Great experience with their guides
We have been a week of Safari with this company, and his guide Daniel, with whom we have communicated perfectly in Spanish and the driver and guide also Albert, with whom you could communicate perfectly in English and who was a phenomenon of the roads. The experience has been more than satisfactory, we have had fun and we have seen animals of all kinds. To repeat without a doubt!

Reliable.
We did a 4-day safari, covering Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Manyara. I would say that 4 days is more than enough, beyond that it becomes tiring. The guides were always kind and helpful. The lodges booked were always well organized and comfortable.

Easy to book, very friendly and knowledgeable guide, good value for money. 'Happy Chappy' guide tried his best to spot requested animals. Really enjoyed it and would come back!

The safari experience promised by Mr. David was truly exceptional, and it lived up to every expectation! The price they offered was unbeatable—other companies quoted twice the amount for the same safari package. We enjoyed a five-day adventure through Masai Mara, Amboseli National Park, and Lake Naivasha. Mr. David and his team went above and beyond to ensure this journey was unforgettable, and they did so with ease. We're grateful for their efforts and highly recommend their services.

He was very friendly and knew a lot of cool facts about the animals we saw
It was a great tour for the amount of money it cost. We got picked up in the morning which was really nice to not have to worry about directions. We went through a good portion of the park and stopped for coffee in the morning as well as lunch later in the day. And our tour operator was really kind and reliable. I would definitely take another one of their tours again!

We found a tour package from Jambo Masai on safari bookings.com. Contacted them on WhatsApp and they even adjusted the tour to activities we wanted to do.
Before the safari, communication with Jambo Masai was always quick and easy to understand. Giving us a list of things to prepare for the safari - we didn’t really need any more than that.
During the tour, we joined with another tour company in the same vehicle, Travel To Africa, as we had similar tour schedules. Our tour guide Miraje was amazing! You’ll be lucky to get him. He was very informative, and a super driver!
From hearing other tourists’ safari prices, I discovered ours was the best deal - especially for budget camping. I felt our 6 day safari was great value for the experience we got.
The chefs were amazing cooks too! Made delicious buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. I even requested them to make ugali and they did for the next dinner.
The camping experience was incredible! We found it more comfortable than sleeping in a hot room. Definitely choose to camp if you like the outdoors. They provide the mattress and sleeping bag - just bring a hoodie and joggers to sleep in for the colder night.
The shared tour was also very fun! More eyes to spot things too.
Overall, I would book with Jambo Masai again if I were to go on a safari! They also organise other experiences so just contact them and im sure they’ll accommodate. Thank you to everyone who made our experience incredible!

Amazing experience
We were recommended mountain warriors after a family member had used them and we were searching for a safari tour. Gasto was really patient with ALL of my questions and answered everything. Sometimes replies are slow and you need to chase but everything comes together. On the safari, we had John as our guide. John is really knowledgeable and shares lots of information with you which just enhances the experience. We had seen 3 of the big 5 but on day 3 John made it his mission to find rhino and we saw not one but two rhinos and a further two laying down. We wanted to change plans on the last day and the team were really accommodating with us. I’d highly recommend anybody looking at mountain warriors to be your guides. We always felt safe and well looked after and had a great time.
