We felt cared for,safe and completely relaxed the entire time.Not only Michael is a true professional with an incredible knowledge of animals,birds and Ugandan culture,but he also has the kindest heart and the best sense of humor.we laughed so much with him,and those shared moments made our trip unforgettable.
Michael truly went above and beyond to make us happy.He surprised us with fresh passion fruits on long drives,stopped for the perfect sunset drink overlooking the beautiful plains of Queen Elizabeth National park, and always knew the best spots for photos and wildlife sightings. Even when we had activities with other local guides, Michael would quietly check in to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care made us feel so valued and looked after.
Communication was always clear and warm. The Ngorongoro Tours 4x4 vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and handled Uganda's sometimes challenging roads with ease and Michael drove us safely and smoothly the entire journey. Cold drinking water and tasty snacks were always waiting for us in the vehicle.
Traveling through Uganda with Ngorongoro Tours has been the one of the most amazing experience of our lives. The landscapes, the wildlife, and the people were magical but it was Michael's warmth and dedication that made it truly special.
Michael thank you for the memories, laughter, and for treating us like family. We hope to see you again soon maybe next time for gorillas in Rwanda!

Amazing tour and best dedication of the guide
I had tour for two weeks in Ethiopia. Solomon and his guys took best care of us all the way. Went extra miles for our comfort and make sure we don't miss anything. Even organized extra tours when possible. Felt very secure and relaxed when in their care.

It was an incredible experience and we would highly recommend it.
We had an unforgettable trip to Tarangire National Park with our guide Omar and our driver Alex. They were great fun and Omar was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and their behaviours. We were so lucky to see so much wildlife, thanks to their incredible spotting skills and finding us the best views always. An unforgettable safari experience! I traveled from Australia and spent almost two days getting to the Serengeti, and it exceeded every expectation. Juma was an exceptional guide—professional, patient, and incredibly skilled at finding wildlife. We were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, which was a dream come true. Although some game drives were long, every minute of waiting was rewarded when we finally saw the animals. Watching them roam freely in the wild was powerful and filled us with a deep appreciation for nature and life. Highly recommended!

Flawless Safari Experience
Our driver-guide David was exceptional: he knows the parks perfectly, has an incredible eye for spotting animals, and explains everything calmly and passionately. We managed to see the Big 5 and many other animals. He always drives safely and respectfully toward nature.
The company's organization was spot on. Punctual pick-up at the airport, a comfortable 4x 4 Jeep with a pop-up roof and chargers, and clean lodges and tented camps in great locations. The meals were good and plentiful.
No hidden costs, everything went exactly as planned. We highly recommend booking with Serengeti steppe Travels!

Great
we went to tsavo east and west for 2nights/3days. They changed the order of national parks, so we saw tsavo west first, but it wasnt much of a problem. We got back to our hotel sooner that way. Omar was a great driver and guide, he saw many animals even from afar and made sure we saw as many animals as we could.
