Exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience
We went to Zanzibar for our honeymoon and we are so glad we chose Sindbad as our tour operator! We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everything was well-organized, professional and stress-free. Abdul, our guide, was very friendly and reliable. He went out of his way to make sure we were having a great time and did everything we wanted to do. Adel, Sindbad CEO, was very kind and super helpful! We had great conversations about Zanzibar’s culture and food, and he recommended some really tasty dishes for us to try! All in all great experience👍🏻

A very experienced organizer, providing excellent strategy, high-quality guidance, and service throu
A very experienced organizer, providing excellent strategy, high-quality guidance, and service throughout the journey. They are very responsible and efficient in resolving problems promptly. Thus, our whole group enjoyed the safari trip with Bobu. We want to follow Bobu to explore the entire continent of Africa, including South Africa, and go on safari during the baby animal season. Definitely, you guys have deserved 5 stars!

If you want your first Africa trip to feel effortless, personal, and beyond amazing, go with Robert
We cannot say enough wonderful things about African Adventure Travellers and Robert! From the moment we touched down at Arusha Airport, we were welcomed with the warmest smile and hospitality that immediately set the tone for the entire trip. As four young American women traveling to East Africa for the very first time, safety and trust were our top priorities, and Robert and his team exceeded every expectation.
Robert was incredibly communicative from the very beginning, patiently answering all of our questions while helping us build a personalized itinerary that combined Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda seamlessly. Throughout the trip, he continued to check in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly, which made us feel cared for and reassured at every step.
Our drivers and guides were absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, kind, and always making sure we felt safe and comfortable. We loved every place we stayed; the lodges and camps were thoughtfully chosen, each with its own charm, and we always felt well taken care of.
This was truly the trip of a lifetime—one filled with breathtaking safaris, unforgettable gorilla trekking, and so many memories we will cherish forever. We are so grateful to Robert and African Adventure Travellers for making our dream adventure a reality. We couldn’t imagine a better team to trust with such a special journey, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering East Africa.

ONLY because of Bariki that I am giving a 5 star. He made up for the terrible sales & ops - 1 star!
Bariki has great experience and in-depth knowledge of the wildlife in Tanzania. He ALONE made our 10-day safari memorable.
And it is only because we learned and enjoyed Bariki's insights into the animals, plants, and birds that we are giving a 5-star to Gosheni (without him, it is at best a 1-star).
Sales & operations were horrible. Norah from Sales, took weeks before replying and then did not reply the questions being asked.
She sold us a mid-luxury package with 4-star accommodation. The hotels Okkarien Eco Camp & Acacia at Tarangire were barely livable. The tents leaked when it rained, for example.
The staff at these 2 lodges were very helpful but if such run-down, badly maintained properties, there is really very little they can do.

Wonderful
Our ten-day East African safari, spanning five days in Kenya and five in Tanzania, was an unforgettable journey.
Our Kenyan guide, Jake, provided outstanding service. His polite and accommodating nature ensured all our needs were met, making our time in Kenya, including a wonderful visit to the Masai Mara Reserve, both seamless and enjoyable.
The Tanzanian portion of our tour was expertly guided by Edward Mbise. Edward proved to be an exceptional guide, whose profound knowledge greatly enriched our experience. He frequently utilized a visual guide to detail the animals and trees we encountered.

The tour operator delivered a fun, well-organized experience with patient drivers & delicious food
The tour operator exceeded my expectations — the communication before and during the trip was clear and timely, the service was friendly and reliable, and the drivers were so patient and professional. The tour itself was fun and well-organized with plenty of great food along the way. It truly felt like excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience

An average agency
The 8-Day Northern Parks Budget Safari Tent was an average trip. Some aspects could be improved to ensure a better or five-star experience.
The driver was an average driver, but they were not a guide. The information provided was minimal and they showed little initiative. Another thing that could be improved is the tour's organization. Some stops, like the Ngare Sero Waterfalls and the Flamingo Lake walk, could be combined into a single day instead of over several days. Their proximity, the easy walk, and the short duration of the excursions would allow for more time to fully explore Serengeti National Park and observe the animals.
Overall, the trip was nothing special. However, if you are looking for a special experience and a guide who provides at least some information, I recommend evaluating other agencies.
