Safari is recommended and complete in Spanish.
My experience with the company was excellent, both in the pre-trip communication and during the safari. They quickly addressed any questions or concerns in Spanish, which was exactly what I was looking for. The safari itself was a wonderful experience. The accommodations and meals weren't luxurious, but they were very good, as was the excellent service from the staff and our guide. The only "negative" aspect was the amount of time we spent at the Ngorongoro Crater, as it felt too short. If we had known this, either by asking ourselves or by the company or the guide, we would have planned the route differently, since we only had about two hours of actual time in the park. We also felt the guide could have been a bit more patient when we asked to stop, as he didn't always respond to our requests and at times seemed eager to finish everything as quickly as possible. But despite this, I give it an 8 out of 10, as overall it was a wonderful experience and I'm very happy with the services we received.

Knowledgeable and chatty
From the get go Kelvin was extremely helpful and responsive. My mum and I booked with Kelvin about 8 months in advance, from booking the safari, to accommodation and extra tours in Arusha, to our overnight bus to Dar Es Salaam, Kelvin was there all the way to help us. Answered every question I had, whether it be best advice for money, or what to pack, Kelvin emailed back and no question was too hard. The safari itself was phenomenal, we had one minor hiccup having to change specific days, so we had to change our accommodation one night, but one phone call to Kelvin and it was all rectified. We had a young lad Josh pick us up from the airport and because we had a couple days in Arusha before safari, Josh gave us a good city tour - we had another team member George drop us to the bus stop at Arusha to get on the bus to Dar Es Salaam, and everyone person we dealt with where without a doubt incredible. Our tour guide Pita was so knowledgeable, he knew where to go, and what to see, answered every question we had about the animals. I will note one thing - you are on Africa time, so sometimes may be a little late! But no fear Hakuna Matata!

David was polite and accommodating, and kept us up to date on timing and road issues.
Overall a good value and experience. We had to wait a bit for our driver to pick us up because he had passengers that needed to be dropped off at several locations, but he was courteous when explaining the situation and I was pleased with the communication. He was a safe driver and made sure all passengers used the correct allotted time for breaks, as many of us had flights to catch.
