Cool Safari experience
We joined the 7-days Safari and the experience was cool. We found Serengeti Smile online and we communicate with the staffs through WhatsApp. The staff was helpful and the reply was always prompt. Our guide Barnabas is knowledgeable and he knows everything about the animals. He also brings us to see different kinds of animals and helps us take good pictures. The accommodations in the tour is good. We chose mid range safari tour and we love every accommodations in the tour.

Too good to be true
First of all, the way I learned about the Serengeti Smile was through an online review. There were a lot of good reviews, so I trusted and chose it. There are times during a safari tour when you have to move quickly or get a good spot to see a specific animal, and the ability of a guide is very important. Their sales representative, Lambert, was incredibly attentive, creating a fantastic itinerary for us and even making modifications based on our needs. Communication was very smooth. Our guide, Simon, was extremely professional. In just five days, we saw the five great African landscapes. He was also very considerate; since our English wasn't great, he would explain things to us in different ways. I feel like my English improved significantly during those five days. I plan to bring my children back next year and have him as our guide again. Simon is truly exceptional; throughout the trip, he explained the local history and animal habits to us.

Nature at its finest!!
We had an unforgettable 4-day safari with Serengeti Smile where everything was tailored to our needs and organised by the company so the trip ran smoothly. Our driver, Abia, was superb - friendly and full of interesting facts which made the experience so much more enjoyable. The safari itself exceeded all expectations with memories made to last a lifetime. We managed to see the big 5 which was a spectacular view. Best value for money without compromise
I had 3 nights and 4 days Safari plan, we saw all key animals and we had great videos and photos. We enjoyed the whole trip, our guide was very knowledgeable from Serengeti and he knows where to go and what to do! Also they are flexible in customizing and adapting the trip. Just don’t forget to check all trip piece of info they share it!

Amazing Adventures with Domi
Serengeti Smiles arranged an absolutely amazing guide for our 7 day Safari, Domi. Domi’s knowledge of the parks, routes, the animals, birds and culture is exceptional. He has developed a fantastic network of guides that he constantly communicates with to assure we were at the best location for observation and pictures. He has a fantastic sense of where to place our vehicle to view and take breath taking photos. Finally, he assures each nights lodging and meals are excellent and goes the extra mile to assure each day is enjoyable.

My husband and I booked a 7-day Tanzania safari with SERENGETI SMILES and have been incredibly happy with the booking process and Safari price with Pinel, for making the arrangements and a few modifications, as well as our tour guide, Domi!
In fact, Domi’s guide services have been beyond our expectations! He asked about our interests the first day, and has been very persistent and assertive in getting just the right spot in the Land Cruiser for us to get amazing close-up photos of the Big 5 animas as well as many more animals and birds. He ensures the Land Cruiser and windows are clean every morning and there are cold drinks and box lunches. He is extremely knowledgeable about animals and birds and has great experience to know where to find these amazing animals as well as to communicate with other guides for the absolute best photographer point of view. He also has proven his elite driving skills by not getting stuck in a lot of mud (like some other guides) in the parks or getting caught in flooding from a torrential rain downpour. We HIGHLY recommend SERENGETI SMILES and DOMI for the best North Tanzania safari experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible 5-Day Safari Experience with Serengeti Smiles
We had an absolutely amazing five-day safari experience with Serengeti Smiles. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine kindness.
Piniel was our main point of contact and was incredible. He communicated with us via WhatsApp the entire time, was extremely responsive, and helped with everything—from airport transfers and hotel arrangements to planning our safari route and matching us with the perfect guide. His service was so outstanding that we even met him in person at our hotel in Arusha.
Our guide, Hussein was phenomenal. An excellent driver, incredibly knowledgeable, and so kind throughout the entire trip. Thanks to him, we saw all of the Big Five and more—lions, cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and even a very rare black rhino. He answered every question we had and made the experience both educational and unforgettable.
