What an amazing trip! The gorillas experience was super special. The tour guide Smith, the BEST in the business. He is always happy and tries to find positives in everything even if something isn’t going your way! For sure try to get him as your tour guide.

Zephaniah was very flexible in customizing our itinerary to our needs.
We highly recommend our safari guide, Justin. He was thorough with our itinerary and was quick to learn what would excite my family. After we started our tour, we mostly just relaxed and enjoyed it while he took us to his targeted game drives for what he wanted to show us each day. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to show us 80% of wildlife (animals and birds) species that Tanzania has to offer. My whole family felt like we learned a lot about wildlife, animal behavior, and patterns of how the whole ecosystem operates. We were lucky enough to be at right spot at right time to watch three cheetahs hunt and kill wildebeest.
Accommodations are decent with staff always willing to go above and beyond in making you comfortable.

The operator was well organised
I recently climbed Kilimanjaro with Zanzi Trekking and Safaris, and I can't recommend them enough! The main guide, August, was exceptional—knowledgeable, supportive, and truly passionate about the mountain. He spotted all the wild animals in the rainforest at the start of Lemosho. The entire experience was well-organized, and the team made every step enjoyable. If you're looking to conquer Kilimanjaro, Zanzi Trekking and Safaris is the way to go.

An unique memory
A great trip together as family through the beautiful nature of Rwanda and Uganda. With many highlights, the gorilla family visit was one of them! The trip could not be as complete as it was if Smith was not our guide. An unique memory!!!

Amazing safari and tour guide
My 5 stars is for 4 day Masai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha tour rather than the 5 day option which I did as :
From the time of booking initially, then having to change dates due to an emergency, until Moses left me in Naivasha for the 5th day, everything was perfect.
+++ great communication, very polite and caring staff (in the office, the drivers, the guide, helpers), amazing tour guide that looked after us well and made sure we saw the Big 5 and many more.
Accommodation in Mara was at Shankale Camp which was clean and welcoming - if they can fix the water pipes, this will be great campsite. Other hotels we stayed at were good - clean, good food.
I fully recommend the 4 day tour with Jocky Tours and Moses as a tour guide - very good value and great experience.
However, I did the 5 day option with visit to Hells Gate which I think can be skipped unless one wants to see the Gorge and thermal powerplant.
My recommendation is to:
- book directly through Jocky Tours on Safaribookings and do not go through agents
- verify how many people on tour with you and that it is the Jocky Tour staff taking care of you throughout the tour.

Perfect!
Precise organization since the booking.. Guide and driver friendly and available for every need... What would I say about the safaris? wonderful! they gave us so many emotions.. even the lodge for the night very well kept and clean.. excellent food!

A great experience
I had an amazing safari experience with Khalifa during our 3 day safari experience. He was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout. We managed to see all the big animals and had an amazing picnic lunch in the national park. Khalifa was great at positioning the vehicle so we could get great photos of the wildlife. I am so glad I booked through Jocky Tours

This tour was well organised we had fantastic communication throughout the trip and in the build up.
This tour was so much fun and well organised. I didn’t have to worry about anything and Ari was great with me and the communication was amazing. I saw all the big 5 animals plus many more. You get up so close to them. A dream come true.

3 day Masai Mara tour Amazing experience highly recommend
I had an absolutely amazing time on the safari on DAY ONE the evening game drive I saw nearly all the big ones including lions, giraffes and elephants up close. Day two was just as good with us even managing to see the leopard and cheetah. Khalifa the driver was exceptional we mangaged to see all the animals and some up close due to his skill and professionalism he went above and beyond getting all the information on animal locations going to his spots individually he is an amazing driver for a safari. I highly recommend this tour!!
