Great safari for price paid
Robert was very helpful and quick to reply.
Safari was great, a little issue on the first day due to a breakdown because of the rain, but James the driver did his best.
Saw the big 5 which was great.
Jackson, our second driver was reliable and a fantastic driver in the slightly rainy conditions. He ensured we all had a great time and saw many animals.
Accommodation was ok. Hotel was better than expected.
Overall a great trip for my first safari and for price paid.

Amazing!
The safari was everything we expected. The daily schedule was accurate and our driver Isaac kept everything on track. We got to see everything we could have hoped for. The lodging is at it says budget but you have all the modern amenities one would need. Overall it seems that the main distinction of a good Safari is who your driver is and ours was the best. Thanks Isaac!

Amazing trip
I was a solo traveler and I booked with Lenchada safaris for one day tour in Nairobi and two days tour to Amboseli. It was really nice, I had two drivers and they were so kind and helpful.

Review of trip to Victoria Falls and Chobe Game Lodge
Planning with Zambezi was very easy, very accommodating, "last minute" changes made easily.
Everything went as discussed, with no delays.
Ilala Lodge was excellent, particularly the location. Sunset cruise was wonderful too, though not many animals.
One minor sanfu: we had wanted to be picked up at Ilala at 2pm for our drive to Chobe Game Lodge. They said that wasn't possible (something about the border being closed?), that we would have to leave at 11:30 or so. Later they agreed it was okay. Eventually we left a 1 pm, which actually got us to Chobe in time for the sunset river cruise (which turned out to be the only day we were there that they offered it).
Chobe Game Lodge was fantastic. We stated in the Honeymoon Suite, with plunge pool, and lots of space.
We were assigned the same guide for most all of our drives and river cruises. Her name is RB and she was terrific.
We saw most every game animal we wanted (including a leopard, for a brief few seconds). No zebras and hyenas this time.
Our one disappointment was the food, lunch and dinner. They seem to be able to get many different fresh food items so the production was disappointing, not what we should expect from a luxury lodge. Exception: breakfast was always good.

Do not go with this company!
We paid most of our trip in advance from home. But the problems with the company guy Victor started from day 1.
First we had to pay what he called a payment fee which we agreed, after that he ensured that everything was good. After that he left us with the driver.
Arriving to Serengeti nothing was paid for us. Accomodation, Food, Park entry fees. Not even the free water they promised us was there.
We where stuck in the middle of Serengeti at 10pm, with no place to stay. (we found a place with help from some local guys)
We booked 4 days of Safari, what we basicly had was some transit drive in the park maybe 2-3 hours. The drivers english was very limited.

It's the best experience in trip I had been. Other people say we are lucky to meet Emma for anything
Everything is nice. When other people face some trouble (they are not Emma's customer) ,Emma always ask us to help them, and they admire us meet a good tour guide.We celebrated 30 years old birthday in camp. We are the first car drive to under the tree to see leopard so clearly. The goat BBQ is so good that not in our original schedule. Emma not only give us good experience but also take care our safe. If you want to safari, this company is your best choice.

We had some great days together with our guide Francis in Masai Mara! He was super helpful, full of useful information and fun to hang out with :D we saw all the big 5 as well!

Fantastic time, great guide, great accommodations, will definitely use again.
Mr. O communicated with us from the time we booked until the time we arrived, always willing to help and answer questions. The service was excellent and our guide, John, was fantastic. We saw the big 5 and all kinds of other animals within 24 hours which more than exceeded expectations. The accommodations were excellent and the food was very good. We changed our itinerary and Mr. O and John were more than accommodating ensuring that we truly experienced Kenya. This was my 4th trip to Africa and I found the cost was very reasonable compared to my other excursions. Overall...it was a fantastic experience and I will not hesitate to use Kenya Walking Survivors again and to highly recommend them to anyone else.
