An Outstanding and Perfect Safari Experience
We recently returned from a wonderful holiday in Tanzania with Saragandi, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience.
From the very beginning, the communication with our agent was excellent. They were extremely professional, patient, and always responded quickly to our questions. When helping us plan the itinerary, they took the time to understand our needs and provided many helpful suggestions. Everything was clearly explained, and the whole planning process felt smooth, efficient, and very well organized.
The guide they arranged for us was truly amazing and made a huge difference to our trip. He was very experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate about wildlife. No matter what we asked, he always gave us clear and interesting explanations about the animals and nature. He also knew exactly where to go to find wildlife and the best spots for observing and taking photos. Thanks to his skills and experience, we were able to see many incredible animals up close.
The daily arrangements were well planned, comfortable, and enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly, and we always felt well taken care of. Our guide’s professionalism, patience, and deep knowledge were a major reason why this trip was so successful and memorable.

Seamless and helpful
Our experience with Serengeti Smiles has been nothing short of amazing. From the start of the booking process, through to our incredible time with Zachary, our guide. Zachary has been phenomenal. He has illustrated immense knowledge of the African wildlife and ecosystem, and was able to answer any question we had! We also saw the big 5 which was such a happy surprise for us, as we know the leopard and rhino are hard to see. Zachary did everything in his power to get us there, even when we know animals have a mind of their own! We felt safe driving with him, which was so important. The tour overall was great. Loved the accomodation and food! I highly recommend the mid range and private tour. My fiance and I had the most amazing time. Thank you Serengeti Smiles!

A fantastic safari that far exceeded our expectations. Everything was more than perfect!!!
We spent four days on safari in Tanzania. Everything was perfectly organized (thank you, Godian!!!) and the safari far exceeded our expectations! We saw all of the Big Five, many big cats – even in large prides (once eight lionesses!). Alex Luanda was a fantastic guide – fluent in both German and English – he knew every animal and plant, and it was a real pleasure to listen to him. We were incredibly lucky to have him as our guide. Deo Gratius was a superb driver who got us safely along the difficult roads – without any breakdowns or getting stuck. Thank you to Alex and Deo, you gave us four unforgettable days.

Justin is an incredible guide. he is so knowledgeable and passionate in his craft. I was constantly amazed that he would spot animals in the distance whilst driving around the serengeti. In relation to that, he is a great driver and also knows the best spots to stop for lunch and where the best views are. Justin also put up with and answered my various questions over the week. the lunches were also very nice. top marks!
Serengeti smiles were also incredible in the planning of the trip before we left and we are grateful to Patricia for that. the organisation knows all of best places to stay and we thought the value for money was excellent. thanks so much!

Great safari
I would recommend this safari to everybody, booking was smooth thanks to Jeremiah assistance and the guide Simon was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information about parks and animals. We had a great time, slept in great lodges, felt safe all the time and saw many animals, including big five. Thanks a lot !

Professional and flawless
We had an amazing experience with Serengeti Smile thanks to Musa, our guide, helping us to enjoy this awesome country. His experience and knowledge made the real difference, e.g., spotting all the animals and solving all the challenges. Huge thanks to Musa!
Also the hotels are very good, including the camp site at the park, and the food is awesome!

Our safari guide, Amniel, was truly experienced, professional, and kind. He drove very cautiously, especially in challenging conditions—such as the day we encountered heavy rain and many other cars got stucked in the road. Over five days, he guided us through stunning Tanzanian parks, where we saw breathtaking landscapes and an abundance of wildlife.

Very well coordinated
We have had wonderful experience with Serengeti Smile. They coordinated airport transfers to Safari and timings of everything were all so perfect. I would highly recommend Serengati Smile if anyone planning for Safari. Our Safari guide and driver Zack was an expert driver and very knowledgeable about animals and jungles. Zack made our African Safari so special and memorable experience.
