Adams Family Trip
My dealings with Jonyo made choosing the company for our Safari choice easy. Even though we were in Australia everything was answered quickly and efficiently and explained well. The trip was adjusted to suit our needs perfectly. Our e digital itinerary was easy to share amongst our small group. Appreciate we were able to make a late change to our group from 7 to 6 seamlessly at the last moment. Our guide Champion was personable, friendly and a safe driver.

Unforgettable safari experience
I went on a 5-day safari in Tanzania with my family (2 adults and 4 children aged 10 to 15). We relied on Serengeti Smile to organize the trip, and it turned out to be an excellent choice! Our contact, Erick, was always available to provide all the information we needed and helped us plan the trip professionally! Champion our Safari guide met us at Arusha airport He was welcoming and helpful. We were given in-depth information about the surroundings and wildlife as we travelled . We were very happy with Serengeti Smile. Their service was terrific, they were responsive and easy to deal with and the tour delivered everything they promised. The Safari experience, accommodation and transfers were seamless. Would highly recommend. Our tour guide Champion was fantastic. He was a skilled driver and got us up close to all the animals including Cheetah, Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Giraffe. The list goes on.

Baranaba took our dream of spotting the Big 5 as a personal challenge—and delivered spectacularly! With 8 years of experience, his tracking skills were unmatched. He knew *exactly* where to go, used his radio and mobile to collaborate with other guides, and even predicted animal movements like a wildlife whisperer. Every sighting from a leopard chilling on a tree to a rare black rhino in the distance felt like a triumph thanks to him.

Our safari was simply magnificent and exceeded our expectations.
The tour ran very smoothly and was great value for money. The safari transport was comfortable and made viewing the animals and scenery very easy. Amazing how close we got to everything. Out guide, Champion, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and ensured we were well taken care of. Accommodation was very comfortable and well catered. 5-Day Serengeti Safari
The safari was well organized from start to finish. We went on a 5-day safari with Emmanuel. He is a very knowledgeable guide and taught us all about the parks and animal behavior. He helped us find all of the animals, even the leopard and the fox! And he always made sure that we were well taken care of and having a great time. The two nights at the Serengeti Classic View Camp were very special--watching the sunset and zebras from the "tent." The accomodations at the lodges the other two nights were very nice, and the food was really good at their buffets. The communication with Patricia in the office was prompt and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and Emmanuel as the guide.
