What an experience
Our safari with Serengeti Smile was nothing short of unforgettable! what truly made the experience special was our incredible guide, Champion. His knowledge of the wildlife, warm personality, and genuine passion for what he does brought the whole adventure to life. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw the best of the Serengeti and always felt comfortable and safe. Thanks to Champion, we didn’t just see the animals — we understood their behaviors, habitats, and stories. This trip has given us memories to last a lifetime, and we couldn’t recommend Serengeti Smile (and Champion!) more highly.

Unforgettable 5-Day Safari
We just returned from an incredible 5-day safari with Serengeti Smile, and it was the trip of a lifetime!
From the moment we enquired, Godian made everything easy. He was always available on WhatsApp, gave us clear information, and organised the exact safari we had envisioned. His kindness and efficiency made planning stress-free.
Our guide, Hussein, was exceptional. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and the parks. He made us feel comfortable and safe, and his attention to detail turned our safari into something truly special.
While we did run into a couple of challenges — such as a return flight not being booked and a few lunches that could’ve been better — both Godian and Hussein went out of their way to resolve things quickly. Their care and dedication really stood out.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you, Serengeti Smile, and especially Godian and Hussein, for an unforgettable safari!

Unforgettable experience in Tarangire and the Serengeti with Carlos
My group did a 4 day safari across the Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater and had a seamless experience with Serengeti Smiles and our guide, Carlos. The company was extremely communicative and everything was beautifully organized. The accommodations were wonderful and all had great food, and we received free lodging upgrades for two of the nights of our trip because rooms were sold out. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about nature and history and helped ensure that we saw nearly animal we wanted to see. He spotted many animals that we never would have seen on our own. Ultimately, we had an unforgettable experience.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience…
Had an amazing time! We saw many lions, hippos, leopards, and so on… Carlos was such a knowledgeable and accommodating guide. He knew everything about all the animals and plants, and he went out of his way to ensure an experience we’ll remember forever. We love the Serengeti… and we love Serengeti Smile!

A once in a lifetime experience with Carlos
Carlos was a perfect tour guide who had extensive knowledge of all the animals, plants, history, and geography of the Serengeti. He went out of his way to give our group the best experience possible. The communication with Serengeti smiles was excellent.

Amazing
We love the accommodations of the trip - most of them are beyond our expectations and are really nice and memorable experience. The communication is easy whilst the company could easily reached via WhatsApp. Our guide, Walter, is an experienced guide who worked 16 years in the industry and prepared so well to accomplish our request. Trip of a Lifetime
Our experience was magnificent! The hotels were amazing! Our hotel Arusha Planet Lodge is lovely (the pictures don’t do it justice). Our flight didn’t leave until 8:30pm and we paid a small fee to stay in our room. We went to the spa which was beautiful and then we sat by the pool where we had a late lunch delivered. The food was great and very fresh. Our second hotel and Karatu Tented Lodge (which was my favorite) was just so fun!! It was comfortable at night (didn’t get too cold) and stunning during the day where you can sit on wooden rocking chairs on the deck, drink the best tea I’ve ever had while looking over rolling hills of beautiful farms and what looks like coffee. The safari was a once in a lifetime experience! Our guide , Aminiel, was awesome! He was patient and watch and waited for animals to come out. We saw just about everything (no cheetah). We went to 3 different national parks and they were beautiful . About a 31/2 hour drive from our 2 hotels. One on the dry desert and one in a tropical Rain Forest. The food at the lodge was great and the service- some of the best I’ve had anywhere. There are only about 12 tents so not many people. The air was aromatic with Jasmine, gardenia and honeysuckle scents. There are bathrooms at the Nation Parks and the guide drives you everywhere. The jeeps are bit bouncy but not uncomfortable. I have Arthritis in my neck and shoulders and the vibration actually felt good. The weather was perfect (first week in Sept). We saw thousands of animals- Lions, elephants (baby too!), zebras, giraffes, hippos, water buffalo, jackals, Thompson Gazell, 1000’s of wildebeest’s!! Flamingos- you will be surprised by the beautiful light pink colors! We also saw leopard, monkeys, and the most vibrant birds I have ever seen!! I’m missing other animals but it was so amazing! I would 💯 % recommend Serengeti Smiles- you won’t be disappointed! We did do a private tour and that was a game changer!!
