Prompt Refund after I cancelled my 3 day Safari
This is a bit of a different type of review. Johnson was such a pleasure to work with. He set up my 3 day solo private safari, at a very reasonable price, for March 2024. I was planning to add a safari to Masai Mara after visiting refugee camps in neighboring countries. However, my refugee visit got cancelled for other reasons, so I emailed Johnson that I regrettably had to cancel my safari as well. My email notice came to him with more than the 45 day 100% refund minimum. Sure enough, on the first business day after emailing Johnson, the refund was in my bank account. Amazing. I would certainly trust Lion Safari to handle your Safari after this excellent service and refund response.

My trip with Zafs tour was amazing right from the start the hotel they chose, the guides with us on the trip, the equipments they rented us and the transportation provided to and from the gates all in all we had a great experience would recommend again if interested in climbing kilimanjaro.

Excellent, trustworthy and goes above and beyond to serve the client better
From day one, Sandra at Dosasha made the reservation process simple, suggesting various options at a range of prices. We wanted a private safari and to also extend our stay in the Maasai Mara by an extra day and this was all quickly and efficiently arranged. On arrival in Nairobi, one of our suitcases had been lost by the airline and again, although it was by no means their responsibility, Dosasha helped enormously in arranging to have the case picked up from a local airstrip in the middle of the Maasai Mara! And as for the safari itself, we cannot speak more highly of James, our driver who is one of the most conscientious and really genuine people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We were not lucky with the weather but James sought out hard to find animals in some harsh conditions and was extremely patient while we took endless photographs! He made suggestions for a few very reasonably priced additional excursions which were a wonderful surprise and a complete delight to experience. Our family is a mix of Spanish and English people and James' English is perfect and has pretty good Spanish too! We hope to return again one day and will definitely use Dosasha Safaris again. Thanks to your whole team.

It was the most incredible experience I have ever experienced, the kindness of the staff made the biggest difference. I can not put into words how much fun the safari is, the cars are fantastic, so comfortable, and the accommodation is superb and the food is just amazing

A great tour at ngorongoro and tarangire national parks
We were having a meeting in the Corridor Springs Hôtel where Balleto had his travel agency when we decided to go 5 of us on a safari. 3 were willing to go to serengeti while 2 to tarangire. In 3 days everything was organised to spend one day together at ngorongoro and then split with drivers-guides and cooks. Just great ! We camped in campsites, had nice breakfasts, picnics (real cooked ones) and diners exactly as what was proposed. And we were dropped at the airport on time for our return flight. Don't hesitate
