Great Safari and Guides!
We had a group of 14 and had an amazing experience. Our drivers were professional from the pick up until the drop off. They found 4 of the 5 Big 5 for us and were able to get us amazing views. We had a great experience from my first inquiry to the very end. We did more of a mid-level expense and the resort meant expectation, the staff was great, food was good, and the lodging was very comfortable.

Namibia was one of the most enchanting, fascinating, and beautiful countries I've ever been to!
My recent trip to Namibia was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I set foot in this captivating country, I was greeted by a landscape that seemed to stretch endlessly, offering a mesmerizing blend of natural wonders and cultural richness.
One of the highlights of my journey was the opportunity to witness Africa's magnificent wildlife in its natural habitat. Guided by the knowledgeable and charismatic Rudolf, every excursion into the wilderness felt like a chapter from a wildlife documentary come to life. From majestic lions prowling the savannah to graceful giraffes and elephants roaming the plains, every encounter left me in awe of the sheer diversity and beauty of Namibia's fauna.
The dunes of Sossusvlei painted a surreal picture against the canvas of the desert, while the rugged terrain of Damaraland offered a glimpse into the ancient history of this land. Whether it was the ethereal beauty of the Skeleton Coast or the serene tranquility of Etosha National Park, Namibia's landscapes never ceased to amaze me.
And then there were the sunsets! Words fail to capture the sheer magic of watching the sky set ablaze in a symphony of colors as the sun dipped below the horizon. Each evening felt like a celebration of nature's artistry
But perhaps the true gem of my Namibian adventure was my guide, Rudolf. His passion for his homeland was infectious, his knowledge boundless, and his commitment to ensuring an unforgettable experience for his guests unwavering. From sharing fascinating insights into Namibia's history and culture to regaling us with tales of his own adventures in the wilderness, Rudolf was more than just a guide – he was a friend, a mentor, and a source of endless inspiration.
I carry with me memories that will last a lifetime – memories of Africa's wildlife, its landscapes, its sunsets, and the remarkable people like Rudolf who make Namibia truly special.

Worth the trip!
Kenya was absolutely beautiful. We went in February which was a great time to see baby animals. Masai Mara was the highlight but we also visited Lake Naivasha, Nakuru, Hell's Gate and Amboseli and all were worth the visit, especially the amazing view of Mt. Kilimanjaro from Amboseli.

Niki and Ali went above and beyond to make sure we had a great safari :)
Service was awesome! They made sure we were taken care of every step of journey. Value was great since many other companies were charging more for worse accommodation. Would highly recommend. :)

A well organized tour group with polite, informative guides, great communication each day as to what would happen the next day re times & places visited etc. I would highly recommend Cuckoo Safaris. This 4 night tour had value for the money & we saw so many interesting sites.

The staff in Meektails Safaris are very responsible, and also helped us a lot. They have given us a lot of consideration in the planning . Safari in Kenya is very perfect, and our guide is very experienced, enthusiastic, cheerful, and humorous. He introduced us to a lot of animal knowledge. This is a perfect journey and all of us had a great 7 days there.

Our Ugandan safari exceeded our expectations and provided us with memories to last a lifetime!
I travelled with Nsavi Safaris for 15 days with my wife, mother and mother in-law. The trip that was planned by Victoria and executed by Jasper, was one of the most incredible experiences of our lives.
From my first contact with Victoria she responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions or adjustments that I wished to make to the trip. This exceptional communication gave me confidence in the professionalism and knowledge of Nsavi.
Victoria customised our safari to allow us to see everything we wanted to see, at a budget and comfort level that suited us.
Uganda is a remarkably diverse, beautiful and interesting place that our guide, Jasper, and Victoria are so passionate about sharing with the world. Whilst it may not be as well known as some of the other safari destinations in Africa, Uganda has absolutely everything that one could hope for in a Safari with the added bonus of an absolutely remarkable culture, stunning and varied landscape and (currently) less tourists than some of its neighbours.
The quality of the accomodations that we stayed in during our trip were excellent and the service provided at each location was absolutely outstanding.
The vehicle that Nsavi provided for us was one of the best that we saw whilst on safari, with larger windows and in better condition than most others.
Jasper was an amazing guide, he was professional and dedicated as well as passionate and a lot of fun. He took on any hints of what we may want and worked tirelessly to bring these desires to life. We managed to fit in more experiences during our trip than any of us thought possible, and Jasper was the key to making these happen.
The wildlife viewing that we were treated to was phenomenal with so many highlights that we could not pick between them. We saw all of the animals that we had hoped for, up close and personal and quite often without another car or person in sight. Having recently completed a safari in Tanzania, the contrast between the 2 with regards to the volume of tourists is stark and would lead me to choose Uganda as my safari destination of choice.
Thank you so much Victoria and Jasper.
5 Day calving Season. Good, with unfortunate communication issues.
I travelled on a 5 day safari with Meijo Safaris through Tarangire, Ndutu and Serengeti with my wife, mother and mother in law.
We saw a lot of animals, including the big 5 and calving during the great migration. We expeienced an excellent hot air balloon flight over Ndutu which was absolutely a highlight of the journey.
Tanzania is spectacular and the wildlife is quite incredible. There is absolutely no place on earth like the Ngorongoro Crater. The downside to such a place is that it is so busy. You cannot get near an animal without 5-15 other vehicles. This volume of vehicles also make the main roads to the Sertengeti a dust bowl that is very unpleasant to traverse.
The accomodations organised by Daudi and Meijo were wonderful, they were beautiful and comfortable with excellent food.
Daudi was reasonably good to communicate with and I believe that he wants to provide a good service to his customers.
Unfortunately our time with Meijo was negatively impacted by some issues. The itinerary that was proviced to us, did not match up exactly with our experience due to permits at the locations we visited. This was not helped by the lack of clear communication around the reason that we were not following the itinerary.
Our hot air balloon flight was apparently booked the day before, this was booked on a different day entirely to the schedule. This did turn out to be a preferential location to do the flight, but again the lack of communication left us in the dark.
Our driver did not seem at all enthusiastic and was, I believe, the cause for many of the communication issues. We were told a few things by our driver that were not correct or were not as per the schedule and had to contact Daudi to attempt to get the correct information or rectify unapproved cancellations of scheduled activities.
We mostly enjoyed our Safari with Meijo, but I would be hesitant to rebook with them when there are so many options available.
