5-Star Guide, 2-Star Management
Pros:
- Our driver, Elias, was very good at his job and did his best to have a memorable experience.
- Thanks to Elias, we saw a lot of animals, from a close distance and he provided many interesting information.
Cons:
- The communicated hotel list was not followed twice. The hotels played a major role when selecting the safari, so we were disappointed ending up in different places.
- When we asked the reason for not taking us to the correct hotel, an excuse was provided related to governmental issues, which we later found out it wasn't true, since another member of our safari was taken to this hotel. An employee of Suricata also confirmed it was a lie.
We also found out, that other participants were lied to, with different excuses and on different topics.
- The other car of the safari had soft drinks and beers available during the safari, but we didn't. Also the last day we used another safari company, which also provided drinks.
- Mostly the lunch was chicken, which I love, but it was usually so overcooked and dry that one day I couldn't even eat it.
Proffesional, well organized
Everything was really good, including accomodations, our guide Steve, who was very friendly and give us a lot of information. Safari was really well organized, starting from picking up from the hotel and all the time during our stay.

the guide rasta man was amazing, he take a lot of Time to learn us everythinks about the safari and Tanzania !! He know all about animals and can talk many language to us. He offer us and unique trip, rich in culture, safe… I recommanded surricata safari and spécialy the rasta man guide

This safari experience was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfectly organized, and the meals prepared by our chef, Pius, were outstanding. Both Luther and Pius went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always gave their all.
We started our journey in the Serengeti, continued to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, and ended our trip in Tarangire National Park.
Luther was an exceptional guide. He made sure we spotted every animal along the way and shared his extensive knowledge and enthusiasm throughout the trip. His positive energy was truly contagious and made the experience even more enjoyable.
We would highly recommend this safari to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure. It exceeded all of our expectations!

The parks were amazing we saw a lot of differents animals and the guide explained us many things that makes the safari better than other and unique
The price is very cheap for everything that we have the food was very good too

Really interesting and the guise was really smart
Rastaman was great, he knew a lot about animals. When you take a tour with him is like having a private enciclopedia about all of Tanzania.

Very complete experience
I like the full experience, they drive good, are funny, they look lot of animals for us and also take care of us. In camping the tends are good and also the food.
I would recommend to improve the ngorongoro campsite, it was amazing because lot of animals come to the camp but the dinner place was really cold (the campsite beside was better, the place was closed and you can buy drinks and food.
