Everything was just absolutely perfect. From talking to you guys via WhatsApp, to the drivers, to the car. But being there I don’t even have words to describe, was like I was living in a dream out of this world, Our ranger was magnificent, he knew where to guy and found us the most amazing animals, with a lot of valuable knowledge. Everything was perfect, I make friends and all my expectations were meet way above. We walk with elephants, we saw a lion, and a lot of giraffes and zebras, and a lot of animal up close, was just perfect. And the lunch was superb as well. If you are in South Africa and thinking either you should do it the one day tour or not, do it. It will be the best day of your life.
It was the most incredible experience of my life.

The one-day Pilanesberg safari greatly exceeded my expectations! They were very accommodating and picked me up and dropped me back at the OR Tambo hotels. The staff members were very friendly, and our tour guide shared a lot of information about all the things we saw.. We saw a good variety of animals including a lion, wildebeest, warthog, impala, giraffes, rhinos and tons of elephants! We had multiple close encounters with elephants.
Lunch was included and very tasty. The outdoor seating looked straight into the park, and we had 5 giraffes come in close while we were there.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Amazingly knowledgeable and interesting South African experience
5/5

Excellent communication, met Sunny my guide in reception and was whisked off to the Culinan Diamond mine. I was surprised it was 1:1 but I think the day and time of year allowed me ask as many questions and get the full attention. Saw around the Culinan mine with the help of their own guide. Huge mining operation. If you're interested in industrial or mining heritage this is a great stop.
From there to Pretoria and a tour of the area, the Union building and Mandela Statue. Interesting history of SA and the area always being explained by Sunny.
Kruger museum is interesting if a little staged, but again learning about the political history was very eye opening.
Final stop was the Voortrekker monument. Amazing views of the area and got to see some of the wildlife too.
All in all an amazing introduction to Pretoria and South Africa as a whole.
Hats off to Sunny who made the day, informative, interesting and entertaining.
If all guides are as good as him I would heartily recommend.
If you go with an enquiring mind you won't be disappointed.

Efficient, prepared and punctual
5/5

The experience is truly all-encompassing. With the night at the lodge, the two Safaris take on a different and more complete flavour. We were also lucky enough to see 4 of the big 5 at close range without the need for binoculars ... unfortunately the lion is missing, but you know it's not the guide's fault.
