Unforgettable experience
We had an amazing trip with Safari Soles! They took care of every detail. We flew in from Zanzibar, did a game drive in Tarangire, night game drive in Lake Manyara, stayed at Suricata Boma Lodge, game drive in Ngorongoro Crater, then back to Zanzibar. We had heard that January was the low season and not the best for safari, but we found it to be an excellent time for wildlife viewing. The parks were not crowded, the landscapes inside and outside the parks were beautiful and green, and we saw a ton of wildlife including elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, rhinos… and on and on. We experienced sunny skies and no rain. I had gotten quotes for a private safari from a few operators, but Regina at Safari Soles was the only one who suggested an alternative itinerary including Tarangire and let us know about possible add-ons like kayaking or a night game drive. She was very professional and her local knowledge created the perfect trip for us. Our safari guide Innocent was fantastic! He had a lot of knowledge about the animals and was able to navigate around the parks really well to get us into the best positions to see the wildlife. I had selected an itinerary that was very full and did not include much time for sleep for any of us. Innocent was a total champion throughout. He knew how to get us the most out of our short time and we were able to see so much thanks to him. We were very lucky to have him! My only regret is not booking more days! Next time! Asante sana!

I spent amazing time with a perfect guide, Andro(Kamau)! He is so kind, responsible and has much knowledge of animals. He tried to show us as many as animals, and drives very well.

Africa was something I couldn't help but look forward to. While I was looking for a Masai Mara tour, I came across the Moran tour on the Safari Bookings site. There were fewer reviews compared to other companies, but I chose it!
During the reservation process, Moses was so kind and guided me in detail, so I felt good right from the reservation process. Before that, we made the preparations and deposited the deposit and came to our accommodation on the day of the tour.
We were first introduced to our guide (KAMAU) and started an enjoyable trip. It was a fun trip from the start and it lasted until the end for 6 days and 5 nights.
Two days in Amboseli, one day in Naivasha, two days in Masai Mara and finally moving to Nairobi.. In between, Moses checked our condition through WhatsApp.. Our KAMAU without any change in schedule. He guided us through the tour in a pleasant way. For each tour, he guided us exactly to the animals and spots we needed to see, moved us around, gave us enough time to take pictures, and most of all, I was grateful for the really kind and detailed guide. The guide's role is very important on a tour like this, and all four of us were so happy that we gave it the highest rating and only praised it. nakupenda KAMAU!! The accommodation conditions at each branch were also very satisfactory. He kindly taught us a lot about the Swahili language, and we were really impressed by his safe driving skills and crisis response skills. Safari Update Travels is the best Tour Operator
Safari Update Travels made it possible for my boyfriend and I to have an amazing time in the Mara. Our guide, Simon, spectacularly tailored his explanations in the best way without breaking a sweat, we were able to see a wide variety of wildlife. We had an amazing experience booking with Safari Update Travels; Linsel in particular was really resourceful in helping us design the ideal itinerary for our trip. It is true to state that Safari Update Travels is a first-rate tour operator with competent and courteous employees. Our guide, Simon, was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip. All in all, I'm happy that our trip was so wonderful and that we saw so many incredible animals.

Incredible from start to finish!
My friend and I just went on a 5 day, 4 night safari with African Big Cats and it was 10/10 experience from start to finish. We did a lot of research when deciding on a safari company and ABC gave us the most comprehensive itinerary at the best price - all lodging and meals included. Justice & Naomi made the first steps easy while quickly and clearly communicating with us (we had a lot of questions).
We were greeted at the airport by Lovoi who was also our guide for the safari. He was so happy and welcoming after an extremely long travel day. I cannot say enough good things about Lovoi - his positive attitude, his knowledge about everything from the animals, the land, the truck. He can spot animals from what seems like miles away. The roads were muddy, bumpy and wet due to a lot of rain and he navigated them like a true professional. When other guides were hesitant to drive through a section of road, Lovoi stepped up and got us (and everyone else) through. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and he does it so well. We feel so lucky to have been paired with him and that we chose African Big Cats as our safari company. We will definitely be back (and requesting Lovoi!!!)
Also worth mentioning, ABC coordinated our ride to and from the airport after we went to Zanzibar (we could have booked our whole stay in Zanzibar directly through them which, in hindsight, would have been a good idea). Emanuel met with us in Arusha to go over our safari itinerary the day before it started and answered all of our questions. Everyone at the company wants to make sure you have a great experience!
10/10 would recommended to anyone looking into this experience!

Initial correspondence was via email and everyone of them was replied promptly.
We were picked up at the airport by Francis.
He was well presented, courteous, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional.
We were taken to our hotel (rainbow falls, which was lovely), where we were greeted by Oscar, the Zambesi expedition tour manager.
We exchanged phone numbers and was told that Francis was available to take us wherever we wanted to go. Our trip was very well planned, from start to finish including a Zambesi boat trip (alcohol and snacks included) and Victoria falls. We asked Oscar to arrange for a helicopter ride over the falls which he arranged straight after our walk. (amazing views and highly recommend).
The transport to Botswana, also included a safari and a boat trip on the Chobe River.
The hotel was lovely, overlooking the Chobe river. (complete with baboons).
From there we went back to Zimbabwe to the Hwange game reserve. Another amazing hotel overlooking a waterhole.
Another safari where we saw Lions and Crocodiles, as well as other animals.
Back to Victoria falls for our last day before being picked up by Francis and taken back to the airport.
All staff were so friendly and welcoming.
All guides were included so no hidden costs there.
Would definitely recommend this company. Would definitely use them again.
