Super and personalised Customer Service - the owner Nickson is very helpful & responsive
My wife & I had a very enjoyable Safari with Mujuni African Adventures. The owner Nickson paid was very attentive and checked on us everyday. Our jeep driver Mickey was personable and entertaining, which is really important when one is spending 3 days with a driver. I informed Nickson we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and he ensured this was recognised, with a special message on the keep and a special dance & anniversary cake at the Safari lodge - many thx to Nickson & Micky for a truly fabulous Safari experience !

Knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall had a great experience with Kipok Africa. They had a great tour guide that helped us see all the wonders of the Serengeti. Good communication prior and helped arrange any adjustments swiftly. Highly recommend!

wonderful
My friends and I decided to join safari bookings and try and look for suitable safari. We were very excited to travel to the Equestrian area. We came across Inspired Feet Safaris and we couldn’t have been more happier. Shout to Miss Grace as she handled us with so much care. We used to have late night calls as she explained to us about how our safari would be like. She really did her best and we recommended their customer service for it’s absolutely the best. We felt at home. I would like to emphasize on the little details like our dietary needs which were catered for, our health needs and so much more than we could imagine. Miss Grace really paid attention to details with our safari. We had an exquisite time. We saw Allan big 5. She gave us free transfers. She was so warm. I would like to emphasize on their quality of services. Please don’t hesitate to give them a chance. Everything was delivered on a silver platter and more. We would definitely come again. Africa felt like home because of Inspired Feet Safaris. I’d rate highly recommend their efficiency, attention to detail and customer service. Thank you Inspired Feet Safaris :)

Thank you for the greatest guide
First and foremost. We had an amazing guide. experienced Moses is very very knowledgeable in his field. He has a history of many different adventures. He answers any and every question you might have. Guide on the scale 1 -10. Moses is 11. The vehicle left something to be desired. Windows require a power of an ox to open. Seats are what they are and tent camps however talked up are uncomfortable. Hot water bottles needed and was placed in bed to warm you a bit so you don’t freeze. All in all with exception of our glories guide, we payed too much for what we got. They sometimes think that American dollars are on even par with Tanzanian shillings. Don’t drink in safari camps. Each shot of vodka leaves you wanting to stop drinking for ever by its size. The art of a cheat. Single shot is no shot. The smallest in the world. And I’ve seen the world. Short and sweet !robbery.
Tanzanians are fast business companies. They will slow you down. Hard working People are honest tough, and truly very hard working for small money. Your tips are supposed to compensate there starving wage.the companies are not ashamed to tell you how much to tip, and that’s not jut a pitons,on daily bases mind you. You are pinned against hard, hard working man and women however you look at it.
Safari is a swim where only fitest can survive
And your wallet will be victimized in no time.
Thank you to the greatest guide ! “Moses”
Moses is the best
Forget the rest.

flexible to adjust to customer needs
We had to change our booking quite late from Kruger to Pilanesberg national park due to the pregnancy of my wife.
Emmah was very kind & helpfull. She was able to help us and adjust/rebook all the plans to go to the malaria free region (even when the chances in kruger ar very very low we did not want to take any risk)
unfortunately the lodges in kruger where less understandfull & did not pay the fees for the already booked rooms back.
Emmah gave her best to keep the price as low as possible even with those additional efforts.
Thanks to her, the 2 kind drivers & the good organisation in general.
We would book again with tourgy tourz

Excellent service and quality of the tour
Highly recommend the tour with Moroka Expeditions and Abraham as the tour guide! Everything was well organized as shared in the planning, good quality and high professionalism. We got to see almost all Big 5, the falls were amazing and the ryno reserve were great to start the tour.

B2C was responsive, reliable and we got exactly what we expected !
We are a family of 5 (children 10, 11 & 13) - and just returned from a private 12 day safari with Bush2City. We travelled through Kenya and Tanzania (Lake Naivasha, Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Amboseli). Everything was managed perfectly (thanks Jackson). All transfers & connections were on time and all accommodation was exactly as planned - making the trip that much easier to enjoy. The guides were friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Dan on our initial Kenyan leg - who was great and the perfect start to our journey. Aziz and Udis were equally great at navigating the weather and finding us the animals and adventure.
Can also recommend this as a family holiday. We stayed in lodges (rather than tented camps) and that suited us well. The chance to see animals and nature of this kind is unique. I'm sure the children learnt more on this trip than a typical beach holiday -with many stories to tell - elephants, hippos, baboons, lions, cheetahs, dik diks, maasai culture ......
As for a tour group - we can certainly recommend Bush2City as someone to go with. They are based Tanzania and privately owned. Big enough with experience to provide the right service, but small enough to want to care and look after you. They were very responsive when we were planning and very reliable when it came to the actual trip. Top marks for B2C !

Awesome
I literally had the best travel of my life thanks to Fairide Adventures. The travel and schedule was planned in such a way that we never felt disappointed.
Every part of the trip was absolutely amazing, from the safari we went to Maasai Mara for 3day trip, then to coastal region in Diani and Watamu. I will definitely travel again with Fairide Adventures!!

Kenya is a magical land, absolutely mesmerized.
Great week long tour for the missus and I. Booked it with Benson. Good guy, had a lot of patience for my thousands of questions before actually making the booking. Tailored the itinerary to my liking, even made changes according to our travel preferences.
We booked Sopa lodges in Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara with game drives in all of those places, in a private safari vehicle just for the two of us. The private safari was an excellent decision even though it cost a lot more, but you can't really put a price on peace of mind.
The resorts were exceptional. My wife and I travel a lot and these were some of the best we've ever experienced anywhere in the world. The heat during the afternoons was challenging, especially in mara sopa lodge who don't offer fans (horrible decision, someone should look into that asap). The safaris were wonderful, the roads leading to them not so. Naivasha is easily accessible, Nakuru a little hard to get to and Masai Mara is just so difficult to reach. Maybe flying there is a better idea. Long journeys are brutal on the back on those roads.
Got to see a lot of animals. Giraffes and zebras were my favourite since you can see them in and around your resort, no game drives needed. Among the big 5, we couldn't spot leopards, everything else was great.
