Amiri was knowledgwable and engaging. His rally standard driving key us all safe and we always got there. Tito the chef was worthy of a Michelin star. The two office staff: Tizia and Daniel also provided great support.

The added balloon ride was an epic experience that provided a whole extra perspective.

Well worth the trip and very impressed
5/5

The first contact with the company started from România. We felt safe the whole time. Matata is the point of contact and he answers to all the questions and he is very polite. Our trip was for 2 days. We were picked from the hotel in Zanzibar and taken to the airport ( sometimes the flight times change from one day to another so you have to understand that because you are on a different continent). We arrived at the Nyerere National Park, where we were picked by Bugusa.
I want to thank Bugusa for answering to all our questions and to offering us the best time possible in the Safari. He is a very polite man who has a lot of knowledge of the surroundings. My advice to you is to ask him whatever comes into mind because in this way you will really understand the nature. He made our trip one to remember for life.
The kingdom of animals is so much different from the zoo. Sometimes you are filled with adrenaline when you are searching through the park.
I truly recommend this company and wish you a great Safari with them!

A tailor made safari experience encompassing the very best of the Serengeti!
5/5

Thanks to Remarkable Tears, our family enjoyed a 5 day tailor made trip taking us off the beaten path in the notoriously crowded Serengeti during the height of the Christmas festive season!

Right from our first contact, Emanuel made every effort to ensure our trip was an unforgettable experience. He handled all the arrangements - including organising our guide & driver, transport, snacks, water, meals, accommodation, park entrance fees and dietary requests. We were also lucky that Emanuel decided to join us on the trip - as a professional photographer, he brought a unique perspective to Africa’s wildlife and landscapes. We enjoyed several incredible photo opportunities with lions, cheetahs, and even a beautiful male leopard.

Our days would usually begin with a breakfast at camp, followed by an early morning game drive to take advantage of the golden light. We had put in a special request to Emanuel and his team for more “off the beaten tracks” and they did their best to take us to areas of the Serengeti that were slightly less crowded, which made for many tranquil and immersive moments. At lunchtime, Emanuel’s team was ready with a picnic hamper packed with delicious foods thats they set up in the most grandiose landscapes. Our afternoons usually consisted of a relaxed, slower game drive followed by sundowners. Dinner was back at the camp followed by a restful nights sleep - often to the sounds of lions and hyenas!

Thank you to Emanuel and his team for sharing their knowledge and passion of the Serengeti with us! We would highly recommend Remarkable Tears for an authentic, accomodating and memorable safari experience!

Unforgettable African adventure with top-notch guides, luxurious glamping, and a thrilling wildlife
5/5

Right from the airport pickup, these guys were on it. Super helpful in making sure I had the right gear and super flexible with the trip timing. The guides? Absolutely great - funny, charismatic, and all about making our trip special.

Food was delish and the accommodations, especially the glamping on the safari, were top-notch - better than many city hotels. Climbing Kilimanjaro was epic, even though I didn't make it to the top due to altitude sickness. The views? Incredible.

The safari was a standout - saw loads of animals, including those hard-to-spot rhinos. Felt safe the whole time, thanks to the guides who really prioritized our safety.

Would totally recommend these guys for anyone looking to do Kilimanjaro and the Serengeti. Truly unforgettable!
