Everything was just amazing. Communication with Steven was very easy. From the first contact we felt comfortable, we got answers to all our questions, and even if it is still a smaller tours agency we booked with them. And we were more then happy with everything. Transfers were great, accomodations amazing, guides fantastic, service exceeded our expectations. We had all the luxury that you can have for a great price. So if you are thinking about safari or Kilimanjaro, just book with Kisaza. We will be back and go with Kisaza again!

Good value, enjoyable tour
I chose Buyaga because they offered the itinerary I was looking for at better value than other companies. Peter was very quick to respond to my many questions before the tour started which was really appreciated.
Overall a really enjoyable tour. Uganda is a beautiful country. Sometimes the timings weren’t as described in advance or in the itinerary but after the initial mismatch my guide made sure we went through the next days itinerary at dinner. He was also always concerned that the tour was going well and I was enjoying it. Some really lovely hotels on the way - not luxury but almost and with some amazing views and lovely people. I would definitely use them again.

Eye-opening
We went on a 3-day safari from Nairobi to Amboseli and Tsavo, to finish off in Diani. What an unforgettable adventure it was!!! Starting with the unique nature and the absolute beauty of the wildlife, and finishing with the terrific guide Nico who’s experience, sense of humour and kindness greatly facilitated our satisfaction, and ended up as a top highlight of our trip to Kenya. Benvenido was always very responsive, facilitating and super pleasant to deal with, so thank you for that! If we ever to go back again, it must be with you and Nico! Thanks so much:)

Reliable and accomodating
We completed a two night Safari tour and had an amazing time. The booking process was very smooth and the operator responded right away to any questions we had. The pick up, drop off and travel to/from was efficient and also flexible. We stayed at a great camp with hot water, great food and clean space. The Safari itself was an amazing experience and our driver made visible effort to ensure we got the best visuals as far as possible. Great to connect with both Moses and Felix from Moran Tours! Overall I would recommend Moran Tours to anyone trying to make a decision among the many tour options available!

Highly Recommended! Excellent Value For Money!
I had no clue about Safari or Kenya, until a few months ago when I decided with my partner about visiting Kenya. I have been doing my research for a few months about multiple safari packages and operators, before I finally ended up choosing Antony and his Josana Tours. Based on my research exploring and talking with many different operators, Josana Tours was the one that offered me an excellent deal.
I was really sceptical in the beginning because there were only a few reviews on the site for Josana Tours and was not sure how much I should trust them all. In the end, I am happy that I took a leap of faith. Thanks to Antony and his Josana Tours, I had one of my best experiences in life visiting Kenya and doing a safari at Masai Mara. From the day I contacted Antony, he was helpful, responsive and guided me well in planning my 2 weeks in Kenya. Me and my partner had gone for the 3 day budget Safari at Masai Mara and 2 day private safari in Amboseli. I would recommend the former, mainly because of the price and the fact that we got to do the safari with other people. Masai Mara is a must visit. Antony also offers you the possibility to customize your safari based on your need, I assume he can accomodate all your requests, it was the case for me.
Also, one thing to note, no matter the tour operator or how much you pay, your safari experience depends upon the guide who is going to take your around for the game drive. The guides that Josanna tour had assigned for us were fantastic and knew the places really well! Our guide Ken, who took us to the Masai Mara, is a LEGEND!!! Of all the amazing thing he did, one thing that stands out is the crazy ride during our game drive one day to see a black rhino which is very rare to spot in Masai Mara!
I can say similar things about our guide Sam too, who took us to Amboseli. He was amazing!
Also, Antony had helped me organize a surprise birthday party at Amboseli for my partner by coordinating with the camp. It was an unforgettable experience for us!
I would highly recommend anyone to choose Josanna Tours!

Fabulous!
We had an accelent trip thanks to kichaka tours!
We were very happy we selected kichaka tours, from the beginning the communication and organisation was very professional. The pick up from the hotel and the hole trip was perfectly planned and went without any problems.
One of our chosen lodges had some water leak problems the day we wanted to check in and couldn't offer our room as planned, Mariel from kichaka called us during our drive to the lodge, told us about the inconvience and allready had found an other lovely lodge for us, very nearby the originial one, so we drove there straight without any hassle - such a great service!
Also thanks to our guide Charles we were able to spot all the animals we wanted to spot - including the big five of course! He really is a great guide, who had a lot of experience and expertise. Unlike other guides that were just following the crowd, he was able to track the animals all by himself, read their drivings and notice little changes in the behaviour of the wild animals, so he figured out there were some carnivores nearby. Through this we mostly were the first spotting the animals and had the best view, directly front row! Thank you Charles for making this experience as unforgettable as it was!

Had a great tour! Organised through New Aquiline Hotel in Arusha. Organised the night before and went on a 1 night two day safari!
Brian organised everything and was super great and helpful and even went to the length of organising a bus when we got back to travel to the airport in Dar es saleem. (Too long of a bus ride, not Brian’s fault)
Brian was fantastic so ask for him when organising a safari. Very helpful and transparent with information.
Jeff was our safari guide and we saw lots of animals, even lions feeding.
Would definitely recommend.

The services of Reedemer African Safaris are very satisfactory. My wife and I had an unforgettable experience after a 3-day safari trip. The organizer and tour guide were very friendly and patient.
