Beautiful trip around Uganda with very good, safe and experienced driver/guide
Safari tour was excellent along all highlights of Uganda. Though the Landcruiser was a bit old, it was foremost a spacious and strong car. Our guide/driver was very good and knew everything. Service was good, accomodations were not always to our expectatief, but generally good.

Not recommendable
It occurs to me quite clear that this travel agency has very little inflence to the guide, who normally works as a freelancer. Don't fully believe agency's word, once payment is being made and hit the road, only person you could argue or meet is a guide whose working relationship with agency is quite limited.
We've got confirmations of many things from this agency before we made a reservation, only few were true. Every day, guide were showed-up late, travelers were being instructed to take different vans every day or every trip, usually up to 7~9 people on one van which made people quite cramped.
Drinking water were provided, as promised, but at first day for 3~4 days, therefore every trip and acommodation we heaved heavy weight luggages along with given bottle of waters.
At Masaimara, accommodation were overbooked and moved to another camp which provide no water and no electricity inside the tented camp. Notwithstanding, no one felt sorry about it although some of the traveller contended heavily.
Guide was less likely acting as a guide but more like a boss or merely driver. Almost zero explanation was given regarding the schedule.
Unnecessary detour or idle time happened due to the fact that groups all had different itenery.
Kenya itself was amazingly nice place but my trip was degraded by all abovementioned facts.
It might be impoved if you select private tour.

Amazing Safari

adventure wonderland. everything was customed planned for me, especially sketching
everything went so smoothly, drivers, flights, services. i was always looked after royally and never left along. the accommodations were super. they were very comfortable and the staff always were friendly, helpful and entertaining. we had impromptu african singing, and little shows plus a birthday party under a full moon starlit sky. it was all breathtaking. what i was amazed at were the birds on the chobe river- so many
each and every day was an unexpected delight. you never knew what the day would bring. we even had night safaris. the whole planned trip was wonderful, varied, and efficient. i even got wheelchair support at jberg airport due to great communication from the victoria fallls end.

A skilled, flexible, affordable, and experienced tour operator who cares about their clients.
My wife and I researched and shopped around a ton before finally deciding to use MSafiri for our 2-1/2 week trip to Tanzania. We choose them because they were responsive, competitively priced, and worked to meet some of the more unique requests we had for our trip.
From the time we arrived in Dar es Salaam to our flight back home they took amazing care of us. We were invited to meet Leina’s family our first night in town and sample Chef David’s traditional Tanzania food we’d be eating during our Safari. From there we headed out on a whirlwind tour of Southern and Northern Tanzania. In the first park (Selous) alone we saw crocodiles, hippos, hyenas, giraffes, lions, and a small troop of elephants. Each park offered a new collection of animals to spot, photograph, and enjoy.
- A troupe of Hippos sun bathing on the river bank
- Leopards eating a Gazelle they’d dragged up a tree
- A mother Cheetah feeding her two young cubs
- Hundreds of Buffalo and Zebra littering the countryside
- Lions camped out on a ledge overlooking the Serengeti
- Two Giraffe fighting by swinging their necks at each other
- Several hundred Wildebeest crossing the Mara river
- A lone Rhino trampling through Ngorongoro Crater
We owe all of that and more to our drivers/guides Yunis and Charles. I’m pretty competitive and tried to out spot them the entire trip, but didn’t get anywhere close. They were really flexible in when we left, how long we were out, and where we went within the parks. Meanwhile Chef David made sure we had plenty of great food to keep us going. If we wouldn’t make it back for lunch he’d prepare delicious pack lunches and have them ready for us in the morning, even when we left at 6 am.
I’ll just close with saying that we cannot recommend MSafiri enough if you’re planning a safari to Southeastern Africa. From hiring skilled guides/drivers/chefs, to their customer centric focus, they made our safari better than anything we thought we’d receive. Leina will take excellent care of you and make sure your safari is one you’ll never forget, I guarantee it.

Awesome, memorable and I highly recommend ETrip - they are trustworthy and do as they advertised!
I am extremely grateful to Etrip, especially to Ben who perfected the itinerary and planning of this wonderful safari at a very reasonable price. Ben was so kind as to suggest stopping over at his office (when we decided not to stay in the IKA Lodge) to have a shower, rest up, and have dinner prepared by his B&B landlord.
To our gifted guide/driver David who was well versed in a lot of subjects. Thank you for the wonderful and unforgettable experience. Witnessing the river migration 2x at the Masai Mara was really amazing.
The land cruise was in perfect condition; enable to charge your electronics ; a free Wifi access; a library with Safari guide books and binoculars!

Transtrek safaris is the tour operator to recommend to anyone going for holiday in Kenya.
Transtreck was introduced to us by a friend a week before we left the Us.for Kenya.we communicated online and
they promised to take care of our safari in Tsavo and did so beyond our expectation. Time schedule was perfect,
and the guide mr Munyinyi, was always there when we stepped out of the hotel/lodge. The tour guide/driver was an expert in his job and seemed to know every part of the park, and where and when to track game. He is the kind of guide you would want to insist that he takes care of you in the park ,he made our tour quite an experience.our stay at Keekorok as promised by Transtrek turned out to be so comfortable, but we had to leave as time found us. Thank You Transtrek.

what i think
We were very happy with the organisation and reality of the trip. Everything went smoothly and there were no snags. Timing for each section was good and at no stage did we have to rush to make a deadline. All staff that we dealt with throughout the holiday were efficient. Many were exceptionally friendly and made us very welcome.
Being a bit of an animal enthusiast, I do think it is important to stress that certain species are unlikely to be seen. I was disappointed to be told that certain species were not found in the locality of the camps despite assuming from comments in the guide that they were around ie Roan, Sable.
Having said that, there was plenty of game, and for safari newcomers, more than enough species to keep them happy.

Private Tour - Tanzania Safari - Classic - Comfort Level
We have been home for just a week, and my husband and I cannot stop talking about our amazing trip. If you are contemplating a trip with Easy Travel and Tours, please do not hesitate to book through this company. I initially contacted them in January after reading their reviews on TripAdvisor. The company we used for our Kenya Safari several years ago was no longer in business. My husband and I were interested in the Private Tours – Tanzania Safari – Classic option.
My initial email to Easy Travel and Tours received a response within a few hours. Each email thereafter was met with an immediate response and concise answers to my various questions. It did not take long to feel at ease dealing with a company with no point of reference other than TripAdvisor. Our itinerary was specifically outlined, along with helpful suggestions from our consultant, Beatus. Payment instructions were clear and very easy via international wire transfer.
We were met by Thomas, our driver/guide, at the JRO Airport at midnight two nights before our safari departure. After 30+ hours of traveling, he was definitely a welcomed sight! The morning of our first day on safari, Thom took us to the company’s office compound. We visited with Musaddiq Gulamhussein, Director of Sales and Operations, who reviewed our itinerary in detail. If there were any doubts of this being a bone fide company, a visit to their impressive offices and warm welcome by the staff, cemented that we made the right decision in choosing Easy Travel and Tours.
Thomas was an excellent tour guide. He amazed us daily how he could drive down a rutted, rocky road and still manage to spot the smallest bird 100 yards away! His guide skills were unbelievable! His sense of humor was just wonderful, and the respect he garnered from the other drivers, regardless of company affiliation, was clearly evident.
We stayed in the respective Serena lodges located near each of the parks visited. The attention to décor and customer service was wonderful. Food was generally served buffet style, with a decent mix to appeal to most palates.
In the end, the trip was a huge success. The animal sightings did not disappoint, largely contributed to Thom’s vast knowledge of the parks. This was a vacation to dream about and the dream definitely came to fruition. Oh, and Thom, you are correct….Mt. Kilimanjaro does exist. We flew next to it at 20,000 ft.! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

An experience of a lifetime!
Our week long safari experience of Tanzania was beyond my wildest dreams! Knowing that we were going there in the dry season, we weren't sure if this was a good time to view the animals, since many were gone on their migration. We hit the jackpot! We saw everything, many times, from lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and zebras to hyenas, ostriches, and gnus. This was due to our excellent driver/guide, Baltazary John or BJ as we liked to call him. BJ was knowledgeable of the terrain as well as the animals and birds and shared that information with us all day long. He made sure we were up and out of our lodges/tents early in the morning and kept going until late in the afternoon so that we didn't miss a thing. We were always where the action was. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable if not downright beautiful. For those of you traveling Tanzania by 4x4 and not by air, don't forget to ask about the African massage. How I miss it!
