Amazing experience
Our stay in Tanzania with Serengeti Smile has been incredible. From the first moment we felt safe and accompanied, the accommodations suggested by the agency all excellent. As for our guides Daniel and Zack, we have to say that they have been the best! Together with them we could see the big five and more. Professional tour operator delivering personalized, well-organized, unforgettable experience
Communication was excellent throughout the entire experience. The tour operator was available 24/7, responded quickly, and was always understanding and ready to help whenever needed. The safari itself was an incredible 5 day experience. Visiting during the rainy season made it even more special, and I would highly recommend going at this time of year. Our guide went above and beyond to fulfill all our wishes—when we mentioned we wanted to see lions, we were observing them within an hour. We also hoped to see a leopard, and the guide made that happen as well. While some may call it luck, it was clear that the guide’s expertise and dedication played a huge role. He even offered to take us to a Maasai village on the last day of the safari, which we happily accepted, and it turned out to be a great addition to the experience. The accommodations arranged by the tour operator were excellent. The second one, located in the middle of the savanna, was especially memorable, with wild animals roaming nearby—it created an unforgettable atmosphere. The entire trip was thoughtfully planned down to the smallest details. I would definitely recommend Serengeti Smile as a reliable and professional tour operator that delivers truly unforgettable experiences.

Amazing experience
We took a 10 day safari with Serengeti Smiles and they delivered on our planned excursion. We had an unforgettable experience touring various parks and we were amazed that we could see so many animals and so close to us. We saw the Big Fives, some of the Little Fives and some of the Ugly Fives ! Our guide Pius was very knowledgeable about Tanzania and the parks. He was so resourceful, respectful and caring about his country, our wellbeing, nature and even his car, to ensure we were safe.
We travelled on March so we expected rain. And we did have some torrential downpours. It did slow us down a little due to very bad road conditions but this is why we planned 10 days this time of year.
Our accommodations were as described. Everywhere we stayed, we had incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience and we believe it was great value for our money.
Best safari experience
We had such an amazing time during our 3 days safari in the Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. Our guide Champion was fantastic, gave us very detailed information about the animals and went above and beyond to find the best spots to see the animals. I would highly recommend Serengeti Smile as they have been very accommodating, friendly and of good value.

Great experience
Our experience with Serengeti Smile has been excellent from start to end. Fredrick was incredibly helpful and friendly and helped us choose the right safari option for our group. I had a fantastic Ngorongoro safari experience with Champion. The entire trip was smooth, well-organized, and very customer-friendly from start to finish.
The lodge from Serengeti Smiles, was also excellent — comfortable, well-maintained, and a perfect place to relax after a day of safari.

An absolutely unforgettable safari in Tanzania with Serengeti Smile!
We just returned from an extraordinary safari and wholeheartedly recommend this agency. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.
We visited Tarangire, the Serengeti South and North, and the Ngorongoro Crater (4 days / 3 nights).
A huge thank you to our French-speaking guide, Nixon (xuxu), who was simply exceptional. Charming, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate, he made our trip truly magical. Thanks to him, we saw an incredible number of animals and learned so much about Tanzania and its wildlife.
Even when we had a few minor mechanical issues with the vehicle, the team responded immediately and were always incredibly attentive. We felt supported and completely confident throughout the entire trip.
Another major plus: the lodges and hotels selected were absolutely superb. Each stop was a real pleasure and added even more magic to the experience.
If you're going to Tanzania, we highly recommend Serengeti Smile. An experience we'll never forget!

Exactly what we wanted!
We booked with Serengeti Smiles for my 55th birthday and had a wonderful time. The accommodations were perfect, the food wonderful and the guide (Justin) was excellent. He adjusted to our needs and tailored the trip to our interests. He organized an impromptu visit to a Massai village and an after hours visit to the Oldupai Gorge Museum. My husband had limited mobility and Justin quietly ensured the Land Rover was positioned so my husband had the best view of the animals from his seat. We saw so many different animals we couldn’t count them anymore.
