Advice to help them get better:
1.tent get wet during the camping the team build a new one for us, if it can be checked in advance would be better
2.the hotels at beginning and end were not so satisfied but it is reasonable to consider the price as the operator said but I think next time they can make a clear list of price of everything the customer can consider to rise the price to get a better experience.
3.the skills and capabilities of photography of the guides are very important. When choose guide can consider that especially for the customers who needs good photos
4.vice guiders is also important, should choose who is not so old that we even worry about him/she

My reteti Safari adventure was fabulous the agent ,Miss Cynthia ,and Mr Bernard our guide , with entire team are very professional, and helpful .our guide was knowledgeable about reteti to inform us reteti is known for the largest elephant in the world ,and it rich heritage this is a experience second to none . alone with different animals .A experience you need to see nature are her best.

The reason why this trip was so enjoyable was that our driver was David. David is the best driver.
The reason why this trip was so enjoyable was that our driver was David. David is the best driver I have ever met. First of all, his driving skills are extremely impressive. Several times we almost got stuck in the mud on the grassland, but David managed to get us out by himself. Moreover, he also helped others who were stuck in the mud. When there was a traffic jam, we could arrive at the hotel two hours earlier than others traveling with us. Secondly, when we were observing animals and taking photos, David was very good at finding the right angles, allowing me to take many beautiful pictures. In short, I am very grateful to David.

Kind and gentle
The tour operator is reliable and very kind but accomodation and services received from lodges are different from marketing strategy and website advertiment resulting in not at the same level and difference resulting in not fair money payment

It's highly professional, responds promptly, and provides excellent advice
Our overall trip this time was quite satisfactory. At the beginning, Joseph patiently answered my questions, responded very quickly, and provided a very reasonable price. During the trip, our driver and guide was Eric, who was very friendly and patient, taking good care of us along the way. Moreover, he was very quick and professional in spotting animals. He took us to see many animals such as lions hunting and cheetahs, and gave us a lot of introductions.

Good experience & well managed
Overall good experience and my trip was well managed by Ariana from Outerworld tours. Price offered was very competitive. Ariana was in regular touch with me right from start to the end so that I don't face any issues.
