Very kind and helpfull tour operator
We were picked up and brought to the rentall, the day before the climb to confirm we had everything we needed. They were really helpfull and thought along with us. On the mountain the guide (Kenneth) was really nice and gave some tips on how to make the climb easier. The only thing was that we didn’t know how big the group that was guiding us would be, which meant that we didn’t brought enough for tipping.

Excellent
The tour was great and our tour guide, William made our trip so memorable, he was an absolute gem, so informative, knowledgeable and kind! Just slightly disappointed that we missed visiting the foothills of Kilimanjaro eventhough our group was ready on time as per the tour operator. Other than that, great experience and would recommend.

Good guide and competitive prices
The guide was very talented and was able to find a lot of animals. He was also knowledgeable and had nice stories to tell. The car had minor issues with for example seatbelts and we were late to start and finish, but otherwise everything went great

Wilson was a very good driver and knows the park very well,.
I think that the experience was very good in terms of accommodation, I think the food was very decent overall and the staff was very nice. Specially Allan, Hellen and Tommy. The cars were great. I personally wasn’t satisfied with the fact that the driver was very persistent about stopping in a Massai town. In my opinion we are paying for a safari, not for a town tour, and though the driver listened to us, I did not like that there was a lot of persistence about it. Nonetheless, Wilson ensured that we saw almost everything, and listened to our needs when we needed them.

Good genuine locally based budget tour operator
Marvel runs serious fun tours and was brilliant helping us to organise our trip to Zimbabwe and Botswana. He was very accommodating with my requests and maintained good communication. We spent 5 nights in victoria falls, 2 nights in Hwange, 1 night back in vic falls and 2 nights in Chobe. The overall cost was similar to if I had organised each of the activities myself so it was good value for money, as we had the added reassurance of dealing with 1 company. It was also important to me to use a locally based company so the money is going direct to local Zim people. Marvel also provided us with a driver throughout so when we wanted to stop off at the supermarket or go out for dinner they drove us at no extra cost. Our driver was often Busani who was really helpful. Marvel also helped us out collecting lost luggage from the airport at no extra cost. The guides used for Hwange and Chobe were excellent. The company used for the Chobe camping trip wasn't brilliant but Chobe park itself made up for it, as it's beautiful and we saw so much wildlife including 100s of elephants, hippos, buffalos, crocs, giraffes, antelope, lion and a leopard! Camping was also fun (if you like camping and are used to it - this is not luxury camping). We didn't see so much wildlife in Hwange i think because of the time of year but for us it was interesting to drive out of vic falls and see some of the Zim countryside, plus we did see elephants, antelope, giraffes, zebra, hippos, hyena and a cheetah! There are so many activities in vic falls so it's really about what you want to see. I wanted my kids to see rhino's, as this was unlikely anywhere else and we went with wild horizons for the elephant encounter as they had better reviews than other companies and it was an amazing thing for the kids to do. We also did the hike down the gorge and saw the falls from a different perspective which was amazing. You do need to be of good fitness and not to be scared of heights though! Our kids are 11 and 13 and they loved it, I wouldn't recommend for younger kids. Marvel took us out to a local village which was also really interesting and good for the kids to see how differently people live. Of course the best thing was seeing the falls, which is absolutely spectacular. We didn't do a guided tour as we just wanted to do it at our own pace and take it all in, we had lunch there and went back to our favourite spots again after lunch as it's a once in a lifetime experience! Overall I would recommend Serious fun tours as a budget option, it was good value for money, they were genuinely lovely people and we had an amazing holiday.

Safari organizer concerned with customer satisfaction
I booked a 5-day safari with Mournic Adventures. From the start, I was pleased with their commitment to respecting my requests and preferences (in terms of parks visited, comfort of accommodation, etc.). The staff was very helpful before, during, and after the safari. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness and easy and quick communication. I had a wonderful time in the parks visited and the accommodation chosen.

Friendly
I was a bite nervous being that the only way to communicate was via email. The first driver showed up a few minutes past the scheduled time. We were taken to the airport to change vans. That was a bit confusing. The driver Tiyani was friendly and accurate on the times. We stopped twice to stretch and go to the bathroom. The drive was long and some of the roads were bumpy but over all the van was clean the air worked and everyone was kind. Would recommend this tour company.

He did his job pretty well although he should give the client more power of decision.
Very good services. Helen, Alan and Toni (the people working there) are very helpful and always providing with whatever we need. Incredible service at the camp.

Ben was very nice and knowledgable
The company was good and the accommodations were great but our tent had a sewage smell. My group felt that the there definitely could have been more game drives. When we arrived at the accommodations we just sat there for 2.5 hours before driving into the park which we could only be in for 1.5 hours before it closed. The third and last day we could have spend part of the morning in the park if we started earlier but instead we only left to see the Maasai village at 8:15 a.m. ish. The village experience was great but since we had the time to get up earlier, more time in the park would have been appreciated. Also, there was a very heavy focus on the big cats. I think we maybe stopped to look at one group of elephants for 20 seconds and didn't even stop for the second massive group of elephants that we all pointed at. If this had been my only safari experience, I would have been slightly disappointed.
