Amazing!
My safari with Serengeti Smile was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the communication was smooth and professional. They were responsive, clear, and helped tailor the itinerary exactly to what I was looking for.
What really made the trip exceptional was our guide, Pius. He was absolutely fantastic - knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly passionate about the wildlife and landscapes. He had an amazing eye for spotting animals (often before anyone else even noticed them!) and took the time to explain behaviours, ecosystems, and local insights in a way that made the entire experience so much richer.
I also want to highlight Piniel, our sales representative, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always responsive, attentive, and consistently checked in with us before and during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. That level of care and follow-through really stood out and gave us a lot of confidence.
The service throughout the trip was seamless. Everything ran on time, the accommodations were well-chosen, and you could tell the team genuinely cared about delivering a great experience. In terms of value for money, I felt it was excellent, especially considering the quality of guiding and overall organisation.
Most importantly, the safari itself was unforgettable. From witnessing incredible wildlife in the Serengeti to the breathtaking views across the plains, every day felt like something out of a documentary.
I would highly recommend Serengeti Smile to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. If you can, definitely ask for Pius. You’ll be in the best hands.

A delightful experience from start to finish
For many years I have dreamed of standing at the top of Kilimanjaro and going on a safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro. After assessing a few options we decided to book with Serengeti Smile. We were very pleased with our choice. They arranged everything perfectly for us and Francisca was always very responsive and helpful. Zakaria, our safari guide / driver was very knowledgeable and our lodgings were top notch. The Kilimanjaro crew was fantastic. I can’t imagine a better lead guide than Noel - who summited for the 274th time as he guided us expertly to the top of Africa supported by an excellent team of porters, cooks and guides. I couldn’t be more happy with the trip!

Excellent, Reliable & Professional Safari Experience in Tanzania
We had an amazing safari with Serengeti Smile visiting Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire. Communication was clear and professional from the start, and everything was well organized. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly, and we saw a great variety of wildlife. The service was reliable, and the trip offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Professional, reliable, and well-priced tour operator
We had a great experience with Serengeti Smile from beginning to end. Everything was smooth and well organized from the moment we landed. The itinerary was professional, and the price was very fair, a luxury travel with very nice price is amazing!
Our guide, Champion, was fantastic. We spent 2 nights in Serengeti, 2 nights in Ngorongoro, and 2 nights near Arusha. He is very knowledgeable about both animals and plants, an excellent driver, and very thoughtful throughout the whole trip. Even in the rainy season, he helped us find all the animals we wanted to see.
Highly recommend Serengeti Smile for anyone planning a safari in Tanzania.

Best serengeti Smile and best guide Champion
Serengeti Smile is a very good travel agency. The quotations are very fair, so we don't have to spend a long time bargaining and the response speed is very fast. The guide Champion was extremely professional and highly skilled at driving. he could predict the animals' movements in advance and lead us to the best viewing spot. We were the first to reach the cheetah hunting site because of his accurate judgment. For our next trip to Tanzania, we will still choose serengeti smile and our best guide champion

Perfect safari
Guide Sake was very friendly and even though the first days he was in pain due to sick he did his best and showed us everything we wanted to see! The car was very old and when it rained it rained in the car this was not so bad but could be fixed! The accommodations were very good and food as well!
