An incredible experience! Thank you Mwita for being our amazing guide!
5/5

With so many tour companies to choose from, we initially picked Lion King because of their excellent communication and clear presentation of our itinerary and options. Our guide, Mwita, grew up in Serengeti National Park, so has outstanding knowledge of the animals and the area. He is friendly, accommodating, and was a pleasure to spend our 6 day adventure with. We started off in Arusha, and from there went to Tarangire, memorable especially due to our amazing encounters with elephants, then we visited a Masaai Village and got to learn about their tribe and community, and traveled onto Ndutu while seeing lots of zebras, wildebeests, and giraffes along the way. While in Ndutu, we saw incredible animals, including many lions, their cubs, a leopard, cheetah, ostriches, and many others. The following day, we went for an amazing hot air balloon ride with Serengeti Balloon Safari which ended with a wonderful outdoor breakfast. The whole family loved it. Then onto Serengeti National Park where we saw more elephants, hippos, and a croc. We spent the night at the beautiful Nyota Luxury Camp, where the food was fantastic and accommodations breathtaking. We then traveled to Ngorongoro Crater, where the animals are everywhere, from flamingos to Cape buffalos and black rhinos. On our last day back to Arusha, we stopped at Mto wa Mbu to stretch our legs for a quick tour of the village known for its bananas and rice fields, and visited wood carvers and the local market. Overall, it was an incredible time and we are thankful to our guide Mwita for showing us his beautiful country!

Accommodating and friendly!
5/5

Great trip to the equator and Thompson falls. It was a great trip and our driver was accommodating. He stopped when we asked and the ride was comfortable. The equator experience was great for me and the driver stopped a 2nd time after lunch so we could experience it again.

Best tour guide by far in Tanzania
5/5

We did a four-day tour in December 2022. Everything was extremely organized from the start. Benjamin is not only an experienced tour guide with a very good eye but also has a sense of humor. The trip was therefore a lot of fun and, among other things, very funny. We were also very happy with the food, great chef on site. All in all it was just more than great. I recommend that anyone who wants to go on a safari trip do so with Loren African Safaris. We would like to come again. Until then we wish you all the best! and thank you again for everything

About: Kenya
Kenya is an amazing place!

We had a wonderful time in Kenya. Our safari guide with Wildebeest Safaris (good value) was so good at finding all of the animals to see in the three national parks (Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara) we visited. Seeing these animals in their natural environments was so amazing. Our stay in the lodges (Amboseli Serena, Sarova Lion Hill, & Mara Serena) was very nice with other visitors from all over the world. I would suggest staying in each park for two nights since the travel in between is long (unless you fly). We also stayed in Nairobi (Fairview Hotel was beautiful) for a couple of days (National Museum, Karen Blixen house & downtown walking tour) which was very interesting. If you can visit Kenya I highly recommend it!

This is the place to see rhinos plus other wildlife. The park is smaller and surrounds part of the lake. Birding is also nice here.

The best park in Kenya for wildlife and to meet the traditional Masai people. It is a huge park so plan lots of time here but you will see all of the animals here in their natural setting.

Excellent bird guide
5/5

We hired Peter and Twinspot Tours for 5 days of birding in and around Nairobi; specifically Nairobi National Park, Gatamaiyu Forest Reserve, and Amboseli National Park. First of all, he is an excellent birder and helped us see and identify many birds, especially the difficult ones as we had been to Nairobi National Park on our own prior to hiring him. He handled the logistics flawlessly, and we were very happy with the transport, meals and accommodation. Furthermore, he has a good sense of humour and is a good conversationalist, telling us a lot about Kenya, beyond just the birds and natural environment. We would highly recommend Peter and Twinspot Tours, and will hire him again when we return to Kenya.
