It was a dream trip
I did a three days trip. I booked last minute the evening before and the service was very good. Aron, the guide, was very nice and took good care of us. He knows the Mara very well and in one single day, we saw all National Geographic animals. Literally.
The tents were okay, not my favorite part but I know that I’m not at home and and I’m in a budget tour so the overall experience is great and I’ve realized my childhood dream almost entirely (I just miss the flamingos but they’re in another park).

Proud of Bencia
It not easy to find a trusted tour firm that you can pay two month advance deposit and still get best service. this happened to me last year when i paid in advance and got unfair deal. When I book in April , Alfred assured me that he will make sure I got value for my money. yes he did it and I'm proud to recommend him and the team. I will definitely use you again in my December holiday.

Great all round service
I first experienced Jackpot Safaris, Andrew Malalika and his nice family when we visited Arusha in 2013 with the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run and climbed Kilimanjaro with the Peace Torch (via "Coca Cola route"). Andrew was extremely helpful and supportive in organising and executing our events in Arusha, at the big Stadium and visiting schools, and we had a great Kilimanjaro experience with very experienced, knowledgable, helpful and friendly guides and porters, a very good team. And the mountain was kind to us! (just a few days before people were unable to summit due to snow!)
This year, Oct. 2019, we came back to Arusha mainly for Peace Run activities with no time for a big safari or climb, and again Andrew was super helpful, friendly and supportive with our events and activities - connecting us with special people in the area, providing transport (at a reasonable price) and company for safety etc. We loved meeting Andrews family with the kids again, and the new restaurant owned by Esther, his wife, opposite the African Court of Human Rights, is definitely worth a visit! Thanks also for making it possible to pay a visit to the African Court! And thank you for your sincere support of the Peace cause! We are looking forward to coming back - a multiday safari is still on the bucket list!

Fantastic safari for adventurous people
We saw pretty much every animal we could expect to see with our driver, the food was very tasty (although took a long time to prepare) and the views were stunning. We opted for the camping option to save money, and be prepared that this is real safari camping, in not the most comfortable conditions. If you can't bare a cold shower, go for a hotel ;)
Adam is a very good business owner, we were very positively surprised that he gathers constructive feedback from customers immediately, face-to-face, and takes it seriously. This is very rare and very important for a business. Unfortunately the driver did not know English very well, so communication was difficult at times, and maybe a detailed itinerary for guests could help clear up a lot of confusion (list of when we are leaving, when we are eating, etc., for each day).
Overall, thousands (if not tens-of-thousands) of animals, great authentic experience, and an unforgettable safari.

My experience and trip was spectacular
It was my first time to plan a trip to Kereita forest, someone recommended Shanjoy tours and Safari,it was the best advice ever.My day trip from the pick up point the fun filled, memorable day at The Forest at Kereita was simply splendid.Everything was well thought out in advance including the activities to engage in and paid in advance ensured my trip didn't have any hiccups.Their tour vans were clean and well maintained.Snacks and refreshments were provided to my surprise.Despite the heavy rains, Shanjoy tours personnel ensured our day ended with great memories.Kudos Shanjoy tours and Safari.I have used the tour firm twice this year. They have not disappointed.

Amazing Experience
My family and friends decided on cultural- vibes for our safari tour in Zimbabwe and Botswana after much needed research- Who definitely delivered on his promise of an awesome safari experience. From the planning phase to our actual arrival in Victoria falls, Zimbabwe - everything went smoothly. The tour manager was always available for any questions or concerns that came about throughout the entire process. On arriving in Zimbabwe we were picked up by Tonguesi at the Airport who transferred us to our hotel. We stayed at Victoria falls safari lodge a beautiful well appointed lodge in the reserve, with water hole facing views. I was in awe, at how beautiful the scenery was as well as how accommodating the staff was. Food was also amazing at the lodge. Our package included two game day drives - Stanley Livingston reserves, Zambezi River Cruise, Chobe National park and Chobe River Cruise. It was an awesome experience driving through the safaris on game day looking for animals in our open air jeeps. We spotted lions, giraffe, rhinos, hippos, Elephants, etc., The BoMa dinner and dance show as well as the helicopter fly over Victoria falls was breathtaking. The entire experience is one I will Cherish for the rest of my life. And I would definitely recommend Cultural vibes for your guided safari tour experience.

Awesome company!
Very prompt communication from Edgar who I booked with. Allowed me to pay upon arrival to avoid fees. Owner of company Tamara was awesome. She went above and beyond to take care of me throughout the whole 11 days. Safari itself was amazing. I'd do Marsa mara ngorongoro and Serengeti and skip the rest cuz 10 days bumping around in jeep is a bit much lol. Saw Everything and up close !!! :) :):)
