Perfectly Organized Safari – Big Five and So Much More!
We had an amazing safari with Serengeti Smile, visiting Tarangire, Serengeti, Northern Serengeti, and Ngorongoro before relaxing in Zanzibar. Our guide John was outstanding – an excellent driver, incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife, and navigating the parks with ease. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five plus countless zebras, giraffes, elephants, and many more animals. The camps in the parks were fantastic, with delicious food and the unforgettable experience of sleeping in the heart of nature. Special thanks to Baraka for the flawless organization – together they made this a trip of a lifetime.

Unforgettable Safari with John and Baraka – Wildlife, Nature, and Magic Nights
A huge thanks to John and Baraka from Serengeti Smile for giving us an unforgettable safari. John’s driving skills, sharp eye for wildlife, and deep knowledge of the parks, combined with Baraka’s seamless organization, made the trip perfect from start to finish. We explored Tarangire, Serengeti, Northern Serengeti, and Ngorongoro before ending in Zanzibar, spotting the Big Five as well as hyenas, warthogs, zebras, giraffes, elephants, and countless other animals. The camps inside the parks were a highlight – comfortable, welcoming, with excellent food and the magical experience of sleeping surrounded by nature.

Professional and experienced, organized a fantastic trip.
Planning was smooth and precise with Jonyo, our agent. Execution of plan was smooth. Every aspect of trip was wonderful- lodging was comfortable, food delicious - value was very good. Moussa, our driver, was superb. We always felt safe He is very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna, very kind, fun and always accommodating. Helpful and attentive
Using Serengeti Smile was a great idea, we wanted to use a local company. Booking with Eliad was smooth smiling and he was really attentive to the experience we wanted to have on Safari. We booked a 5 day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro with a sunrise hot air balloon ride and it was the stuff of dreams! Our guide Musa continually went above and beyond for us, making sure we were able to see a migration crossing and even helped with our delayed baggage being sent to us. His knowledge of the animals, parks and best routes really enhanced this once in a lifetime experience. We highly recommend!

We booked our 8-day safari through Serengeti Smile, an Arusha-based company. Our sales agent, Erick, was extremely responsive and willing to work with us to customize our trip-every email was rapidly answered. He was also available during our safari, so we could easily communicate any question or schedule change. Simon, our tour guide for the safari, was very competent and attentive, and went out of his way to ensure we had the best experience with many unique animal sightings.

It's easy for us to communicate with the sales of the tour as we could chat via WhatsApp. Service is pretty good. The guide Huwsein is an experienced one with good eyesight to spot the animals and good driving. It‘s magnificent for us to see the migration of wildebeest at Mari River. Just one minor thing is that you better prepared for little/ unstable hot bath at the accommodation.

Life Changing Experience
My sisters and I did the 3 Day Wildlife and Cultural Trip and it was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Libe, our guide, was informative, punctual, and so pleasant to be around.
We saw elephants, hippo, lions, zebra and giraffes at Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. The cultural experience was amazing and learning about the tribes from our local guide and people of the tribes is something that I will cherish.
The lodge (Hhando Coffee Lodge) was great. The staff were pleasant, we saw elephants from the balcony and the rooms were huge!
The experience was life changing.

Serengeti Smile was a true 10/10 experience. My sisters and I booked a flight day safari consisting of Tangarie National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and visiting 2 tribes. All 3 days were exciting and full of adventure. Our guide, Libe answered all of our questions while also providing facts about each animal we saw and giving us history of where we were for the day. I would recommend Libe and this tour to anyone interested.

Manager Eliad found for us the best attractive offer to visit Serengeti and Ngorongoro based on our budget and free days. Provided detailed plan & information about safari. Answered all questions I've had.
Our guide Champion was knowledgeable informative guide and the great driver. He was on time, the car was clvery clean. He answered all questions about nature, about the life of the tribes and many other questions. A very pleasant conversationalist and narrator. I can safely recommend Champion as a first-class guide. For 3 days of our trip, he became our friend. Serengeti Smile has chosen an excellent campsite and a hotel for us, which I would love to return to. Lunch boxes for lunch were tasty and satisfying. You can safely entrust these guys the organization of your safari, you will not regret it.
