The trip was great - lots to see and do and all professionally handled
From the start, Monametsi of Moonstroll Vantage Expeditions was prompt and informative with his email replies. If I didn't get an immediate reply it was because he was out checking on a tour and that was comforting to know he was so attentive. We chose a combined mokoro/driving tour. Our mokoro guide, DP, and his fellow polers were helpful and informative. I hadn't done a walking safari before but after learning the safety tips we felt comfortable and it was exciting to see animals from a different perspective. Hearing an elephant shake a palm tree for the nuts is quite a sound! Our second guide, Keone, was equally helpful and informative, with both DP and Keone knowing so much about the animals and birds. Keone was attentive to our interests throughout the 3 days and we had the time to sit and watch animal movements, such as a leopard or a lilac breasted roller, instead of taking a quick photo and having to move on. The accommodations were comfortable and as we expected. The food, prepared by Gothata, was always tasty and plentiful and we had a nice combination of familiar and traditional foods. Camp Assistant G was efficient and friendly as well. Our flight out of Maun on the final day was suddenly moved up by 2.5 hours but Keone handled that without stress. Lovely trip!

It was a more than excellent tour with Drifters and Ruan Mey as our guide.
We did at that time the South African tour with Drifters. Ruan Mey was our guide. He was excellent, friendly, competent. The tour and the guide were both in one word : AMAZING!!!

Great driver
Our driver Deo was absolutely fantastic, and the lodges Greg booked us into were awesome.
There was a minor issue with the other people in our group changing their booking at the last minute which resulted in some hassles along the way, but Greg was very fair to us and gave us a small refund to account for it. I don't think it is usual for his tours to have problems - I have spoken to other people who have been on Greg's safaris and they all had a really good time.

Perfect Honeymoon
A big thank you and 5 stars to Yellow Zebra and Kirsten Woolley. I don’t think you can too Yellow Zebra’s attention to detail, communication, and recommendations. They made our trip effortless for us and all of our destinations over delivered on expectations. Ask the YZ consultant what their recommendation would be based upon the choices and the price differences. We were willing to pay more for what was important for us (private guiding, etc) and working with YZ it was very helpful for pick and choose based upon different price points and recommendations. Hope we’re fortunate enough to experience again in our lifetime.

Was simply amazing

Great trip in a great country
Email communcations before the trip were vey good, the driver (Musa) was extremely kind and professional.
A pity that we couldn't stay at the expected hotel the day of our arrival (after a long trip) due to some reservations problems.
Flexibility of Denhum holidays was good as well.
Sopa hotels were a 10!

Great Experience and Lovely tour!
This was my fiance and I first trip to Joburg and I am thankful I picked Mmilo Tours for my safari experience. Patrick contacted us and gave us good advice on our itinerary and how best to maximize our time. Special mention for Willem our guide on this journey, he was on time, the car journey was comfortable and he was so happy to share his knowledge with us. We first went to Ukutula Reserve and went on to Pilanesberg Reserve. Both locations were perfect and really created a lovely memory for us. Highly recommend for anyone and when I am back, I will be looking for them again!

Fun and beautiful
We went on a budget camping safari with a group of friends and had a wonderful time. We were received very well upon arrival and from there on everything just got better. Everything was well arranged, all trip long we haven’t had to worry about anything. We had a wonderful cook that surprised us with every meal. We stayed at nice camping sites, some were better maintained than others but we didn’t expect to much from them anyway since we opt for the budget safari. We had a good and fun driver who knew the right spots to see wildlife. We all had a great time and won’t forget this experience.

Top experience, top operator
Everything went smooth, from the booking to the tour itself. We knew this operator from some friends who travelled in Uganda in 2017 and had a positive experience.
We found also the kindness of their consultant who was very patience despite our inexperience to the destination and the many questions we had.
Another praise should be done to our guide John, whose knowledge leaded us to many insights about this truly beautiful country.
