The Elephant heard tours were fantastic. Both tour guides were great and Becifer’s dedication and skills and spotting animals from a distance, from tracks etc was amazing. Christopher was also a good guide and we saw some amazing things.
We did also book a private safari through Elephant heard where Christopher transported us to Sabi Sands and then we were transferred to a bus with one of their private guides. That one was pretty disappointing and in our view a waste of money; the Elephant heard guides were so much better!
I think the issue was that the Sabi Sands guide assumed everyone on her truck was staying at Sabi Sands and would therefore be doing sunset safari everyday. For example on our 3hr sunset tour she spent over 45mins sat looking at bushes waiting to see if the Leopard emerged because she wanted to see the Leopard. She told us at the start how the elephants come close to the trucks etc which would have been amazing, but drove straight past the elephants telling everyone we could see them tomorrow as she was going to see the Leopard. Thats fair enough but proceeding to sit there for almost an hour during which time we saw nothing was a waste. The other passengers had the benefit of doing a sunset safari on other days being guests of Sabi sands and so could see the other animals. We paid to do that once and it was our only sunset safari and so was disappointing. We also did not get the sunset picnic which the other buses got. Their spotter didn’t actually spot anything. We did and when we told the guide she would then reverse back so that they could see the animal at the front but didn't have any regard for our view now being blocked by bushes. I think as the most expensive one we did it was not great and we much preferred the Elephant Heard guides.
In fact we saw the Leopard as Christopher from Elephant Heard was driving us out of Sabi Sands and Christopher pulled over, slowly followed the Leopard and got us an awesome view of the Leopard. He was better than the whole Sabi Sands tour!

Extremely knowledgable, funny & kind
Rocky from Deep Africa took us through Chobe National Park on a day tour and boat cruise on the Zambezi River and I was not expecting to have as amazing of a time as I did. I could not recommend him, his brother & this team more. Extremely knowledgable about facts and the terrain. He took us through the area of which he’s had 7 years of experience navigating. We saw almost every animal you could imagine (not a guarantee) but he knew where to go. On top of that he was super friendly, kind & a very caring human. We loved it so much we went again in the same week. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If I could I would rate this safari experience 6/5. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Amazing experience!
Everything was amazing from communication with Ibrahim that was super quick and smooth to the safari itself.
Everything was arranged for us and well communicated (pick up/drop off from hotels, flights, safari).
We really liked Allan as a guide, he was kind and explained everything well and provided with binoculars and had home cooked meals for us to enjoy during the Safari.
The hotel was very nice and offered nice amenities (it was outside the natural reserves as we did two different parks in two days).
I highly recommend this tour!

We had some special requests, and they did a great job putting our safari together!
We did a safari with Safari Smile in February 2024. We are birdwatchers, so we needed a special plan (because most safaris concentrate almost exclusively on mammal sightings). Albert did a great job arranging our trip. The hotels and camps were great, but above all, our driver Fabhili and our guide Emanuel did a fabulous job. Highly recommended.

Amazing trip
Lilly was so helpful and gave us a lot of advice as it was our first time in Namibia. She organised Hotels in Windhoek, airport transfers and our 4 wheel drive vehicle with roof tent through Classic cars. Everything went so smooth and the truck gave us 2500 miles of trouble free driving over 3 weeks. We would be happy to recommend great exploration

Perfect
We just came back from 2 weeks in Tanzania. We have booked through Oreteti Safari without having any recommendation. We do not regret it at all! Everything was perfect. We did four days of safari. Our driver Amani was the best! Then fly to zanzibar.. our driver Mawani was also really nice. From the beginning to the end everything was perfect. Do not hesitate to contact them, Joseph is always there to answer any questions (and god knows I had a lot of them 😂) Thank you sooooo much Joseph for your patience.

I am Japanese. When searching for Tanzanian safari tours in Japan, I could only find somewhat similar and slightly expensive tours. However, after looking at reviews and searching further, I was able to book this safari tour. The cost performance is excellent, and I was moved by the performance of the cooks and guides. I recommend this tour to Japanese people as well.

Unforgettable memories
This was definitely a day to remember. We booked a day trip to Mikumi from Zanzibar. The response was immediate and Safina was incredibly helpful and flexible. For me as a European control freak, it took a while to adjust to the “pole pole” ways, but in the end everything was indeed very well organised. Our guide Abel was super knowledgeable and friendly, we saw 10 different types of animals and had complete privacy, barely encountered any other cars. I 100% recommend and when we come back, we book with them again!
