From the first correspondence, impeccable service for an unforgettable adventure
I went on a 4-night, 5-day customized safari with Serengeti Smile in Tanzania in February 2025, and my communication with them was flawless, fast, and precise.
Even before the trip, Jonyo from Serengeti Smile provided me with all the information I needed. He was extremely kind and always responded quickly, even on weekends and holidays. Thanks to his support, every step leading up to the journey went smoothly.
Before starting our safari, we visited their office, where I was delighted to meet Jonyo in person after communicating with him via WhatsApp.
The itinerary was well-structured and organized, making the entire process seamless. Additionally, the guidelines provided by Serengeti Smile helped us prepare thoroughly for the trip.
Most notably, our guide, Fuse, was simply the best. He had extensive knowledge about African wildlife and ecosystems, and his ability to find fascinating locations and spot a wide variety of animals, including rare species, was truly remarkable. Everything was Hakuna Matata!
At the end of our journey, I wanted to express my gratitude, so I gifted him my sunglasses. I hope he is using them well and will continue to remember us.
For many Koreans, Africa is still an unfamiliar and distant travel destination. For those considering a safari tour, I highly recommend choosing Serengeti Smile. Libe has done a great job with finding animals and keeping us informed of why they were behaving in certain ways. Awesome driving skills. Very attentive to our needs. Found all the animals we wanted to see. Highly recommended!

Libe has great sight and does a great job of finding a good spot for photos.
Communications have been easy and smooth. Our tour guide Libe is professional in terms of identifying animals from far away and getting us to a great spot for taking photos. He listens to our needs and has expertise in helping us understand why animals behave in certain ways.

Well Organized & Extremely Communicative
We just got back from a wonderful trip to Tanzania organized by Serengeti Smile during calving season and would highly recommend that anyone considering a trip to Tanzania reach out to them. Above and beyond
Serengeti Smile truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Our tour guide was excellent and did a fantastic job spotting the animals during the tour. After our safari we went to Zanzibar and had an issue with our luggage at the airport - Serengeti Smile helped us figure it out even though we were in a completely different location and they had no obligation to help us at that point . I don’t have single bad thing to say about this company and our experience! I would book with them again without hesitation.

Even Better than I expected
Booking with Serengeti smile was a fantastic choice. We decided on doing a 13 day Safari + Zanzibar holiday, Godian was helpful throughout adjusting things based on our feedback with great communication through Whatsapp and Email.
Our Safari guide was Champion who kicked things off with our starter (Tarangire) where the highlight was getting up close to the elephants. Next the main course was the southern Serengeti. Here we saw all sorts including some Lions having a breakfast of Wildebeest. Again thanks to Champion he was fantastic at spotting animals, sneaky shortcuts and his Swahili singing. Our safari ended with Ngorogoro (the wild zoo) as Champion called it, which might be the most beautiful place I've ever visited.

Once in a lifetime experience
I can’t recommend Serengeti Smile enough. From booking the safari holiday to being on it I have nothing but positive words to describe the experience. Communicating with the team was effortless and they always kept us in the loop with updates and tour planning.
The safari was amazing and I have experienced and seen things I could only dream of! I have witnessed the big 5 animals plus a whole range of others. I’ve been able to get close to elephants, lions and giraffes and see how incredible they truly are. The tour was so interesting as we visited Maasai tribe and got to learn about their way of living and culture, something I never thought I would do. I feel so lucky that I have experienced all of these wonderful things and couldn’t go without thanking our guide Champion!
This holiday was with myself and my boyfriend and while away it was my birthday with Serengeti Smile and Champions help they gave me a lovely surprise and some cake to celebrate! Champion has been an excellent guide, so friendly, knowledgeable and so caring towards us. He has taught us so much and shown us the beautiful animals Tanzania has to offer! We have had an exceptional good experience with 3 different parks. Gide. Ery kind and with good experience and and always glad like all other people we meet.

THE BEST!
We booked Safari part of our trip through Baraka from Serengeti Smiles. This part was executed flawlessly. We had zero issues and had a fantastic time. Communication was superb and everyone was exceptionally good . But we ran into problems with later part of the trip which had nothing to do with this company. When we reached out to them they went above and beyond not only to help us but actually resolve the issues. In this day and age when people barely want to do their own job I was pleasantly surprised with the work ethic, efficiency and kindness Baraka displayed. Thank you so much for making this the best trip ever!
