Excellent
Great communication before the trip began, detailed instructions, amazing lodge and then camp site in serengati. Geofery our guide snd driver was excellent, what a pleasant demeanor, knew all the animals and birds that we pointed too. Very cautious about our safety, never felt rushed about anything. wonderful short safari, would definitely chose again and plan to do extended safari and will ask for same driver.

The smoothest safari experience! With the amazing Leonard!
We had an amazing safari experience and couldn’t have asked for a better tour. We were fortunate enough to see all of the Big Five (even a whole Lion pride and the Leopard posing in the tree for us) and every day was well organized and memorable. A special thank you to our driver, Leonard, whose knowledge, professionalism, driving skills and incredible ability to spot wildlife made all the difference. He was friendly, patient, and always made sure we had the best possible views while respecting the animals. I highly recommend this tour operator, and if you have the chance, ask for Leonard—you’ll be in excellent hands!

From the very first email to the final goodbye, Lion King delivered an absolutely flawless experience. Every detail was perfectly organised, and the level of professionalism exceeded all our expectations.
A huge thank you to Jovitha and Florida, who looked after our booking from the office. They were always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. A special mention goes to Florida, whose expertise in designing our 8-day safari itinerary was exceptional. Every day was perfectly balanced, with the right amount of game drives, travel time, and relaxation. The route through Tanzania's national parks was planned brilliantly, allowing us to experience an incredible variety of wildlife and landscapes without ever feeling rushed. It was obvious that every detail had been carefully thought through to maximise our experience.
The real star of our safari, however, was our guide Benjamin. He is, without question, the best safari guide and driver we could have hoped for. His knowledge of wildlife, birds, nature, and local culture was extraordinary, and his ability to spot animals from astonishing distances was simply unbelievable. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five and countless other incredible animals.
Benjamin always positioned the vehicle perfectly for photographs, patiently gave everyone time to enjoy every sighting, and never rushed us. His driving skills were outstanding, even on the roughest tracks, and we felt completely safe throughout the entire trip. His enthusiasm, sense of humour, professionalism, and genuine passion for Tanzania's wildlife made every game drive exciting and unforgettable.
Every lodge, every meal, every game drive, and every single detail exceeded our expectations. This wasn't just a holiday—it was truly the trip of a lifetime.

An Unforgettable Honeymoon Safari with Lion King Adventures!
We booked a tailored six-day safari directly through Lion King Adventures to celebrate our honeymoon. Florida was fantastic in helping us plan the itinerary—including a lovely leisure day—and made sure we secured the exact accommodation we wanted.
Our private safari was guided by Goodluck, who truly made the experience exceptional. He was incredibly welcoming, wonderfully informative, and had eyes like an eagle for spotting wildlife. Goodluck always knew the best locations and was an exceptionally safe driver who showed immense respect for the animals. A real highlight was the early evening drives; as the parks quieted down, Goodluck would position us perfectly to watch the animals against the backdrop of stunning sunsets. We were lucky enough to see the Big 5 and a variety of other amazing animals.
The picnic lunches in the Serengeti were fantastic, and the safari vehicle was stocked with an excellent selection of food and drinks, including chilled beer, wine, and soft drinks. The modern truck was extremely comfortable and equipped with a fridge to keep everything fresh. To top it off, both Lion King Adventures and all the lodges went out of their way to add thoughtful honeymoon touches, making the trip even more unforgettable.
We highly recommend booking through Lion King Adventures—the entire end-to-end process was effortless.
If you can, ask for Goodluck as your guide; he will truly ensure you get the very best out of your safari. Thank you again to Goodluck, we had the best 6 days with a fantastic guide who feels like a good friend! We already miss the ‘African massages’ from the truck on the road to the parks.

Excellent experience
Lion King Safari Tours provided exceptional tour guides who catered to our diverse group of five friends and families, including children aged 9 to 18. They ensured our interests were met, taking us on game drives to see the Big Five daily. Murshir shared fascinating stories about the Maasai tribe, animal habitats, and behavior. Yusuf closely observed lions, allowing us to capture excellent photos. David took us to the lion park, where we saw two lions, six lionesses, and a kill. Mita captured the best sunrise pictures during our last game drive. These four guides made our safari a magical experience. I highly recommend Lion King Tours and especially request these four guides for entertaining you and your children.

A perfect experience from start to finish: unforgettable safari!
When we first started looking into options for our safari, we felt a bit lost: so many choices, but also so many limitations. Often, one thing seemed to exclude another, and we were almost resigning ourselves to just settling for whatever was available...
Then we found Lion King Adventures, and it was an unexpected turning point. Every single person who assisted us was dedicated, competent, and extremely patient, doing everything possible to accommodate our every request—and succeeding completely.
We planned every single detail and itinerary together, receiving clear information and all necessary explanations. For a whole week, we didn't have to worry about a thing: everything was seamlessly in place—accommodations, activities, meals, everything—exactly as planned.
But the real superstar of our safari was our driver, Geofrey. Right from the very first minute, he made us feel at ease, driving not just the car, but the whole journey with remarkable expertise and organization. His attention to detail and his deep respect—both for us and for the wildlife and nature—made a real difference. Beyond always prioritizing safety, he took great care of us and listened attentively. He taught us so much about every species we encountered, about the Serengeti, the other parks, and life in general in this wonderful Country, and he didn't rest until every single one of our wishes was met, making this week truly special.
Last but not least, the care and cleanliness of the vehicle deserve a special mention: it was always kept in great order and didn't give us a single issue, despite the extremely challenging road conditions.

Amazing Safari Experience
We spent six unforgettable days visiting different national parks and had an absolutely incredible experience. We saw an amazing variety of wildlife, often just a few meters from our vehicle, visited fascinating local tribes, and stayed in high-quality lodges throughout the trip.
Our guide was extremely professional and knew exactly where to find the animals. We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five up close. We also saw countless elephants and monkeys, dozens of lionesses with their cubs, a cheetah with her cubs, a hyena stealing a leopard's dinner, hippos both on land and in the water, hundreds of zebras and antelopes in a wide range of landscapes, and so much more.
The tribal visits were unique and memorable. From the Maasai tribe (definitely worth visiting, even if it is a bit tourist-oriented) to the incredible Hadzabe hunter-gatherer tribe, every encounter was fascinating.
Be prepared for long drives on rough, dusty roads in a safari vehicle without air conditioning. However, if you love wildlife, the experience is absolutely worth it.
Lion King Adventures supported us throughout the planning process, accommodated every change we requested without any issues, and delivered everything they promised, including an excellent, knowledgeable, and fun guide.

Highly knowledgable guide, which made all the difference to the trip.
We appreciated the knowledge and experience of GoodLuck, our guide, which meant we had an exceptional wildlife viewing experience; including 5 different wildbeast crossings in Serengeti North (which is remarkable !). We also saw all mammal species of note with the exception of the black rhino (which is in any case extremely rare). On a less good note: 1. The jeep would require an upgrade; 2. The accomodations were of varying quality, although in general quite good.
