A memorable experience
4/5

All the arrangements were made online, we planned the tour together and I paid the deposit in advance. When I reached the Entebbe Airport, the pick-up and the rest of the trip was as agreed. The best and memorable part of my trip was the gorilla tracking in Bwindi in that I couldn't have enough. I am in fact thinking of going back to Uganda specifically for gorilla tracking and will definitely use Limitless tours. I would recommend anyone going to Uganda to try the services of Limitless Tours and Travel Limited

Photographer's Dream!
5/5

What an amazing experience! Face of Africa Adventures lived up to their name with outstanding hospitality and a top notch tour guide! Our guide, Shaffie, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us take in some amazing views! What made the trip even more enjoyable was talking to Shaffie about his love for the environment and how passionate he is about nature, the Serengeti, and his country of Tanzania! The accommodations were also outstanding and a great place to relax after a fun day on safari.

highly professional, excellent service, amazing tour guides, outstanding travel experience!
5/5

In August 2017 I booked the Fisheagle canoe trail on the Zambezi River in Zimbabwe with Zambezi Safari & Travel. The tour was performed together with Natureways Safaris in Kariba. From the first contact the service was excellent, individually shaped and 100% reliable. Liz Ferreira from Zambezi Safari is the most passionate and considerate travel agent I ever dealt with, with a deep knowledge of the destination country and local conditions. With endless patience and commitment she replied within 24 hours to every question I had in advance, and there were a lot! Beyond the trip I booked with her she gave me valuable tips for my self driving journey through Zimbabwe. Thank you so much!
The canoe trip itself exceeded all my expectations. The tour guides Zera and Kenneth were simply adorable. Highly professional and empathic, with a mind-blowing knowledge of nature, wildlife and local history. They know the river by heart, I felt safe and comfortable at any time. This trip was an outstanding and unforgettable experience far away from touristic mainstream. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable, a must do!
5/5

We got the tip about Swala Safaris from a friend who was extremely satisfied, we hesitated and didn't want to rush into anything but from the first contact with Swala and the prompt, helpful team we knew we had the right team. I thought traveling with my elderly parents was going to be an issue but our guide was always helpful and understanding. He was extremely knowledgable and if he didnt have the answer the spent the night researching (above and beyond what we expected). In the end we saw all we wanted to see, it was only a problem that it had to end :)
I would definately recommend Swala to anyone!

6 days Best of Kenya Safari - best experience ever!
5/5

We booked a Luxury package 6 days Best of Kenya Safari with Africa Flash McTours & Travel, we traveled in November 2017.

We loved it, loved it and loved it!

We have seen so many lions, giraffes, elephants, hippos, cheetahs, rhinos (both black and white), leopard, flamingos, crocodiles, jackals, hyenas, baboons and many many more! We could see the animals being so close to them, we didn't expect that we will see so many and so close -the best experience ever!

We have been to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli - where we saw the Kilimangiaro.

We stayed in the best lodges: Sarova Maasai Mara, Sarova Lions Hill and Serena Amboseli -what a locations! Service is outstanding as well as the food!

Thank you Peter (the owner) for organising this great safari for us and a big big thank you to John (our guide) for showing us the best of Kenya.

It was an unforgettable experience! We would definitely travel with Africa Flash McTours & Travel again and it is highly recommended!!!

CATS Africa - Prompt, Experienced, Reliable
5/5

When I was looking for a Safari Operator, I sent mail to couple of operators. I got a prompt response from CATS Africa (Joyce, Operations manager) with a response.
The response was specific to my trip and addressed clearly the pickup and drop places time and the schedule.
It had the full program details on places that we will visit and what is included or excluded with options for accommodation.
It also stated my hotel from where I will be picked up, The driver name. There was also an image of the van I can expect for my travel - very transparent.
Later I was asked to pay. A proper invoice was provided to me to make payment along with their Bank details. I transferred money to their bank.
I also spoke to Joyce. Joyce confirmed the receipt of money promptly.

On the day of our trip Patrick ( our very experienced guide) greeted us(Me and my son) on time.
He briefed us and offered water bottle. We had a good travel to our Hotel in Masai Mara ( Mara Sopa Lodge).
On the way we visited the Great the Great Rift Valley floor. A sight not to be missed.
Patrick shared his experiences and we had a good long conversations on various aspects of Kenya.
He was a very kind, nice, friendly and knowledgeable person.
After checking into Mara Sopa lodge, we went for our first days short Game Drive .
It was a great experience seeing the Lions, Elephants, Cheetah, Antelopes, Wildebeest, Impala, Buffalo, etc on the first day itself.
Due to his experience, Patrick was constantly communicating with his "network of people" to know to find the animals.
This is the key to the trip. On top of getting a good operator, you should be lucky to get experienced and efficient guides.
After this first days's trip we returned back to rest in Mara Sopa lodge.
I will strongly recommend Mara Sopa for families and others due to Safely, excellent food ( including Vegetarian food), hospitality.

On Day 2 we promptly started at 6:30 to do a full day drive. Patrick was constantly checking with his network to take to us key points where animals can be found.
We saw - Elephants ( a lot), lions( plenty), Hippos (in Mara River), Hyenas, Banded Mongoose, zebras , Warthog , Giraffe
Saw the beautiful mara river and the points where animals migrate. we had lunch in the middle of the forest. First time and one time experience of life.
Thanks the Sopa Lodges who packed neatly our food and passed to Patrick.

After the trip we returned to Sopa Lodges to rest for the day and had an excellent dinner.

On Day 3 we visited the Tribal village to get to know their culture and customs:- Tribal welcome dance, their houses ( with no lights), houses with shelter for animal babies, sheds for Sheep, cows,
How the fire is made even today with sticks,

After this Patrick dropped us back to hotel. Patrick was an unexpected pleasant surprise to us. Well experienced, very friendly, always jovial and most importantly had the network and connections to know where to find animals.
In short, i will strongly recommend CATS Africa for any trip in and around Nairobi. If you are lucky get Patrick to guide you. I hope CATS Africa have more experienced and good Guides like Patrick.

An Unbelievable Experience From Start To Finish!
5/5

From the very first message I sent to Mike, I was greeted with such professionalism and confidence that Northen Circuit Adventures would be able to make my safari experience the best to date and I wasn't left disappointed. Although I may have changed the number of people attending a good three or four times, Mike was able to address our request immediately by providing costings, requirements and equipment where needed. Planning the safari trip was so much easier having Mike on the other side making sure we got exactly what we wanted.
The safari itself couldn't have gone any better. We were extremely lucky with everything that we saw. A massive thank you to our driver and tour guide Ellias who drove for hours everyday on quite rough terrain and not only made sure we saw every animal but managed to get us as close as two metres away from animals such as elephants, lions, cheetahs and leopards the one animal I had hoped and asked to make sure we see to complete my big five on safari. Alongside this, his knowledge of and ability to spot the animals were incredible. We definitely learnt a thing or two about every animal we saw.
Our tour chef, Sweetbat, was amazing too. He spent hours every day and night preparing fantastic dishes for us three times a day. We very quickly learnt why his nickname was 'flavours' as the food he prepared was unbelievable considering the facilities and equipment he had on the various camp sites we stayed at. There wasn't one thing wrong with any of the food and not once did we feel there wasn't enough to go around us all. We were trying to persuade him to come back home with us his food was that good.
As for the camp sites, we were pleasantly surprised with the facilities we had. The tents and bedding provided were very comfortable and much better than what we were expecting especially when in the middle if the Serengeti. Toilet and showering facilities were also better than what we were expecting especially as it was the first time camping for some of us. Being able to listen to the hyenas and wildebeest as we try to sleep was an amazing experience.
Overall, this was a fantastic trip which was certainly made better by experience of Mike, Ellias and Sweetbat. I would not hesitate in using this company again and will certainly be recommending them to friends and family looking to go on safari in Tanzania.

Thanks again for an amazing experience.
