Great value for money.
Communication with Karibu was excellent before booking. Our driver was very pleasant and polite. The accommodation is basic, and liked the authentic experience of being amongst the Masia. However we did have flush toilets, showers and excellent food. The management explained that electricity was limited, but this was fine for charging our appliances.
We saw the Big Five and in the park and here there is no difference between a very expensive safari and a basic one - perhaps a more comfortable van, but you spend much of the time standing. Our driver Edward was excellent at finding the right spot for our photographs. Overall, an excellent experience and I would book with Karibu again

Good budget option if you're short on time
Communication from the team was good both prior to and during the trip.
The schedule was kept to, and was made flexible by our driver who gave us options whilst on the tour.
The animals were great, and our driver did an excellent job of locating the best game and giving us amazing views.
We were a bit disappointed to see the driver littering whilst driving on the highway (not in the park). Being part of the "Ecotourism" group, I would have expected all staff to uphold higher standards on this subject.

It overcome my expectations.
We have recieved a great treatment by the guide and tour operators. Fast responses to our email bookig, wich saved us from missing the safari.
I did expect less, but I recieved more than expected.
We have seen most of the aninals that the park could provide, thanks to the driver.

Completely amazing
The communication was unbelievable. Don’t worry about international calling, they will email you back immediately. I left my tablet in their van and they were amazing getting it back.
The accommodations and entire experience was above and beyond!

The big five in five days
My wife and I took part in a five day trip to the Masai Mara, Nakuru and Navaisha NP with Karibu Safaris and thought it was excellent value for money. Thanks to our expert guide Arony we saw lions, cheetas, a leopard and the wildebeest crossing the Mara river, and he dealt masterfully with any hiccups along the way. The accommodation was very good for the price, especially in Nakuru and Navaisha,

More value than price paid!
Benign my first trip to Africa, I was a bit skeptical about how it will be (or how it will not be). Karibu travels checks all the boxes with respect to everything mentioned in the itinerary. From my airport pick up to the journey and the safari game drives, the experience was not the value for money I was expecting but it was more than that. Arony was our driver and guide and I think our group couldn’t have asked for any better. He had over 2 decades of experience and a eye for catching animals. When most other groups in our camp saw less, Arony was able to proactively listen to the radio chatter, take the shortest routes to the site and gave us a lot of insights and history. I have already shared my experience with Karibu and Arony with my friends in India. I’m 100% sure they will all come to Karibu and ask for Arony :) Thank you for your services once again.

Wonderful experience with super good driver
It was my fantastic experience joining the safari tour with my wife.
Found all BUG5 and also wild beasts across the river.
This was very lucky but also Driver Auroni was so high skilled tour operator he was very good to make a best approach to animals also a good guy that told me lot of interesting things of Masaimara and Nakuru.

Good and professional safari
We did a 7 days safari visiting Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli and we enjoyed a lot specially Masai Mara and Amboseli as these 2 parks are a top for doing safari. Our guide was Aron and we can only say kind words, first about his knowledge of the parks and let us enjoy phantastic days. He manages always to have a good location to see animals, and through his long experience we learnt a lot not only about predators, also birds, and animals behaviour. The experience was amazing and in case we come back to Kenya we would like Aron as our guide.
