Amazing to deal with and caring!
Tausi, Eli, and King Sharubu (David) from the person who planned the trip, to the person who picked us up from the airport and got us to our first hotel, to the person who drove us all around on safari I can’t say enough great things about this team.
Eli was amazing from the moment he picked us up at the airport. He stayed around us to make sure we were safe, even arranged for someone to guide us through the food market. He stayed nearby during dinner to make sure we weren’t being overcharged and to help us feel comfortable and safe. Thank you, Eli!
Tausi constantly checked in with me throughout the trip to make sure everything was going as planned and that we were happy with the tour. She also went above and beyond by letting the places we stayed know that it was our honeymoon. Those little touches made a big difference. Thank you, Tausi!
And then there’s David, aka Sharubu an awesome person and an awesome tour guide. He made it feel like it was our own vehicle and he was just driving us around. He gave us the freedom to enjoy the experience however we wanted (other than getting out of the car, of course!). He taught us so much about the animals, the safari, and life in Tanzania in general. He’s a great person to talk to, and it’s easy to see why he knows so many people. Just an all-around great person.

Trip of a lifetime
This safari was booked by one of my friends who organised it for a group of 3.
From what I have seen - this company was perfect from start to finish. The communication (while we were in New Zealand) was clear, succinct, timely, informative and polite. Prices were competitive and experiences planned were exceptional. Careful consideration was taken to our wants for what we wanted to get out of this trip.
Through Serengeti African Tours we organised a 6 day Safari going through the Tarangire, lake manyara, serengeti, ngorongoro crater - aswell as a balloon experience over the Serengeti. This was all organised in a mid range package (which felt more than luxurious for us) with great accomodation options along the way.
Our guide - and subsequent friend - Peter, was more than phenomenal for this trip. He did a great job in getting to understand our goals for the trip, had a wealth of knowledge, and made it a personal mission for us to get to see some of the rare sightings in the park. His driving felt comfortable enough for me to enjoy a nap even on the bumpy safari roads. We were also joined by Pastory who added to our comfort, enjoyment and got some unique photos for us to cherish for years to come.
For anyone thinking of getting the most out of their Tanzania trip - this tour group should be a serious contender to help achieve their goals.

The perfect safari to see all of Tanzanias incredible wildlife
I believe the 6 days safari was perfect as we got to see Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, Tarangirie National Park and an unforgettable Maasai village visit. Our guide Ali was extremely knowledgeable, kind and considerate in making our experience the best possible and he tried his absolute best to try and find all of Tanzania’s incredible animals for us to see. I highly recommend this tour company and Ali for anyone looking for a once in a lifetime safari in Tanzania!

Absolutely fantastic!!
Every part of this experience as incredible and could not have been easier or gone more smoothly. From fantastic contact and communication regarding all details, to a speedy pick up and driving with King David as we now call him every part has been incredible. The safari itself was obviously exceptional, definitely a once in a lifetime experience and we were lucky enough to see the big 5! David had so much knowledge on all of the animals we saw even tiny ones we didn’t expect to see. The transport was so comfortable, drinks kept ice cold with a little on board fridge, snacks provided as well, the lunch we had on both days was also amazing! On the first day of our safari we had an entire spread of cooked food that I must say was even better than the dinner buffet in the safari lodge. I could go on but I have so many positive things to say I would be here for hours! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

Friendly, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. Everything was well organized.
We were very satisfied with the safari tour. Our guide was attentive, regularly checking on our comfort, providing excellent explanations about the animals, and making every effort to give us the best wildlife viewing opportunities. Each lodge had its own unique character, making every day feel different and enjoyable. The food was excellent throughout the trip, and the entire experience was truly memorable and well worth the cost.
He fully managed the safari tour, was very kind, and made our honeymoon unforgettable.
Overall, the staff were very kind and always tried to help with any questions we had. The safari tour price and package were reasonable, and they made every effort to show us as many animals as possible. Thanks to them, we felt like we received an unforgettable honeymoon experience. Thank you.

Very reliable, quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns.
We have enjoyed the Serengeti tour, it was professional, and all our needs were met.
Our guide Ali was an amazing, knowledgeable, caring tour guide.
We were able to see one of Africas biggest raptors and Monitor lizard, Ali found a black rhino and many lions and was patient to wait until we took enough photos. We were very lucky to see all the big 5 and many more.
Our accommodation at every part of our journey was an amazing experience, with very lovely, friendly people to assist us at any hour.

Great
Pickup and the journey to the national parks went smoothly. All meals were delicious, and our tour guide Laurenz did an excellent job organizing the trip and leading the game drives. We had some truly amazing wildlife encounters.

AMAZING!!!
My family took a 5 day safari with Serengeti African Tours and could not be more satisfied with the experience. Our driver/guide Luca was incredible at finding animals. Not only the big 5 but hyenas, jackals, hyraxes honestly more than I can list. We went for the budget safari with camping in the Serengeti and at the rim of Ngorongoro crater and found the tents as comfortable as any lodge bed with the added excitement of being under the brightest skies and hearing animals during the night. Our chef Denis fed us incredible and plentiful food three times a day with local dishes combined with classics at each meal (vegetarian options were plentiful) The office was very good at checking in with us before the big trip and immediately responsive with any questions. The 5 days were spent in Tarangire, the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara were some of the best days of our lives and we thank Serengeti African Tours for giving us some unforgettable memories!!!

Very professional, knowledgeable and warm
From the very beginning of our enquiry about the tour with Enness they showed how professional they are, answering to our every question timely and in detail. The big day came and we met with Peter our guide for the tour. Very polite, warm and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything, about the place, the animals their habitat etc. It was such a wonderful and beautiful experience, I will cherish forever. With us there was also Pastory the photographer, he took beautiful and amazing photos, wonderful memories. Thank you gentlemen for such an amazing safari 🩷
