horrible experience with this company
I will detail here a lot of our horrible experience with this company but first of all do not book a safari trip from them they are not professional at all. Christian, who is the owner of the company we closed with, decided to do an experiment on us and group several people in one jeep from 3 other agencies, one of us even came only for one day on safari. And we booked a two-day trip. It started when at the entrance to the park we had to wait half an hour because he didn't pay for one of us to enter the park and after we entered around 12 noon we found out that they didn't take care of us for water. We realized that Christian doesn't know the "guide" at all after he promised that we would have someone professional who knows English and will give us information inside the park. A complete lie. He only brought us a driver who also drove like crazy (70 km/h inside the safari). When we were hungry, we opened the lunch boxes and discovered that Christian brought us meat after we asked for vegetarian food. So we were both hungry and thirsty. And the thing that broke us all and every traveler's nightmare came true. The jeep got stuck in the Safari, the clutch broke. Every time we had to help the jeep (to take pictures) the vehicle turned off and someone had to push us from behind. Needless to say, it was the worst experience of my life. We were only on safari for about two hours and we went to the garage to fix the jeep. When we met Christian he said sorry and did not take responsibility for anything. We asked for a refund and our requests were completely ignored. I would suggest you do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and Christian because everything he promised us was a lie.

Cooperative and kind
I have booked a 3 days safari in Amboseli national park, joining a group. The safari went very well, the park is beautiful and the Kilimanjaro landscape breathtaking. The Nyati camp proposed as accommodation by Super Eagles Travel is basic, but there was everything you need and the food was very good. As for the game drive itself, the driver was experienced, but was not explaining many things as a guide would do. At departure, there were some delays for the pick-up. Moreover, the group was composed by people going to the different destinations, which obliged us to go to the Tanzania border at the end of the safari, increasing the travelling time. This should be set up differently to facilitate the logistics. However, went fine and it was a good value for money. Staff ar Super Eagles Travel and Tours is responsive and cooperative.

Great experience!!!
We booked 5-day safari drive with Porcupine in Tanzania. We had an amazing experience in the wild. We visited Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Highlands and the Crater. The wildlife throughout the trip was explendid.
In our trip, Anna was so friendly and helpful through the whole planning process. She gave different recommendations and was always available for questions. Arriving in Arusha and being took cared by Anna felt like we were visiting a friend in Tanzania. Her daughter and all the staff at the hotel and restaurant were so nice. Our guide Bakari was so helpful. We really felt like we had the greatest experience in our life.

An long-awaited trip that kept its promises
Great stay spent in South Africa and Lesotho, sumptuous landscapes, sun at the rendezvous, animals too, nice atmosphere
facilitated by the small group of three that we were. Nice, responsive and competent guide who will surely see me again...
Well done Thierry!

Experience the breath of the wild on the African savannah,it is worth it!
We had a group of four people, two men and two women, and spent seven days and six nights on our safari, mainly visiting Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Bogoria, and Masai Mara. Overall, the safari experience was great; we saw many animals, and our guide, Caleb, was enthusiastic, humorous, and very attentive. Whenever we encountered animals we wanted to see, he would stop and let us observe before moving on. He also introduced us to a lot of knowledge about wildlife, local customs, and was also good at finding suitable parking spots in crowded areas so we could get a good view of the animals.
On our way to Masai Mara, we passed by Caleb's hometown, and he invited us as guests to his family home. We felt the warmth of his family, which was an unexpected surprise in our itinerary. The four of us in one Land Cruiser felt very comfortable, with charging facilities available, and the open roof allowed us to view the animals without obstruction or feeling cramped.
The accommodation varied in quality but was generally acceptable. The best place we stayed was Bogoria Green Resort at Lake Bogoria. The food provided every day was good, mostly buffet style. We also paid extra for a balloon safari experience, getting up at 3 AM, but it was worth it.
As we were on a pravite tour, our guide Caleb would discuss the next day's itinerary with us at the end of everyday safari and helped us avoid city protests. The only day we spent almost entirely in the car was the long journey from Lake Bogoria to Masai Mara. Other than that, we had daily activities at sightseeing spots.
Overall, the experience was great. We spent 1.5 days in Amboseli watching elephants and leopards, 0.5 days at Lake Naivasha taking a boat ride and interacting with animals up close on the island, and 0.5 days at Lake Bogoria primarily observing flocks of flamingos, which was spectacular. In Masai Mara, we spent a full day seeing lions, crocodiles, wildebeest herds and so many other animals, and experienced a memorable hot air balloon safari on the last morning. The memories were unforgettable and truly worth it. And the cost is 1960 USD per person in the high season, balloon safari fee not included.
