“Fantastic Wildlife Experiences and Warm Hospitality”
We had a memorable trip overall, with several standout experiences, and a few areas that could be improved.
Our transfer from the airport to Insika Lodge was smooth and well‑organized. The hotel offered very good accommodation, although the dining experience didn’t quite meet expectations due to a few mix‑ups with food and drink orders. The Victoria Falls tour was wonderful.
The transfer vehicle to Botswana was unfortunately below standard. There was a noticeable exhaust smell inside the cabin, and the seats were in poor condition, which made the journey uncomfortable.
Our stay at Chobe Bush Lodge was excellent. The food and service were consistently very good, and the boat trip was a real highlight of our time there.
The bush camp, Kadizora Camp, was exceptional. The game drives and boat excursions were outstanding, the staff were warm and personable, and the food was truly wonderful. It was a first‑rate experience from start to finish. This experience we will not soon forget!

Very easily accesible with very quick replies!
Very easy to communicate with. Replies to mails in an instant.
Expensive to enter the parks but it is worth every dollar to get so close to the animals in the Wild.
The trip includes a lot of time on the roads, but the scenery is spectacular, in cities or in the countryside.
Our driver was reliable and experienced.

An Outstanding Safari Led by an Exceptional Guide, Despite Operational Issues
The four-day, three-night safari tour was truly breathtaking. Being able to witness animals living their lives freely, exactly where they belong, with my own eyes felt like a profound blessing and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
My driver, Moses, had deep knowledge of both the safari and the wildlife. He was exceptional at tracking animals and always attentive to their movements. He also thoughtfully considered the direction of the light and positioned us in the best spots, allowing me to photograph the animals in the most beautiful way possible. I was genuinely impressed by both his professionalism and his considerate attitude.
The safari experience itself deserves a 10 out of 10. However, there were significant issues with the lodges where we stayed. In both lodges, internet access was not available in the rooms and could only be used in the communal areas, which was frustrating. Neither lodge provided a hair dryer either.
More disappointingly, the staff at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge repeatedly made mistakes and behaved rudely, despite this being a service-oriented environment. There were no apologies offered unless I raised strong complaints, and only then were the issues addressed with delayed apologies. Staying there felt unpleasant and uncomfortable.
In addition, the tour payment was split into two parts, and there was a serious issue with the second payment. The amount communicated to me was incorrect, and as a result, I almost overpaid by 500 dollars. This caused unnecessary stress and should not happen in a professionally managed tour.
The contrast between the wonderful safari experience and the disappointing lodge stay was quite stark. If these issues, including accommodation and payment accuracy, were properly addressed, this tour could truly be an outstanding experience overall.

Namibia is very interesting, it's dunes unforgettable, wildlife unbelievable, arid, worth visiting.
Namibia is very diverse. Windhoek, the capital beautiful, Etosha National Park full of wildlife, exciting. The skeleton coast quite unique with its city
Swakopmund very German influence and pretty. The Namib dunes, one of the oldest deserts in the world very captivating. and worth visiting. When we were there, it was quite hot, so an early walk was necessary. The landscape in some parts, pretty others very arid and dry. We travelled in our minibus thousands of kilometers to see it all, most of the roads are unsealed so we were "rock n rolled" quite a bit. As the African call it "African massage" It is not for the faint hearted or people with back problems. Due to the hot climate, we needed to buy many bottles of water daily which our tour operator did not provide. Disappointed! For the money we paid, we were expected at least water to be provided! Most of the accommodation very good. Meals Superb. All in all, it was an experience I will never forget. Would I do it again, definitely.

If you're traveling the world, you can't miss Namibia!
An unforgettable trip for its colors, people, and unique experiences, absolutely worth trying!
For safaris and wildlife, there are perhaps better options. Etosha is a bit disappointing, with too many people and cars. Ongawa exceeds expectations for its contact with wild nature.
