It was great! The tour operator organized everything so perfectly.
We could discuss a lot with the tour operator, and plan for a wonderful trip.
Our tour guide Deo, also put lots of effort in spotting for the animals, so eventually, we could see all the big five!

One of the best experiences ever
We made a 6 day safari through tarangire, lake manyara, Serengeti, ngorongoro and lake eyasi tribe (Hadzabe and Datoga). Honestly it was amazing. The safari itself was beautiful, we were very lucky and saw a lot of animals. Then the tribe experience was a incredible and a great complement to the safari. Our guide Simon was amazing, always ready to help us and answering all our questions. It was very nice meeting him. The communication with the company was great, everything worked well and I think the tour was very good value for price. All in all I recommend a lot serenguetti smile. Thank you

Very responsive and well arranged
Serengeti Smile was very responsive since the beginning and adjusted the program according to our needs and preferences in a very efficient way, including safari in different parks and cultural visits do markets and Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. The tour went without any problems, we loved the experience and would definitely do it again. Our tour guide Simon was very kind and helpful which made our safari experience amazing and relaxed. Simon is very knowledgeable and was able to explain us many things about the animals and Tanzanian culture.

One in a lifetime experience! “Serengeti shall never die!”
Me and my friends (group of 4) did a 6 day safari with Serengeti smile and would very much recommend it! Our tour guide Simon was super helpful and nice and we were able to see so many animals and have the complete experience!! Exceeded our expectations!! We visited in December and i thought it was the perfect time because everything was getting green and you could spot a lot of animals but it wasn’t crowded at all or filled with tourists…
We dis the midrange budget safari and the accomodations were really good!! Better than the pictures! Our favorite was Tarangire Simba Lodge and the Serengeti Classic view camp!!
Would come back any time for this amazing experience!!

A Dreamlike Safari
Our safari with Serengeti Smile was perfectly organized from the very beginning – fast, reliable, and incredibly smooth. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was our guide Domician: professional, passionate, and amazingly skilled at being in the right place at the right time. He went above and beyond to show us everything, and his knowledge and dedication exceeded all our expectations.
Thanks to him, we had a true lifetime experience — and we even saw all Big Five!
Our vehicle was modern, comfortable, and had great windows for wildlife viewing.
November turned out to be the perfect time to visit — the parks were far less crowded, yet we were still able to see everything just as you would in peak season.
Our 6 days in Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti were absolutely unforgettable — honestly, we’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

A Truly Unforgettable Safari Experience
Our journey with Serengeti Smile was nothing short of unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to our exceptional guide Domician. From the very beginning, he impressed us with his professionalism, warm personality, and deep understanding of the national parks. He was always on time, highly organized, and navigated every route with complete ease and confidence.
His background as a trained ranger really shone through. He shared his knowledge about the animals, landscapes, and ecosystems with genuine enthusiasm, and he always seemed to know exactly where to look. Because of his expertise, we were able to see the Big Five, along with cheetahs, hippos, and countless other animals. Every sighting felt special, and every drive was both exciting and comfortable.
What made the experience even more meaningful was knowing that Serengeti Smile is a local company that treats its employees fairly and ensures they receive proper compensation. Supporting a business that values its team and invests in the local community added an important and positive dimension to our trip.
Without a doubt, this safari deserves 10/10. We truly couldn’t have asked for more and would wholeheartedly recommend Serengeti Smile — and especially Domician — to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.
Smile while you drive with Serengeti smile
Fantastic, we were a group of 12 and it is difficult to deal with all together, but Simon and Liber, were two guides with patience. They did all efforts to see the most animals possible. We saw the Big Five.
