The safari program was excellent. The game drives were amazing, we see all the big 5 very close. The accomodation were very good, we choose the mid range. Good price for the experience! Joseph was very good to find all the animals

They were absolutely incredible and responsive even though we booked very late.
Although it was a last minute booking, they were very helpful & cooperative and everything was so smooth making it an enjoyable unforgettable experience. We went to Tarangire & Ngoronogro Crater which was spectacular. The tour guide David was amazing and informative. They even arranged the drive to the airport. They were very responsive & cooperative. Keep up the good work!

Best experience
Our safari with Serengeti Smile was truly amazing. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole planning process easy. Our guide, John, was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we saw a wide variety of animals. The lodges were super comfortable and still felt connected to nature. I’d definitely book with them again!

Fantastic Safari Experience
Our family (multigenerational group of 10 from USA) had a wonderful and very memorable trip with Safari Smile! The drivers John and Suma were friendly and knowledgeable and helped us see many amazing animals. Safari Smile was very responsive on communication, and flexible to accommodate the needs of our group. We had great food and accommodations along the way. Highly recommend!

I honestly can’t imagine a better safari experience than the one I had with Serengeti Smile. From the start, their team was incredibly professional—always responsive, clear, and helpful with every detail of the planning. The price ended up being really fair considering the experience we had.
The trip itself was absolutely fantastic. Our guide, John, was not only extremely knowledgeable but also a great person to spend time with. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw as many animals as possible—and we saw a lot!
The accommodations arranged for us were also outstanding. They struck the perfect balance between comfort and the authentic vibe of the savannah.
I’m already thinking about coming back, and there’s no doubt I’ll be booking with Serengeti Smile again.

Serengeti Smile exceeded all expectations
Wow!!! What can I say about Serengeti Smile?!! Initial communication with Jeremiah from the office was very good. He was able to answer our many, many questions and sorted our whole trip for us. From the moment our guide, Libe collected us from our hotel in Arusha, the service was excellent! He gave us both a very friendly welcome and took time to go through the itinerary for the 5 days safari to come. The safari experience blew us away. I know not everyone can experience every animal the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro crater and the Tarangire national park has to offer but we saw more than we ever expected, thanks to Libe's expert knowledge, keen eyes and a little luck too. Elephants, lions, giraffes, zebra, cheetah, leopard, wildebeast, buffalo, hippos...to name just a few! Thanks again to Libe's knowledge and patience we were able to witness The Great Migration...twice! This sight alone was worth the trip!
Thank you Serengeti Smile and thank you to Libe, for giving us memories that will last a lifetime.

Unbelievable Experience!
We went on a five-day safari, starting from Arusha and passing through Tarangire, Serngeti, and Ngorongoro Conservation Areas: we couldn't believe our eyes; it was a dream! We managed to see everything, within the established time, and most importantly, we managed to see the "Big Five”, thanks in part to the experience of our guide, Deo. He was friendly and fantastic, he explained so much in detail, making us fall in love with these places even more and giving us that extra value.
So, a special thank to Deo and to Serengeti Smile, for having organized this experience in the best way and for having given us these great emotions.

Best option for safari adventures in Tanzania,professional and respectful to the nature and animals
We feel grateful that we chose Serengeti Smile. Jonyo, the organizer of our itinerary, was always available and fulfilled all our wishes making an representative and exciting plan for our safari and Zanzibar trip. Our driver, Anthony, is an excellent driver with deep knowledge of the animal life. Overall, Serengeti Smile is highly recommended and we will spread the word to our family, friends and other people who wish to explore the beauties of Tanzania.

Scenic adventure
Serengeti Smile exceeded all expectations, going above and beyond in every way. The drivers, John and Suma, were knowledgeable, friendly and skilled. They knew where to look and how to anticipate wildlife interactions. We saw all of the big 5, crocs attacking wildebeest during the great crossing, a lion hunt and a mating session, a leopard with its kill, and numerous other amazing creatures in nature. Seeing this with your family is a trip to remember. The camps were lovely and a nice respite after long days of safari. They also handled some of our difficult changes like when someone got sick. In all you will be in great hands, well cared for.
