Jordan is an exceptional guide!
My husband and I went on a 6-day safari (2 nights in Tarangire, 2 nights in the Serengeti, and 1 night in Ngonrogonro).
Jordan was an exceptional guide with a wealth of knowledge. He taught us so much about the animals (he's truly passionate, and it shows!), the flora of the different areas, Tanzanian culture, and much more.
We were lucky enough to see the Big Five and all the animals we wanted to see (all while dodging tsetse flies!!!), we learned a lot of Swahili words, and we had a lot of laughs!

Melita is fabulous
We did a four day safari with Suricata Safaris. Melita was our driver and guide and oh my word he was amazing. He certainly knows his stuff and is passionate about his country and the animals. It made for a magical experience. We saw all the big 5 and more. I would highly recommend.

Spectacular
The Suricata team was spectacular with us. Even with our flight delays, date changes, and then changes, they did everything to ensure a highly customized itinerary that made every minute of our stay worthwhile.

The safari has been excellent everything I had expected it to be but better! And I think my guide Jeremiah made that, as a first time safari goer he took the time to understand all my thoughts and do his best to fulfill them, listening to me, wanting to help me. He didn’t just want to just work. With a smile on his face all the time he made us feel all comfortable and it really felt he went the extra mile for us, if all colleagues are like Jeremiah I’d be sure not one trip won’t be throughly enjoyed. The wildlife has been excellent as per thanks to the great guide Jeremiah!

No better way to Safari !
We did a 5 day mid range safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro, mantra and Tarangire with Suricata and couldn’t be more pleased . Ayman Mongi at the office was my contact who helped me with the quote - he was always very prompt to reply and provided all answers clearly. Best part was our guide Damian , who is the GOAT when it comes to his personality ,communication and his knowledge of the animals and birds on Tanzania . He knew them by heart , was a virtual dictionary of the parks! He made sure we saw the Big 5, ugly 5 and more! Or safari vehicle was in tip top shape , was very comfortable . The food provided during safari was hot (no sandwich boxes here), and was tasty. The accommodations were good, but main highlight was their Suricata Boma lodge , which was on banks of Lake Manyara and was an excellent property! It punches way above its weight- the staff are extremely kind and helpful, food is excellent. Overall we highly recommend Suricata, especially Damian!

Perfect
From the moment we were collected this was the best experience Ive had on any tour, surpassing all my expectations for my first safari.
I never write reviews but had to this time. Damien the guide who was with us for all 4 days was absolutely incredible. The knowledge and experience on the drive made all the difference. We felt safe and due to his vast know how not only got to see the BIG 5 but the positions he took up to get us as close as possible was truly breathtaking.
Not only that but all accommodation and food was 5/5 very clean and still managed to keep things simple with a?good mix of options for lunch which is prepared daily for us and the breakfasts and dinners were also excellent.
I would highly recommend this company and although im sure they have other guides who are great, i doubt any would be better than Damien.
