Our experience with Serengeti Smile was absolutely outstanding. Our tour guide was amazing and put in incredible effort throughout the safari, constantly coordinating with other guides to make sure we didn’t miss any possible wildlife sightings. Thanks to his dedication and deep knowledge of the area, we were able to see an incredible variety of animals, including truly rare and unforgettable moments like spotting a cheetah and witnessing lions in their “honeymoon.” Everything was well organized, exciting, and felt very personal. This safari exceeded all expectations and will stay with us forever.

Unique experience!
The safari was truly beautiful, an unforgettable experience. The organization was excellent, and everything went perfectly. Special thanks to the guide, Libe, who was excellent: very knowledgeable, kind, and always attentive. Inside the Territory
We spent an incredible and unforgettable week with the best guide possible, Libe, who accompanied us with professionalism, expertise, and patience as we visited the fantastic national parks and conservation areas: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, the Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater. Spending our last day visiting the local tribes living near Lake Eyasi was also a profound and very interesting cultural experience. Everything was organized with precision and at an unbeatable price. I highly recommend spending a vacation in Tanzania with the tour operator Serengeti Smile!

Everything was perfect. A wonderful safari in Tanzania's parks.
We arrived at the airport and they were there waiting for us, kind and reliable.
We had no problems from the start! The guides Saimon and Erik (who speaks excellent Italian!) were two wonderful people, attentive, always there for us, they made sure we wanted for nothing, knowledgeable about nature and animals and expert drivers on dirt roads. The most unique experience
Communication with the agency was 10/10 from the very beginning. I organized everything through WhatsApp, and the operator provided two package options — mid-range or luxury — making the process very easy. We chose a 3-day safari covering Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Our guide, Justine, was incredible. He had an almost superhuman ability to spot animals and was an excellent driver.
Thanks to him, we were able to see the Big Five (including a rhino from a distance).
The accommodations were comfortable, and the last lodge offered an unforgettable view over the Ngorongoro Crater.
I can (and will) absolutely recommend this agency to my friends. I will never forget these days in Tanzania — I’ve traveled to many places, but the experience here is truly unique.
