Very friendly and accommodating.
Brilliant 5 day safari experience of Serengeti, Ngrongoro and Tangire. We saw all the animals we wanted to see and had an unforgettable time at safari. I really wanted to see a leopard but didn't have high hopes as I know they are very rare, but got to see them three times during my safari. Had a brilliant driver who was very knowledgable about the animals and was a big part of our great experience.

Asante sana Aroni, asante Jocky Tours
Just returned from an excellent trip to Masai Mara. I had the pleasure to have Aroni as guide. I'm so grateful. We made it until the Mara river, including Big Five and Tanzanian border. It was an unforgetable experience. Aroni knew everything I was asking about and he is a very good driver. Really appreciate the time we spent together.

Responsive, reliable, and well-organized
Arranging a tour in Africa can produce anxiety relative to the value and reliableness of the operator. Mzansi has a great set of fairly priced and well-designed tours, and their attentive communications allow you to be confident in their arrangements and unstressed with the details. Everything was delivered as described and the accommodations exceeded expectations. You can trust Mzansi to ensure your trip is all that you want it to be.

. Excellent communication,
From the start, everything went flawlessly. Excellent communication, and they picked us up at the airport. We received a lot of helpful and beneficial information.
The nine-day tour was simply incredible. Timetables were ideal, and Erick, our driver/guide, was excellent. In addition to being a safe and competent driver, he provided us with a wealth of knowledge about Kenyan culture and animals. His exceptional sense of comedy is his greatest quality. We were laughing virtually all the time. I can only highly recommend this vacation (Masai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru, Amboseli). We adored it!

Smooth trip to Joburg
Getting to and from Kruger can be long, boring and a little bit treacherous. Joseph made the journey as pleasant as possible.

Peter was very knowledgeable about the area and the animals and made everything feel safe.
The tours were fantastic. We had a great experience seeing the different parks and all of the wildlife and natural beauty. Our guide, Peter, knew all of the park trails very well and was well prepared for each day and knew the best ways to get around in each location. We always felt very confident in his abilities and he was great to talk with. The lunches provided during the tour were fantastic as well.

Joseph was amazing!
Joseph drove us from near Kruger back to Johannesburg.
He was very attentive, a big smile on his face, good communication to all the passengers!
11/10!

Very disponible to answer to your questions and exceptional driver
We had a wonderful 6-day trip with Serengeti Africa Tours.
- Positive
Linah, the contact person, was extremely available and answered our hundreds of questions on WhatsApp quickly and efficiently.
Our driver Matchete was exceptional. Very skilled, very passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable about the animals. He was always smiling and pleasant.
Visiting different parks was an outstanding experience.
- Negative
The food was good but a bit repetitive.
The preparation of the packed lunches in the morning was always delayed by 30 minutes to 1 hour, which made us feel like we were leaving for safari later than others.
In August, there are huge crowds. You are never alone—always dozens of jeeps around. At lunchtime, you have to “fight” with other agencies to get a table or chair in the picnic areas.
Nyani Public Campsite in the Serengeti was the worst campsite we’ve stayed at in 4 months of traveling through Africa: dirty toilets and showers, too much loud music and partying (those people shouldn’t be there), overcrowded, and in the evening you have to queue to use the toilets or showers.
The road to the Serengeti is chaotic, with 3 hours of rough driving each way. Because of that many car were stop on the way because of car issue. And us as well we lost 3h in all trip because of car issue due to very bad road.
- Ecological concerns
Too many plastic bottles. Almost all tourists carry reusable bottles, so agencies should find a better solution.
Lots of litter around the parking and cooking areas in the campsites.
Eating with real plates, cutlery, and glasses instead of plastic is a very good practice.
