Right from the start Roko and Miranda were great. They got back to us very quickly with a proposed itinerary for our safari, that genuinely took account of our requests and offered a personalised schedule that met our needs and was budget friendly.
We met up with Roko the night before our trip and on the way out of Arusha to pick last minute supplies. Ephata and Maneno our guide and cook were fantastic, sharing a wealth of knowledge on the road, and providing very fulsome and tasty meals that accommodated my lactose intolerance. We camped at Ngorongoro and in the Serengeti and got lucky escaping the crowds - in part due to the campsite selection they made for us and in part because we visited just before the start of the season.
We ended in Rokos's guest house in Lake Natron for 2 nights where we got to visit the Engare Sero hominid foot prints and swim in a warm natural pool both of which are well worth a visit.
While we did have a few mechanical issues on... Read more the road and muddy conditions meant we did get stuck at one point, getting out of the serengeti and on to Lake Natron, Ephata and Maneno did a great job at getting us on our way and back to base safely.

Great tour and great guide!
Our guide Evans was really professional and took us to many spots to see wildlife.
And also he knew animals a lot and had an amazing driving technique.
The camping accommodation was ensuite and had a big bed so I could relax.
Friendly, communicates and respectful
Elvis is well presentable, friendly and communicates well with passengers.
He goes beyond what is expected. He patiently assisted an elderly passenger.

Life time trip
I have to count our last trip to Tanzania with Akondo Adventures as the most memorable and romantic trip ever. We had an amazing guide – Aman who gave us the best guiding service to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara National Parks. He was very nice, courteous and flexible, always keen to give us what we wanted. He would know where to find the animals, and when we did, he would raise the top and patiently wait for us to get the best out of the encounter. His narrations and answers to our questions were interesting, detailed and funny at times. He spoke very good English and we loved listening to him. He was quite insightful and would allow our special quiet moments when we needed them. The lodgings were top class and had excellent service for us. I will gladly return for another trip with Akondo Adventures soon

Hardworking and helpfull
We spent 10 days in kenya masia mara,lake nakuru,lake navashia and amboselli, we booked with bienvenido tour and purity helped us through out and was very helpful and professional, our driver ERIC made the holiday much more memorable as he was very nice and made sure we saw all the big five. He knew all the animals and answered every question we had and made sure that we had a great holiday. Very happy with the service would recommend to every one to book with them and ask for eric as there driver, 10/10

Well planned
The trip was amazing.. it was very well planned with a good vehicle and a great driver in Ronnie. Ronnie was very accommodating and helped me throughout the trip. I can only say positive things about this trip. I highly recommend East Africa Jungle Safari if you are in Uganda.

Wonderful experience in the Masai Mara!
In the beginning of June 2024 I did a three-day mid-range Safari to the Masai Mara with Jockey Tours. In one word: it was wonderful!. Jockey Tours did a great job. The tour was very well organized, the location I stayed (Jambo Mara Lodge) was excellent. Our driver and guide Raheem was awesome! He is a very good driver and guide (so we didn’t get stuck in the mud like some others), he knew where to go and tried everything to show us the wildlife of the Masai Mara. Besides that he provided with all kinds of information and he was very kind and polite. I will certainly book again with Jockey Tours (and Raheem) for a safari in Kenya.

Amazing Safari with comfortable camp, vehicles, and staff!
I just completed a three-day safari in the Maasai Mara and it was an incredible adventure. The variety of animals we encountered was astonishing, and the comfort of our vehicle and the camp exceeded my expectations. The luxury tents felt more like a regular room than a camping setup. Our driver, Steve, was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Maggie, who organized the tour, was very attentive and responded promptly to all my queries.
